Abstract

The problem with IUP SUMANTO is that it has n   systematically taken performance measurements with a particular model. The supply of materials in the form of mined sand has problems so it experiences delays and also has an impact on shipping to sand depots to consumers. With this problem, the performance of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is considered not optimal, so research is needed to measure its performance from the company's supply chain. This study aims to measure the performance of Supply Chain Management (SCM) using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method in order to optimize every activity in the company's SCM. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach through direct observation, interviewing company experts along with filling out special questionnaires and documentation. Performance measurement will focus on five core processes, namely Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return. There are 18 indicators studied with indicators that have the attributes of Reliability, Responsiveness, Agility. The method used in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which is used to obtain weighting results so that the performance assessment is more precise. The final value is obtained by multiplying the performance value with the weight of importance. This research was conducted at a sand mining company in Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that the performance of SCM in the sand mining company is in the good category with a final performance rating of 77.05 from a scale of 0 to 100. For indicators that have a low performance rating below 70, suggestions for improvement will be given. One of the proposed improvements is to provide training and certification to employees. The company is expected to be able to make improvements according to the suggestions given based on the research that has been done.

Abstract

Background: At the beginning of 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic attacked the world and affected the continuity of the world economy. This condition also causes oil prices to decline further. OPEC plans a strategy to realize its role as a regulator of the world oil trade. Not only the global economy but the stock market is also affected by the decline in oil prices. Production of shale oil in the United States lowered OPEC oil prices, coupled with economic conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic which worsened the international economy. Aim: The authors examined changes in oil prices due to United States’ shale oil. Method: The qualitative method and literature review were employed in this study. The information was compiled from a variety of documents and other sources. Findings: The United States reduced its reliance on OPEC imports, which resulted in lower OPEC oil prices due to an oversupply and decreasing demand. Along with the Covid-19 epidemic, not only is the global economic collapse growing worse, but the decrease in oil prices in early 2020 is getting worse as well. Finally, the world economy suffered a downturn, which impacted the international capital market.

Method: This study used a qualitative approach and a case study. The data was gathered from a number of different places. The sources explore the challenges that Indonesia has faced in its reformation over the years. Findings: The ITE Act is still needed to prevent and punish crime in the digital world. However, there are several articles in this Law that need to be revised because there are multi-interpretation articles, rubber articles, and semantic improvements of several articles to be better. If it is not immediately revised, then the public will be afraid to convey criticism for fear of making the critic's party entangled in the punishment of libel and defamation charges.

Abstract

Background: In the industrial revolution 4.0, there was a disruption of technology and innovation that led to major changes across the industrial sector and the service sector. The use of increasingly massive technology in various aspects gave rise to a new form of customer service that is systemized and integrated centrally or also referred to as a contact center (CC). Aim: The objective of this study is to test and analyze the role of employee engagement mediation in the influence of self efficacy and quality of work life (QWL) on burnout in contact centers (CC). Method: This study is a quantitative study with the research subject being a CC employee at one of the life insurance companies in Indonesia with as many as 137 respondents. Data analysis techniques use Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of AMOS applications. Findings: The results showed that the role of employee engagement in mediating the effect of self-efficacy on burnout was significant.

Abstract

Background: More than 40 percent of babies are introduced too early to breast milk companion foods, which is before they reach the age of 6 months, and the food given often does not meet the baby’s nutritional needs. The main problems with the use of breast milk in Indonesia are socio-cultural factors, lack of knowledge among pregnant women, families, and the public about the importance of breast milk, as well as the ranks of health workers who have not fully supported the Increased Breastfeeding (PP-ASI) by not providing Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD). Aim: To find out the external factors of mothers in exclusive breastfeeding in the handover village of Gresik Regency in 2021. Method: This research uses an analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was mothers who had babies 7-12 months as many as 32 respondents and sampling in this study used the total population. Findings: Data analysis is performed using the Chi-square statistical test with Fisher Exact values in bivariate analysis and Regency Binary Logistic on multivariate analysis. Based on bivariate analysis with the statistical test Fisher Exact obtained ? = 0.000 on socio-cultural variables, ? = 0.010 on family support variables, and ? = 0.041 on health worker role variables. In the multivariate statistical test with Regency Binary Logistic, the value of sig = 0.015 in socio-culture, sig = 0.317 in family support, and sig = 0.273 in the role of health worker.

Abstract

Background: In order to support the achievement of trust and transparency in increasing tax compliance, one of the efforts made by the Directorate General of Taxes is to change policy, namely if previously tax collection was only carried out by an official assessment system, now a self-assessment system is applied. The implementation of this self-assessment system is also supported by the implementation of the e-Taxation System which consists of e-Registration, e-SPT, e-Filing, and e-Billing. Aim: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the implementation of the taxation e-System consisting of e-Registration, e-SPT, e-Filing, and e-Billing on the compliance of individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Surabaya Pabean Cantikan. Method: This research uses a quantitative scientific approach by using primary data sources in the form of questionnaires and secondary data in the form of data from KPP Pratama Surabaya Pabean Cantikan. The questionnaires were processed as many as 100 with criteria according to research needs. Findings: The results showed that e-Registration, e-Filing, and e-Billing had a significance value of <0.05 indicating a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Surabaya Pabean Cantikan. On the other hand, e-SPT has a significance value of > 0.05, indicating that it has no significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at the KPP Pratama Surabaya Pabean Cantikan. This can be because e-SPT still has shortcomings such as being vulnerable to viruses so it can cause loss of tax data.
