Abstract

Berdasarkan Ketentuan pasal 17 Undang-undang No. 20 Tahun 2011 tentang Rumah Susun, bahwa rumah susun dapat dibangun diatas tanah hak milik, hak guna bangunan, atau hak pakai atas tanah Negara, dan hak guna bangunan atau hak pakai diatas hak pengelolaan. Selanjutnya dalam pasal 18 dikemukakan bahwa dalam pemberdayaan tanah wakaf, dapat didirikan diatasnya rumah susun khusus dan atau rumah susun umum. Rumah susun umum adalah rumah susun yang diselenggarakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Sementara itu, rumah susun khusus adalah rumah susun yang diselenggarakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah khusus. Berdasarkan pasal 16 ayat (2) Undang-undang No.41 tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf jo pasal 16 Undang-undang No.20 tahun 2011 tentang rumah susun telah memberikan landasan kepastian hukum bagi pendirian rumah susun diatan Tanah Wakaf. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work environtment and incentive on employee productivity partially and simultaneously at Sumber Hurip Hospital. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with the type of correlation study. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. In this study the authors took a sample using the probability sampling method is simple random sampling. Simple random sampling is taking sample members from a population that is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in that population. The population in this study were Sumber Hurip Hospital employees with a total of 320 employees. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis and inferential statistical data analysis. The results of the study show that Workload has no effect on employee work productivity at Sumber Hurip Hospital. Work environment has an effect on Employee Work Productivity at Sumber Hurip Hospital. Incentive has no affects on employee Work Productivity at Sumber Hurip Hospital. Workload, work environtment and incentive have a simultaneous effect on Employee Work Productivity at Sumber Hurip Hospital.

Abstract

Palm oil (CPO) is a commodity of significant strategic value, evidenced by its robust demand and consumption both domestically and internationally. However, unsustainable land conversion practices have led to environmental repercussions, hindering the acceptance of CPO products in sustainable markets. This research aims to: 1) Identify and analyze internal and external factors that represent strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; 2) Formulate effective marketing strategies; and 3) Establish priority marketing strategies for sustainable palm oil promotion at PT Bio Inti Agrindo. A SWOT analysis is employed to identify the most effective marketing approach. The findings indicate that, based on the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices, the Internal-External (IE) matrix reveals an IFE score of 3.20 and an EFE score of 2.75, placing the company in cell II (Grow and Build). This positioning suggests that the company is internally strong and reasonably adept at managing external challenges. The recommended strategy emphasizes growth and development through expansion. Furthermore, the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis yields a Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) of 9 for Strategy 1, 8.6 for Strategy 2, and 8.2 for Strategy 3, leading to the conclusion that the most appropriate strategy is to enhance investment in technology and sustainable innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of transactional leadership in mediating the effect of organizational climate on employee performance at the National Awakening Party Faction (FPKB) DPR RI. Transactional leadership is a leadership style that emphasizes the exchange relationship between leaders and subordinates through a system of rewards and punishments. A conducive organizational climate can improve employee motivation and performance, but the role of transactional leadership in this process still needs to be studied further. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 89 DPR RI FPKB employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and transactional leadership partially mediates the relationship. This means that a good organizational climate can improve employee performance, either directly or through transactional leadership. The implication of this research shows that organizations need to create a supportive work environment, as well as apply an effective leadership style in motivating employees. In addition, rewarding and performance-based evaluation systems can be a strategy in increasing employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of service quality and workload on patient anxiety at the I-Dental Care dental clinic in South Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a descriptive method. The approach used is a quantitative approach. In this study, the author took samples using the saturated sample method or research census, namely taking all patients who visited the I-Dental Care clinic for one month. The research subjects in this study were 105 patients and dentists at the I-Dental Care Clinic. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis and inferential statistical data analysis. Research results show that service quality influences patient anxiety at the I-Dental Care Clinic during the Covid-19 pandemic. Workload influences patient anxiety at the I-Dental Care Clinic.
