Abstract

A Currently the development of construction work is increasingly complex and sophisticated. The nature of the production process in the construction industry makes construction work dangerous and full of risks with high complexity that can lead to stress. Project managers are demanded in terms of mastery of new technologies, tighter time limits or, changing demands on work results, and changes in work regulations can create stressful situations. However, they are required to remain productive and optimal as a form of professionalism. This study will exаmine the relаtionship between job stress аnd project manager performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the direction and significance of the relаtionship between the two variаbles. The population in this study were construction project managers in the Surabaya area with a sample of 23 respondents using purposive sampling. The test was carried out using SPSS 26 software. The data analysis techniques used in this study included validity, reliability, and correlation analysis. The results of the study show that stress and project manager performance have a strong negative relationship. Efforts to improve the performаnce of project managers is to pаy attention to the work stress they experience.

Abstract

Futsal field rental is a business engaged in the field of community service in the field of futsal sports. Currently in lhokseumawe city there are 10 futsal fields located in various places, ranging from around campus, office areas, to densely populated settlements. This resulted in many of the people who do not know the location of the futsal field and also the nearest route that can be passed. So it takes an application that can provide information on the futsal field in lhokseumawe city along with the nearest route that can be passed. Determining the nearest route passed to the location of the futsal field can only be done on nodes that have been defined by the system. Dijkstra's algorithm was chosen because it operates thoroughly against existing nodes, and generates the shortest trajectory of all nodes so that it will produce the nearest route optimally. To test the accuracy of the nearest route the results of dijkstra algorithm implementation are used another software that is quantum GIS. This is done to see if the resulting path is correct. From the test results obtained the path obtained is the same as quantum GIS calculations with a similarity value of 100%. Black box testing is used to test the functionality of the menus in the system, and the test results in terms of the functionality of the menus on the system run as desired and run well. The system is good to use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the separation of kerosene and water in a piping installation. It is very important to do research because it can reduce problems that arise in the distribution of drilling oil to further processing and distribution. T-Junction is a method used in this study, because the separator method is rarely used. The separation of kerosene and water types in the test using the T-Junction method, variations in downstream flow resistance of 42%, 57% and 72% resulted in a large kerosene separation efficiency of 100% at a mixed superficial velocity of 0.35 m/s, Jw= 0.25 m/s Jk = 0.10 m/s and at mixed superficial velocity 0.47 m/s, Jw = 0.22 m/s Jk=0.25 m/s, while 99% efficiency occurs at mixed superficial velocity 0 ,20 m/s , Jw= 0.10 m/s and Jk = 0.10 m/s. Water cut also greatly influences the phase separation. The lower the water cut, the higher the peak separation efficiency achieved

Abstract

Probiotics from coconut water lactic acid bacteria have not isolated nor identified them, and no one has studied that these probiotics can help cure Covid-19 patients. This study aimed to isolate and identify probiotic lactic acid bacteria in coconut water, both morphologically, physiologically, and biochemically. Further studied his ability to help cure Covid-19 patients. Using coconut water samples, probiotics are isolated by isolating lactic acid bacteria through dilution methods and pour plate methods. The medium used is MRSA+ CaCO3 0.3%. Physiological and morphological identification. The following identification is to perform biochemical tests such as the Gram test. The results showed that there were 73 bacterial isolates and 24 fungal isolates, consisting of 4 species of bacteria, Pediococcus sp, Lactobacillus paracasei, and Lactobacillus plantarum, as well as candida sp and rhizopus fungi. In comparison, the results of the antimicrobial analysis showed that Lactobacillus plantarum has better antimicrobial ability against the pathogen bacteria Pseudomonas aureginosa. Lactobacillus plantarum's antimicrobial ability is less good against S. aureus bacteria. These findings suggest that probiotics from coconut water can be isolated and may aid the healing of Covid-19 patients. This study has implications that in the future Covid-19 patients can be helped with coconut water.

Abstract

The increasing growth of residential construction, as well as construction waste is also increasing, including tile roof waste. So this study will process the tile fragments or waste to mix concrete as a substitute for coarse aggregate and fly ash as a partial substitution of cement for compressive strength. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on slump, water absorption, density, and compressive strength of concrete. The method used in this research is experimental by conducting a trial mix which is carried out at the Concrete Laboratory of DSP - PT. Duta Sarana Prakarsa. From the research results of asphalt tile waste and fly ash substitution, there is a slump level of 6 cm - 8 cm, normal concrete has a slump value of 7 cm. The highest slump value is found on 20% asphalt tile, which is 8 cm from normal concrete. The biggest slump decrease occurred in 10% asphalt tile and 10% fly ash from normal concrete. At the age of 28 days, it can be seen that normal concrete has a water absorption value of 3.78%. Meanwhile, the water absorption with the highest value is found in 20% asphalt tile, which is 4.93%. The lowest water absorption value occurs in 10% asphalt tile, which is 3.40%. At the percentage of the mixture of 20% asphalt tile waste and 10% fly ash, the density decreased the most by 7.93% from normal concrete. The compressive strength value of normal concrete at the age of 28 days was 389.91 Kg/Cm2. The greatest decrease in compressive strength occurred in a mixture of 20% asphalt tile waste and 10% fly ash, which was 156.51 Kg/Cm2.

Abstract

The current dense population of DKI Jakarta must be balanced with the provision of adequate transportation facilities and infrastructure. The current presence of pedestrians is usually concentrated in public facilities such as terminals, shopping centers, educational centers, and other public facilities. The existence of these pedestrians requires facilities for pedestrians, including road crossing facilities such as the People's Crossing Bridge (JPO), where the JPO is installed if it is required that there is no intersection between the flow of pedestrians and the flow of traffic. So that pedestrians want to use the JPO, it must be guaranteed safety and walking distance so that it does not get too far away. For this reason, this study was carried out to determine the effectiveness of the People's Crossing Bridge in the Youth Bracelet of the North Jakarta Administration. To determine the effectiveness of the pedestrian bridge at the Youth Center of North Jakarta City, the researchers observed the number of pedestrians for 2 days, namely during peak hours such as in the morning at 06.00 - 08.00 and in the afternoon at 16.00 - 18.00. From the results of the research for 2 days in the field, it was found that almost 58% of people did not use JPO facilities, and only 42% of people used JPO facilities. Thus, it can be concluded that JPO at the Youth Center of North Jakarta City Administration is classified as a fairly effective JPO.
