Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the effect of rubber training on Kisame Tsuki's punches; (2) increase in Kisame Tsuki's punch speed. The design of this research is quantitative using a Two Group Pretest Posttest design, namely an experimental design carried out on two different groups, namely the rubber group and the control group. The population of this study were senior athletes aged 21 years and over. The sample for this study was 14 kumite athletes taken using a random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was the Independent Sample T-test with a significance level of ? = 0.05. The research results are as follows. (1) There is an influence of rubber training on Kisame Tsuki Sig's punches. (2-tailed) (0.004) < 0.05 and also the calculated t value (3.613) > t table (2.447); (2) There was a significant increase in Kisame Tsuki's punch speed as seen from the rubber group's gain score of 0.49, which means there was a moderate increase. So training using rubber tools has an influence in increasing the speed of Kisame Tsuki's punches in UNJ Student Karate athletes.

Abstract

Human understanding today is always presented with the concept that those who obey and are faithful to God will be blessed and those who do evil will suffer. On the other hand, humans always want to have something obtained instantly. The book of Job struggles with that understanding and attempts to decipher the concept of recompense. Because of the reality of life in this world, humans are always faced with two sides of life, namely difficult and happy. Researchers use qualitative methods with a literature approach (librabry Research) for this paper. Job's struggles, as the book of Job testifies, are evidence of his perseverance in facing everything in life. Contrary to the concept in Israel that obedience and faithfulness bring blessings. The concept of Job in the face of hardship and pleasure is a character that every human or believer must possess. It turns out that the concept of God as the giver of blessings and punishments based on human works was renewed into a God far beyond human thought and wisdom. Man has limitations to experience God's work in this world. Man's tendency to frame God in man's limited thinking makes it difficult for man to understand what God has done. Olh is therefore in chapters 2:1-13 (are we willing to receive good from God, but not bad? Here comes Job's perseverance.)

Abstract

Edamame is a famous type of soybean plant in Japan, edamme is often also referred to as Japanese soybeans. The purpose of this study was to determine the Lethal Dose 20 (LD20) and lethal dose 50 (LD50) radiosensitivity measurements in ryoko varieties originating from Jember which have been irradiated by Cobalt60 gamma rays in BATAN, with 5 dose levels including, 100 Gy, 200 Gy, 300 Gy, 400 Gy, and 500 Gy with Gammacell220. Edamame plants of the Jember Local Varieties were treated with a radiation dose of 200 Gy and a dose of 400 Gy. The plant height, number of pods, and weight of 100 seeds were measured. The results of the T Test showed that the number of leaves of the radiated plants has a real difference compared to controls at observations of 28, 42, and 56 HST. The LD20 and LD50 values obtained indicate that genetically edemame plant of local varieties of jember have a high level of radiosensitivity because if plants are treated at doses exceeding 500 Gy, seed germination will be abnormal or damaged.

Abstract

Indonesia is a multi-ethnic country with a diversity of tribes and cultures that are still preserved and implemented, one of which is the Chinese ethnic culture. There have been cross-country and different religious marriages that were not previously registered in the Civil Registry and then registered, but there are still many misconducts due to ignorance and lack of socialization by the more intensive government, which has resulted in children born to become illegitimate children. The actual circumstances make it difficult for a portion of the ethnic Chinese majority to obtain the legality of their birth certificates, which will affect their future lives. This research method uses empirical jurisprudence with a qualitative approach, so it aims to provide a deeper insight into changes and adaptations in Chinese ethnic marriage institutions after the implementation of national marriage law regulation. Thus, the settlement measure taken after the entry into force of Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage in a customaryly married couple, giving birth to an out-of-marriage child by an act on behalf of the mother, which if it is to be authenticated as the child of the father and mother, requires a court decision.

Abstract

Sexual violence against children is a violation of human rights that has a long-term traumatic impact. The phenomenon of increasing cases of sexual violence against children has become a global problem that requires serious attention. This increase continues to occur in various regions, including Cirebon Regency. The role of the Regional Indonesian Child Protection Committee (KPAID) of Cirebon Regency in handling this case is very important. This study analyzes the role of KPAID Cirebon in overcoming sexual violence against children, identifies the factors that cause an increase in child sexual violence, and examines the role of KPAID Cirebon Regency in dealing with child sexual violence cases, focusing on prevention, case handling, and challenges faced. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the Chairman of the Cirebon Regency KPAID, the victim's family, and other related parties. The results of the study show that KPAID Cirebon Regency plays an active role in receiving reports, providing legal and psychological assistance and advocating to protect the rights of victims. However, KPAID faces challenges that affect its effectiveness in carrying out its role, such as limited resources, lack of public awareness and weak coordination between institutions. And this phenomenon continues to increase supported by many external and internal factors such as environmental factors and the victim's own family factors.
