Abstract

This study aims: to determine the background of developing self-esteem in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMKN 1 Ponorogo; to determine efforts to develop self-esteem in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMKN 1 Ponorogo; as well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of developing self-esteem at SMKN 1 Ponorogo. This research design is qualitative. Based on the process of data collection and analysis, this research resulted in: the background for developing self-esteem in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMKN 1 Ponorogo is because PAI teachers see that students' self-esteem is still low; efforts to develop self-esteem (self-esteem) are very effective in terms of increasing self-esteem of students. These include: games or group games, motivational video screenings, and inspirational stories; as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for developing self-esteem in Islamic Religious Education Learning (PAI) at SMKN 1 Ponorogo including: student heterogeneity, backgrounds and problems that arise in the family, readiness of students and teachers.

Abstract

Ideally, the education of children in the family is played by the father and mother as the primary and first education. However, the situation becomes lame when a divorce occurs in a family.The father or mother will be the sole actor in the child's education in their daily life in the family environment. This study aims to determine the spiritual education process of children in divorce and the impact of parental divorce on children's spiritual education. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with case studies. The data sources in this study were obtained by parents and children. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study were obtained using the spiritual education process of children in divorced families by submitting children's education to the boarding school, most parents, to improve the morals of worship and remind children about daily activities to improve faith practiced by mankind and provide advice to children. a form of mandate, a behavior that must be carried out by all parents in order to choose peers who can lead to kindness, a group of good playmates, good for adolescent development, the impact of parental divorce on children's spiritual education is difficult to regulate, insensitive to the surrounding environment occurs during adolescence marked by desire to get rid of the reluctance to work, feel bored, self-control anxiety, emotional, lack of self-confidence which causes children to drop out of school due to environmental factors, promiscuity and lead to disappointment, stress, anxiety, trauma so that a this situation is much different from a whole family whose parents are strict in maturing their children, while parents tend to be self-limiting, aggressive, easily influenced, and indifferent to their parents.

Abstract

The society will always continue to change along with the times. And changes that occur in these communities are natural and unavoidable, although that the changes between one community and another will be different. Likewise with the modernization process. The modernization in certain societies will be different from other societies both in the process and in acceptance depending on the needs and desires of the community itself. Changes that occur in these societies are modernization process that will handcuff the community to consumerist culture, hedonism and others. Modernization is a form of society social change from a traditional society to a developed society following the development of other society which are considered to be more advanced and developing first. Era 4.0 is where the current development are running so fast and rapid. Era 4.0 brought much of changes with all its effect. The world community is always changing so fast. The change was dramatic at exponential speed. Changes that are very influential in several sektors of human life. And nothing can be separated from this change. The entry of the 4.0 era in people’s lives is colored with artificial intelligence, the era of super computers, genetic engineering, nanothecnology, innovation, etc. where sophisticated technology such as the internet of things, wearables, robotic and 3D printing enters all sektors of the industri and involves various stakeholders ranging from institution, governments, industri association, businesses, technology providers, research institutions and also education. The world of education is also inseparable from the grip of the 4.0 era modernization. Now a days, education runs fast in catching up with the times, following modernization. However, with this relity the community must be smart in choosing which of the modernization processes will be able to change society for the better, so that the benefits of modernization can be felt positively.

Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen merupakan sistem yang dirancang untuk menyediakan informasi guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan pada kegiatan manajemen (perencanaan, penggerakan, pengorganisasian, dan pengendalian) dalam organisasi. Sebuah sistem informasi manajemen bukan hanya sekedar perkembangan teknologi. Sistem informasi manajemen berhubungan dengan organisasi dan pengelolanya. Pemahaman terhadap sistem informasi manajemen berdasarkan teknologi informatika termasuk memahami konsep sistem informasi, pemakaian informasi, dan nilai informasi. Batasan sistem telah ditetapkan dengan mendorong pada kualitas kerja sistem itu sendiri. Proses kerja dalam setiap sistem memunculkan suatu hasil (output) yang berkelanjutan dan system evaluasi melalui tindakan umpan balik. Dengan artian bahwa jika output berisi informasi yang bertentangan dengan pencapaian tujuan organisasi, maka akan menjadi masukan dalam sistem. Jika hasil umpan balik telah diterima oleh sistem, maka sistem akan membuat penyesuaian yang diperlukan agar output tetap konsisten dengan tujuan semula. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengindentifikasi sistem informasi manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Banyak pendapat para ahli mengemukakan pengertian sistem informasi manajemen Pendidikan. Perkembangan ini juga telah menyebabkan perubahan-perubahan peran dari para manajer dalam pengambilan keputusan, mereka dituntut untuk selalu memperoleh informasi yang paling akurat yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Methode pembahasan yang dipakai adalah dengan penelitian Studi Literatur, dimana peneliti dengan mengumpulkan sejumlah buku buku, majalah yang berkaitan dengan masalah dan tujuan penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kode etik dan integritas guru PAI dalam perspektif islam. Guru merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan dalam pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan normative yuridis yang dilakukan dengan cara menelaah dan menginterpretasikan hal-hal yang bersifat teoritis menyangkut kode etik, kedudukan yang berkaitan dengan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah peneltian kajian Pustaka (library research). Hasil pembahasan dalam penelitian ini dapat dikemukakan bahwa "Kedudukan guru yang istimewa, ternyata berimbang dengan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya yang tidak ringan." Seorang guru agama bukan hanya guru, tapi juga pendidik. Sebagai pendidik, guru memiliki kewajiban untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam, yaitu memberikan peran maksimal kepada siswa dan menjadikan mereka muslim yang sempurna. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, guru harus bekerja keras dengan berbagai cara, seperti mengajar, melatih, membiasakan, memberi teladan, memberi semangat, pujian, hukuman bahkan doa. Profesi guru tidak hanya pengetahuan teknis dan manajemen, tetapi juga sikap. Guru hendaknya mengajar dengan niat mengharapkan ridha Allah SWT, menyebarkan ilmu, menegakkan kebenaran. Guru hendaknya tidak menolak untuk mengajar murid yang tidak mempunyai niat tulus dalam belajar. Guru hendaknya mencintai muridnya seperti ia mencintai dirinya sendiri.
