Al-Khidmah: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dikelola oleh lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (LP2M) Institut Agama Islam (IAI) Nazhatut Thullab Sampang yang terbit dalam satu tahun dua kali pada bulan September dan Februari. Abstract

This Real Work Lecture (KKN) activity aims to help develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Branta Tinggi Village, Tlanakan, through implementing digital marketing strategies. MSMEs have an important role in the village economy, but are often less than optimal in utilizing digital technology to expand markets and increase sales. Therefore, the KKN team focuses on providing training and assistance to MSMEs regarding the use of social media, creating promotional content, and utilizing e-commerce platforms. The methods used include an initial survey to identify the needs of MSMEs, direct training, and evaluation of the success of implementing digital marketing strategies. The results of this activity show an increase in MSME actors' understanding of digital marketing and an increase in market reach and sales of their products. It is hoped that the application of digital marketing can continue to be developed to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Branta Tinggi Village.

Abstract

Finance is one of the resources that directly supports the effectiveness and efficiency of education management. In the implementation of financial education, it has a very determining potential and is an inseparable part in the study of educational management. This study is intended to answer the problems: (1) How is financial planning in Nahdlatut Mubtadiin Nangger Sampang. (2) How is the financial implementation of MI Al Khoiriyyah 1 Semarang. (3) How is the financial evaluation of MI Al Khoiriyyah 1 Semarang. This research is a type of qualitative research, which was carried out at Nahdlatut Mubtadiin Nangger Sampang. The data was obtained by means of interviews, observation and documentation. All data was analyzed using a descriptive approach using the logic of induction, deduction and reflection. This study shows the results that: (1) Nahdlatut Mubtadiin Nangger Sampang in carrying out planning, namely in the form of budget preparation, has done it well. (2) In financial implementation, Nahdlatut Mubtadiin Nangger Sampang does this by bookkeeping of incoming and outgoing funds. (3) The evaluation carried out by Nahdlatut Mubtadiin Nangger Sampang takes the form of supervision and inspection. Supervision is carried out by the madrasa head as a leader who is directly responsible to any party. Meanwhile, the inspection is carried out by the head of the madrasah and the madrasah committee. Inspections are carried out on the budget prepared, cash, namely through incoming and outgoing funds and on goods owned by the madrasah. The transparency built by Nahdlatut Mubtadiin Nangger Sampang is carried out by providing notifications to students' parents through notification letters, as well as accountability to them by providing information about the use of funds if necessary.

Abstract

Metode merupakan salah satu komponen pembelajaran yang menentukan berhasil atau tidaknya materi pelajaran yang disampaikan kepada siswa. Metode Ummi bukan sekedar metode namun membangun sistem mutu di lembaga pendidikan. Kalau hanya membuat buku metode belajar al-Qur’an dan cara mengajarkannya mungkin banyak orang bisa melakukannya. Namun bagaimana mengawal implementasikan metode tersebut di sekolah sehingga proses pembelajaran berjalan sesuai standar dan hasilnya optimal. Ada target yang jelas dan terukur dari ketercapaian tiap tahap sehingga mudah dievaluasi ketuntasannya. Metode Ummi merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur’an yang sudah banyak berkembang di Indonesia. Metode Ummi lahir diilhami dari metode-metode pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur’an yang sudah ada dan tersebar di kalangan masyarakat, khususnya dari metode yang telah sukses mengantarkan banyak siswa yang sudah dapat membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar. Metode Ummi adalah salah satu metode membaca Al-Qur’an yang langsung memasukkan dan mempraktekkan bacaan tartil sesuai dengan kaidah ilmu tajwid.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the financial literacy skills of elementary school students by integrating financial literacy programs into the curriculum at SD Terrak 1 Pamekasan. Financial literacy is deemed essential for preparing students to face future economic challenges through the introduction of key financial management concepts: earning, saving, spending, and donating. Employing a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis involving fifth-grade students and teachers as primary informants. The findings indicate that the implementation of the financial literacy program has successfully improved students’ understanding and skills in managing personal finances. Students gained practical experience through entrepreneurial simulations, habitual saving, budget planning, and donation activities that integrate social and ethical values. The use of interactive learning media such as videos, books, and educational games further supported the teaching and learning process, enabling a more concrete comprehension of financial concepts. The study underscores the importance of aligning educational policies, curriculum content, and community involvement to sustain financial literacy education. Therefore, it is recommended that this program be systematically integrated into the national curriculum to foster entrepreneurial character and enhance the financial readiness of future generations.

