Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi is a research base journal published by Bajang Institute. The journal published six times per year. This journal started publishes since 2021 In the following year of publication, the journal is going to publish trianually. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of Jurnal Amal should obey the writing guidelines. Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Desk Review and Initial Manuscript Evaluation processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bebestari/peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Double-Blind Peer-Review Process. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. All manuscripts submitted to the journal recommended being written in good English or Bahasa Indonesia. The scope and focus is related to research in economics, accounting, management and also economic education studies such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioral economics, human resource management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economical. This journal also publishes articles related to the study of banking, small and medium enterprises, stock market, Islamic economics, Islamic banking, Islamic accounting and other sharia-related economic fields. And also publishes development policy studies. In accordance with its scope, the Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, management, accounting, and economic education both conventional and sharia. This journal accepts qualitative research and quantitative research. The journal aims to publish a scientific article from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

Abstract

Green Human Resource (Green HR), keberagaman, dan inklusi memainkan peran penting dalam pengelolaan SDM di era digital. Transformasi digital mendorong perusahaan untuk mengintegrasikan prinsip keberlanjutan, keadilan, dan keragaman melalui praktik Green HR yang mendukung inovasi, efisiensi, dan kesadaran lingkungan. Inklusivitas menjadi esensial untuk memastikan akses yang merata terhadap teknologi dan penerapan kebijakan ramah lingkungan, yang mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan menganalisis 40 jurnal yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Green HR, keberagaman, dan inklusi berpengaruh positif terhadap pengelolaan SDM era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to find out more about the effect of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) and peer conformity on impulsive buying in TikTok e-commerce, mediated by emotional shopping. These four variables were tested to draw conclusions. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study consists of Gen Z users of TikTok e-commerce in Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the number of samples used was 100 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula from a total population of 296,926. The analysis method used in this study was the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) test, which was processed using Smart-PLS 4. The results of this data testing indicate that FOMO has a significant effect on emotional shopping and impulsive buying, peer conformity has a significant effect on emotional shopping and impulsive buying, emotional shopping significantly affects impulsive buying, and emotional shopping successfully mediates the relationship between FOMO, peer conformity, and impulsive buying

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ease of use, usefulness, and security on consumer preferences in using QRIS as a non-cash payment system. The research was conducted with a quantitative method, using a survey approach to students of the Sharia Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling technique based on the criteria: active students who have used QRIS in transactions. Data was collected through an online questionnaire, with a total of 75 respondents. The results showed that partially, Ease of use (X1) and security (X3) have a significant influence on consumer preferences, while usefulness (X2) has no significant effect. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on consumer preference in using QRIS as a non-cash payment system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and financial well-being affect investment interest. Using primary data by distributing questionnaires through social media with a purposive sampling method, with 75 samples with the criteria of individuals living in the Special Region of Yogyakarta with the criteria of having a monthly income and being interested in investing. Data were processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) 4 to predict the relationship between variables. The results showed that financial well-being did not affect investment interest, but financial knowledge and attitudes had a significant positive effect on investment interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer ratings of Medical Check Up services, one of the promotive and preventive efforts that can find early diagnoses so the potential health problems can be dtercterd early in RSUD Kota Bogor. Quantitiative reseach method, primary data with a population of 2.615 dan a sample of 96 using quantitative analysis with a cross-sectional study design approach, collecting data by distributing questionnaires, dimensions of tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Descriptive data analysis, Fishbein analysis, Corelation Analysis Pearson Product Moments. Ther result of the study, 52.08% of service users were women, the most aged 26-35 years weew 36.46%, the most professions werw 35.42% private employees. The results of data analysis show that the relationship between consumer trust and the five dimensions of tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, sostumers stated that the Medical Check Up service at RSUD Kota Bogor was included in the positive category. There is very strong relationship between consumer ratings and consumer trust. The result of this study can be used as a reference to improve the quality of service at RSUD Kota Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Bank Health Level using the RGEC method, Sustainability Report, and Company Size on Firm Value in state-owned banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021-2023. The secondary data used includes financial reports and sustainability reports from four state-owned banking companies selected through purposive sampling method. The analysis was carried out using SPSS software with classical assumption tests, descriptive statistical tests, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that Bank Health Level has a negative and insignificant effect on Firm Value, Sustainability Report has a significant positive effect on Firm Value, while Company Size has a negative and insignificant effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategy for developing blue economy-based fisheries cultivation in Sumbawa District. The research sample was 20 respondents related to aquaculture development strategies. Primary and secondary data are the types of data used in this research, where data is taken by observing and distributing questionnaires directly with respondents or the best experts and obtaining a clear understanding from existing literature. The analysis technique uses the hierarchical process analysis (AHP) method with the help of the expert choice 11 application. The results of this research show that the priority strategy for developing blue economy-based fisheries cultivation in Sumbawa district includes: 1) Establishment of a training and research center to support innovation and improvement capacity of cultivators, 2) Education for the community about the importance of BE and the impact of cultivation practices on the environment, 3) Implementation of biofloc systems, recirculating aquaculture (RAS), or aquaponics to increase efficiency, 4) Availability of access to funding, 5) Utilization of cultivation waste for added value products such as organic fertilizer, 6) Developing regulations to support the implementation of BE

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, chat marketing menjadi salah satu strategi pemasaran yang banyak digunakan oleh pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan interaksi dengan pelanggan serta mendorong keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan CV Achan Sungailiat yang telah berinteraksi melalui chat marketing. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linear untuk mengetahui sejauh mana chat marketing berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan chat marketing secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Faktor-faktor seperti respon cepat, personalisasi pesan, dan kemudahan transaksi melalui chat menjadi aspek utama yang berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan volume penjualan. Dengan demikian, penerapan chat marketing dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi pemasaran yang efektif bagi CV Achan Sungailiat dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan profitabilitas perusahaan.

Abstract

Palm oil (CPO) is a commodity of significant strategic value, evidenced by its robust demand and consumption both domestically and internationally. However, unsustainable land conversion practices have led to environmental repercussions, hindering the acceptance of CPO products in sustainable markets. This research aims to: 1) Identify and analyze internal and external factors that represent strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; 2) Formulate effective marketing strategies; and 3) Establish priority marketing strategies for sustainable palm oil promotion at PT Bio Inti Agrindo. A SWOT analysis is employed to identify the most effective marketing approach. The findings indicate that, based on the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices, the Internal-External (IE) matrix reveals an IFE score of 3.20 and an EFE score of 2.75, placing the company in cell II (Grow and Build). This positioning suggests that the company is internally strong and reasonably adept at managing external challenges. The recommended strategy emphasizes growth and development through expansion. Furthermore, the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis yields a Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) of 9 for Strategy 1, 8.6 for Strategy 2, and 8.2 for Strategy 3, leading to the conclusion that the most appropriate strategy is to enhance investment in technology and sustainable innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekspektasi pendapatan dan motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Parepare. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi mahasiswa aktif IAIN Parepare. Sampel sebanyak 100 mahasiswa dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi pendapatan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,226 dan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Motivasi (X2) juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,272 dan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Secara simultan, ekspektasi pendapatan dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 73,967 dan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05).
