International Journal of Quantitative Research and Modeling (IJQRM) is published 4 times a year and is the flagship journal of the Research Collaboration Community (RCC). It is the aim of IJQRM to present papers which cover the theory, practice, history or methodology of Quatitative Research (QR) and Mathematical Moodeling (MM). However, since Quatitative Research (QR) and Mathematical Moodeling (MM) are primarily an applied science, it is a major objective of the journal to attract and publish accounts of good, practical case studies. Consequently, papers illustrating applications of Quatitative Research (QR) and Mathematical Modeling (MM) to real problems are especially welcome. In real applications of Quatitative Research (QR) and Mathematical Moodeling (MM): forecasting, inventory, investment, location, logistics, maintenance, marketing, packing, purchasing, production, project management, reliability and scheduling. In a wide variety of environments: community Quatitative Research (QR) and Mathematical Moodeling (MM), education, energy, finance, government, health services, manufacturing industries, mining, sports, and transportation. In technical approaches: decision support systems, expert systems, heuristics, networks, mathematical programming, multicriteria decision methods, problems structuring methods, queues, and simulation Computational Intelligence Computing and Information Technologies Continuous and Discrete Optimization Decision Analysis and Decision Support Mathematics Education Engineering Management Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Financial Engineering Heuristics Industrial Engineering Information Management Information Technology Inventory Management Logistics and Supply Chain Management Maintenance Manufacturing Industries Marketing Engineering Markov Chains Mathematics Actuarial Sciences Big Data Analysis Operations Research Military and Homeland Security Networks Operations Management Planning and Scheduling Policy Modeling and Public Sector Production Management Queuing Theory Revenue & Risk Management Services Management Simulation Statistics Stochastic Models Strategic Management Systems Engineering Telecommunications Transportation Risk Management Modeling of Economics And so on

Abstract

The Philippines is an agrarian-based tourism country, millions of tourists come to visit every year. However, most of the first-time visitors leave the question of why so few people decide to return for a tour of the Philippines' tourist destinations. This study aims to determine how the influence of the image of the destination, the experience of tourists on the intention to revisit through the value received and the satisfaction of tourists at tourist destinations in the Philippines. The research method used is quantitative, the sampling technique uses non-probability sampling and a sample of 287 respondents is obtained, the analytical tool used is Path Analysis and the hypothesis uses a significance test using SEM AMOS and SPSS analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that direct testing of the tourist experience variable affects revisit intention in tourist destinations in Philippines, then for direct testing the perceived value variable has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction at tourist destinations in the Philippines, then tourist satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between tourist experience and revisit intention.

Abstract

The utilization of information technology in learning has functioned as a tool in the teaching and learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The need for the availability of a learning platform using LMS (Learning Management System) or free e-learning that is easily obtained from the public network (internet) makes the utilization of the learning platform indispensable for the teaching and learning process. Learning platforms available on the internet can also be used independently by students. However, not all existing learning platforms can be used as the appropriate means to improve the quality of education. The educator policies are needed to utilize the existing learning platforms so that learning objectives can be achieved. This study will analyze how to choose the right learning platform for an educational institution using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting)-based Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) method. FMADM is a method used to find the optimal alternative from a number of alternatives with certain criteria. The purpose of this study is to assist educators in deciding the most appropriate learning platform that can be used to support the teaching and learning process during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Nowadays, Personal care products grow rapidly every year even in a red ocean industry. With changes in this digital era, personal care companies have to innovate in order to survive and grow. One of the ways is the use of digital marketing. There are many ways to do digital marketing and one of the popular methods is social media influencers. However, with so many new influencers on social media, marketers find it challenging to choose the right influencers to promote their products because not every influencer brings a significant impact. Choosing the wrong influencers could cause the business to lose money and harm the image of a product or a brand. On the other hand, choosing the right influencers may lead to the popularity of the product and an increase in sales. Based on that, this research is focusing on the influencers from the consumer’s point of view, in order to know the type of influencers that fit with the product offered. This research is based on literature study that describes Influencer credibility has a positive impact on consumers' purchase intention, attitude towards products, and advertising. Moreover, Influencer credibility could describe and evaluate an influencer based on their attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise.

Abstract

Indonesia has made the tourism sector one of its current development priorities. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has harmed various economic sectors, and the tourism sector is the most affected in Indonesia. As a result of policies carried out by various countries including Indonesia, such as lockdown, social distancing, and its kind, economic activity has slowed, tourist arrivals have decreased drastically, and investment has decreased due to the uncertainty caused by the pandemic. This study aims to examine the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on tourist arrivals and investment (domestic and foreign investment) and its impact on the economic growth of the tourism sector in Indonesia. This study uses the path analysis method by using mediating variables, namely tourist arrivals, and investment paths. Panel data regression is used to regress the path analysis equation, with data series 2018q1 – 2021q2 and cross-sections in 22 provinces in Indonesia that have tourist entrances.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze differences in financial performance and stock prices before and after Covid-19 incigarette companies. Financial performance in this study is measured using three ratios namely Return on Asset (ROA), OperatingProfit Margin (OPM) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The data used in this study is secondary data from the type of financialstatements of Cigarette Companies from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website and the official website of cigarettecompanies, and the sampling method used is sampling census because the samples used in this study are the financial statements ofthe entire population of Cigarette Companies registered with the IDX in the third quarter of 2019 to the fourth quarter of 2020. Theanalysis method in this study is the wilcoxon test using SPSS 26. Based on the results of research obtained show Return on Assets(ROA), Operating Profit Margin (OPM) and stock price showed no significant differences before and after Covid-19. Net ProfitMargin (NPM) shows significant differences before and after Covid-19. To find out and analyze the state of cigarette companies inthe Covid-19 pandemic and also as a consideration for investors and business people in policy making

Abstract

Technology is present and becomes a part of human life. Each era has its own technological advantages. The history of technology begins millions of years ago. The first technology discovered by mankind was to create sharp stone chips which were used as stones. Then humans began to develop and found several technologies, one of which was computers and the internet. computers and the internet have a close relationship, especially in today's era where all activities cannot be separated from computers and the internet. One of these activities is in the office world. The Bandung City Health Office is a government agency that has a lot of data, especially in the section where the author is placed, namely the Division of Human Resources and Health or SDMK. The SDMK Division is tasked with receiving data on the credit score of a functional position from the assessment team to calculate whether a functional position is eligible for promotion or not. On that basis, the purpose of this paper is to create an application for inputting the credit score for a functional position based on a web database to make it easier for the assessment team, SDMK to view, recap and change credit scores as well as a functional position in viewing its credit score. The main finding is a web database-based application called E-PAK.