Abstract

This research explores the Tahsinul Qur'an Mentoring program implemented at the Darur-Rohman Islamic Boarding School, an activity that is generally used to facilitate students in understanding and reading the Al-Qur'an. This research aims to evaluate Tahsinul Qur'an assistance in improving students' competence in reading the Qur'an. This research uses a qualitative approach which includes interviews, observations and document analysis to collect data from students at the Miftahul Ulum Darur-Rohman Islamic Boarding School. The research results revealed that Tahsinul Qur'an assistance had a positive impact in strengthening students' skills in reading the Koran. Santri involved in this program experienced significant improvements in understanding and pronunciation of reading the Al-Qur'an. In addition, this research identified key factors that contributed to the success of Tahsinul Qur'an assistance including the role of experienced teachers, and a learning environment that support. Recommendations are given to expand Tahsinul Qur'an assistance in Islamic boarding schools as an effort to enrich students' understanding and skills in reading the Qur'an

Abstract

Early reading and writing skills (MMP) serve as a crucial foundation for students’ academic success at subsequent educational levels. However, initial observations at UPTD SDN Dharma Camplong 3 identified a number of first-grade students who experienced significant difficulties in mastering these basic skills, potentially hindering their overall learning development. This community service activity aims to provide a structured intervention through an intensive mentoring program to improve the literacy skills of students experiencing such difficulties.The method employed is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a one-group pretest–posttest design involving 10 first-grade students. The intervention was conducted over a two-month period using an individual and multisensory approach, integrating various methods such as phonics, syllables, Structural Analytic Synthetic (SAS), and diverse learning media. Evaluation was carried out by comparing pre-test and post-test results. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students’ literacy skills. The average score increased from 45% in the pre-test to 75% in the post-test. The success of this program is attributed to the individual diagnostic approach, consistent mentoring intensity, effective multisensory methods, and the creation of a positive and motivating learning environment. It is concluded that intensive and individualized mentoring programs are an effective strategy to overcome early literacy difficulties (MMP) among first-grade students.

Abstract

Pengelolaan zakat yang optimal akan memberikan dampak positif tidak hanya bagi penerima manfaat langsung, tetapi juga bagi pembangunan ekonomi dan sosial secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki relevansi yang tinggi dalam konteks pembangunan daerah. Optimalisasi Zakat, Infaq, dan Shadaqah (ZIS) merupakan langkah penting dalam rangka memenuhi kewajiban agama dan memperkuat peran Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) sebagai lembaga yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan Zakat, Infaq, dan Shadaqah (ZIS) di Kabupaten Sampang. Dalam konteks ini, tingkat kepatuhan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) Kantor Kecamatan Kedungdung Kabupaten Sampang terhadap Instruksi Bupati No. 1/ISNT/2020 menjadi hal yang sangat relevan untuk dievaluasi. Dengan menggali pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang dinamika pengelolaan zakat di tingkat lokal, diharapkan dapat tercipta kerangka kerja yang lebih baik dalam mengoptimalkan peran dan fungsi Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) serta meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam program-program zakat.

Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan timbal balik antara tingkat kecemasan matematika (Mathematics Anxxety) yang dialami oleh guru dan dampaknya terhadap pola pikir berkembang (Growth Mindset) serta keyakinan Diri (Self-Efficaty) siswa dalam menghadapi kesulitan matematika. Desain korelasional digunakan untuk mengukur variabel pada 20 guru matematika (tingkat SMP dan SMA) dan 150 siswa mereka. hasil stimulasi menunjukkan korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara Kecemasan Matematika Guru dan Growth Mindset Siswa Guru dengan kecemasan tinggi cenderung menciptakan lingkungan kelas yang kurang mendukung pengambilan risiko dan kesalahan, yang secara tidak langsung menghambat adopsi pola pikir bahwa kemampuan dapat dikembangkan. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan perlunya intervensi untuk mengurangi Kecemasan Matematika pada guru guna meningkatkan iklim belajar yang lebih positif bagi siswa.

Abstract

The increasingly advanced era has driven many changes in society, including among students at NU Galis Middle School in Bangkalan, Indonesia. One significant change is the widespread use of social media. Unwittingly, social media use can influence the learning outcomes of students. This mentoring program aims to investigate the influence of social media on the learning outcomes of students at NU Galis Middle School in Bangkalan. The Scientific Paper Writing (KTI) training program is for students at NU Galis Middle School in Bangkalan who are still in the learning process. In this study, the researcher will use a qualitative research approach. Qualitative research produces descriptive data in the form of words or writings from the participants observed. The results of this training demonstrate a significant relationship between writing creativity and the learning outcomes of students at NU Galis Middle School in Bangkalan. This indicates that the higher the intensity of writing, the higher the students' learning outcomes. The implication of this mentoring program is the importance of providing motivation and guidance to students in writing to improve the quality of their education.
