Abstract

Breastfed babies are specially protected from digestive system diseases such as diarrhea, dysentery, gastro enteritis and ulceracy colitis. This is because the immune substances in breast milk provide direct protection against disease attacks. The purpose of the program is to empower the community and can produce changes in knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of the target group and the community. Community Service activities are carried out in the form of Cadre Training with lecture, demonstration, and Role Play methods. The results of knowledge measurement were in the good category during the pretest which was 67% and increased at the time of postest which was 93%. The results of observations of counseling actions from 15 health cadres found that 8 people were on the criteria of Good grades, and 2 people were Very Good. In conclusion, there was an increase in the value of health cadres' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding after receiving health education by 26% and the skills of health cadres in providing counseling in the good category by 53%.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Nurudz Dholam is strongly committed to optimizing student potential through developing interests and talents. With a proactive approach, this madrasah implements various special programs such as pencak silat training, English courses, and Arabic courses. The support and facilities provided help students develop their potential to the maximum. Based on this, the researcher focuses on three points, namely: First, How is the management of the principal in developing student interests and talents, Second, How is the effectiveness of the principal's management in developing student interests and talents, Third, How is the impact of the principal's management in developing student interests and talents on academic and non-academic achievements. The method used in this study is a Qualitative Method with a descriptive type, while data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. located at MA Nurudz Dholam Kedungdung Sampang. The results of the study indicate that: First, The success of the principal's management at Madrasah Aliyah Nurudz Dholam in developing student interests and talents is based on the application of four management components: planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The principal ensures that each of these aspects runs optimally through regular meetings, proper resource allocation, active leadership, and periodic evaluation. This approach creates an environment that supports educational goals. Second, The effectiveness of the principal's management at Madrasah Aliyah Nurudz Dholam can be seen from thorough planning, efficient implementation, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. This success is proven by student achievement in various fields, indicating that the programs being run are effective. The principal forms a team for special programs, ensures that resources are available and utilized properly, and provides continuous motivation and support to teachers. The principal ensures that the program remains effective and achieves educational goals. Third, At Madrasah Aliyah Nurudz Dholam, the principal creates an environment that supports the development of students' interests and talents through effective programs. These programs have a significant impact on honing students' potential in academic and non-academic fields, as evidenced by the achievements of students.

Abstract

The payroll and reward system is a payment system for services provided by employees whose salaries are paid monthly. Payroll is very important, because employees are very sensitive to errors in terms of unfair payroll. To maintain high employee morale, the company must pay employee salaries and rewards accurately and on time. This study aims to determine the payroll and reward system at the Al-Mahbub Cooperative. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The data sources in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While in the data management process, data reduction, data presentation and verification are carried out. The data validity test used is the credibility test. The results of the study indicate that (1) the payroll and reward system process at the Al-Mahbub cooperative is good, namely it is carried out accurately and on time. where salary recording is done through an application so that it is easy to record. Direct salary payments through employee accounts in a non-cash manner every month, this can be said to be an effective salary payment method. The payroll system according to Mulyadi consists of the documents used, accounting records used, payroll procedures, and functions used in the payroll system are also good. (2) the payroll and reward system at the Al-Mahbub cooperative is in accordance with existing regulations. Because the payroll system uses the principles of justice and truth. It is said to be fair because it assesses based on employee performance, paying attention to work period, work risks and workload. In addition, salaries are also checked for the accuracy of the calculation. The payroll system in improving employee performance is that it is not only salary that motivates employees to improve their performance, there are still other factors, namely rewards are given at the end of each year for exemplary employees.

Abstract

Digital-based entrepreneurship training carried out at the Al Majidi Islamic Boarding School, Banyukapah Village, Sampang Regency, has the main aim of improving the students' ability to utilize digital technology to develop their businesses. In the current digital era, understanding entrepreneurship and the ability to adapt to technology is very important, especially for the younger generation who want to start an independent business. This training focuses on This training is designed to focus on several important aspects: 1. Basic understanding of entrepreneurship: Santri are taught about the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, including how to identify business opportunities, plan a business, and understand the risks involved. This knowledge becomes a strong foundation for them to start a business, 2. Digital Marketing Strategy: In an increasingly connected world, digital marketing is the key to reaching customers. This training covers marketing techniques via social media, email and other digital platforms, which enable students to promote their products effectively, 3. Use of Online Platforms for Product Sales: Students are taught how to use various e-commerce and social media platforms to sell their products. This includes account creation, inventory management, and competitive pricing strategies. It is hoped that the results of this training can improve students' entrepreneurial skills and encourage them to be more creative in developing digital-based independent businesses. With the skills acquired, students will not only be able to start their own businesses, but also have the potential to create jobs for other people in their community.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerapan Sistem Penggajian dan Reward Karyawan di Toko Al-Kautsar Pondok Pesantren Karang Durin bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan memahami mekanisme penggajian serta sistem penghargaan yang diterapkan di Toko Al-Kautsar. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah tentang penerapan sistem penggajian dan reward karyawan di Toko Al-Kautsar Pondok pesantren Karang Durin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem penggajian dan reward karyawan di Toko Al-Kautsar Pondok pesantren Karang Durin. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode yang di gunakan Pada penelitian ini Metode triangulasi mengkomparasikan informasi atau data dengan metode yang berbeda.hasil penelitian ini mengacu pada data absensi dan kehadiran karyawan yang telah direkap, yang menjadi dasar dalam menentukan besaran gaji dan bentuk reward yang diberikan.Sistem penggajian yang diterapkan di Toko Al-Kautsar berfokus pada kehadiran karyawan, di mana setiap karyawan diharapkan untuk memenuhi target kehadiran yang telah ditetapkan. Reward diberikan sebagai bentuk apresiasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang tidak hanya berdasarkan kehadiran, tetapi juga kontribusi mereka terhadap pencapaian tujuan toko. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan melalui sistem penggajian dan reward yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan merupakan fondasi krusial bagi pengelolaan BUMDes yang akuntabel dan transparan, sesuai dengan kewajiban regulasi. Namun, observasi awal pada BUMDes Desa Kara mengidentifikasi adanya sejumlah pengelola yang mengalami kesulitan signifikan dalam menguasai keterampilan dasar akuntansi dan penyusunan laporan keuangan, yang berpotensi menghambat transparansi dan keberlanjutan usaha mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan intervensi terstruktur melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif guna meningkatkan literasi dan pemahaman para pengelola mengenai proses penyusunan laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan BUMDes yang standar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan dengan fokus utama pada bimbingan teknis (bimtek) dan pendampingan intensif. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi penyusunan laporan keuangan dasar (neraca dan laba rugi) serta analisis penting seperti harga pokok produksi (HPP). Kombinasi metode manual dan pelatihan aplikasi digunakan, yang secara nyata menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi teknis dan manajerial para pengelola.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat tata kelola keuangan masjid berbasis prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas di Masjid Al Mujahidin, Desa Karanganyar, Kecamatan Ambulu, Kabupaten Jember. Masjid sebagai lembaga keagamaan dan sosial memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam mengelola dana publik secara amanah, terbuka, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Namun, masih banyak masjid yang menghadapi kendala dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan karena minimnya pemahaman pengurus terhadap praktik akuntansi dan prinsip good governance. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi observasi awal, identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan, pendampingan praktik langsung, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat edukatif dan partisipatif, dengan melibatkan pengurus (takmir) secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran dan implementasi sistem pelaporan keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman pengurus terhadap prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Masjid mulai menggunakan format laporan keuangan yang lebih sistematis, menerapkan publikasi laporan secara terbuka kepada jamaah, serta membentuk mekanisme evaluasi rutin. Peningkatan keterbukaan ini berdampak pada meningkatnya kepercayaan jamaah terhadap pengelolaan dana masjid. Dengan demikian, penguatan tata kelola keuangan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan lembaga keagamaan dalam mewujudkan good governance yang berlandaskan amanah dan integritas.

Abstract

Learning a foreign language requires vocabulary mastery. In Arabic language learning at MA Nurudz Dholam in grade X, when the teacher asked about vocabulary, most of the students did not understand the vocabulary. Therefore, special assistance was needed to overcome this problem. The purpose of this community serXce was to proXde assistance to teachers and students. The research used a qualitative approach to obtain the necessary data in the field. The results of the assistance included the use of images, direct methods, and chain word guessing games in vocabulary learning. After the assistance, grade X students' interest in learning vocabulary increased.

Abstract

Although most MSME actors have adopted digital media, many of them are still unable to build a strong brand image due to limitations in d (Pratamansyah, Transformasi Digital dan Pertumbuhan UMKM: Analisis Dampak Teknologi pada Kinerja Usaha Kecil dan Menengah di Indonesia 2024)eveloping brand narratives commonly known as brand storytelling and managing Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) strategically. The purpose of this study is to identify effective forms of assistance in integrating TikTok-based storytelling and E-WOM management as strategies to strengthen the brand image of MSMEs. This research employs a digital ethnography approach, which enables the researcher to observe MSME digital practices directly within online environments. Data were collected through digital content observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of TikTok activities. The observations were conducted to examine the form and substance of video content, the narrative style employed, and audience engagement patterns such as likes, comments, and shares. The interviews aimed to explore the motivations, perceptions, and challenges faced by MSME actors in building their brand image. The findings reveal that assistance focused on developing visual narratives, understanding basic TikTok algorithms, and managing E-WOM constructively can enhance content quality, brand consistency, and audience engagement.

Abstract

This program aims to strengthen national literacy by integrating Indonesian civic values into Islamic Religious Education learning in middle-level madrasahs in Pamekasan Regency. Using a Participatory Community Engagement approach, the program involved teachers and students in observation, needs analysis, and the implementation of integrative strategies across Fiqh, Qur’an–Hadith, Islamic Creed and Morality, and Islamic Cultural History subjects. The findings indicate a significant improvement in students’ understanding of patriotism, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, tolerance, and Islamic principles of unity. National values were effectively integrated through contextual teaching and the application of layered concepts of ukhuwwah in Islamic ethics. Habituation of national and religious patriotic songs, participation in social activities, and the cultivation of positive narratives on diversity contributed to forming more moderate, inclusive, and culturally aware students. The program also enhanced teachers’ pedagogical competence, particularly in designing integrative and technology-based innovative learning. Overall, strengthening national literacy through PAI proved to be an effective strategy in fostering national awareness, religious moderation, and students’ identity integrity within Indonesia’s multicultural society.
