Abstract

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a business entity that collects funds from the public in the form of deposits. Based on the background of the problem, namely how to design and make a decision support system for selecting banking products according to customer needs in BNI using the multi-factor evaluation process method. The purpose of designing and making this decision support system is aimed at BNI customers or prospective customers in choosing the right deposit banking product as needed. In the process of opening an account at BNI, currently customer service is experiencing problems in the service time for opening an account which is getting longer. This is because the customer, when it comes to customer service, is still unable to determine which deposit product to choose, so customer service must explain all types of savings products at BNI. For this reason, the authors provide alternative solutions to problems by creating a decision support system for selecting banking products to the appropriate customer needs at BNI with the multi-factor evaluation process method. This decision support system is hoped to be able to help customer service at BNI so that the account opening process is faster and customers can get banking products that suit their needs without a long time.

Abstract

Social media as a place to access and disseminate information has grown very rapidly, one of which is Twitter. Twitter, as a place for information flow, is a rich source for seeking public opinion and sentiment analysis. Twitter in this study was used as a source to obtain data about the 2021 homecoming in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine public satisfaction with government policies regarding the ban on going home in Indonesia in 2021. The data to be processed is Indonesian-language tweets, the keywords are #mudik and #diarangmudik, the length of data collection is 1 week, with lots of data generated as many as 1000. Sentiment analysis in this study using the Naïve Bayes Classification method. The steps in this study are first crawling Twitter data which is then stored in csv format, second preprocessing which consists of tokenizer, case folding, cleansing and stop removal, third Naive Bayes classification which will be carried out after going through the Pre-processing stage, where the results of the classification tweets tend to be positive or negative or neutral. The results of this study obtained an accuracy of 56.52% with each positive sentiment value of 62.28%, negative sentiment as much as 46.72% and neutral sentiment as much as 66.50%.

Abstract

Production is the most important part of the industrial world. Production planning is influenced by the number of products to be produced, production facilities, and delivery/ distribution of products by the company concerned in the coming period. Production planning greatly affects the survival of the company. In the industrial era 4.0, business competition has a real impact on small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Determining the amount of production in a directed and real-time manner has become a demand so that SMEs can survive in the industrial era 4.0. SMEs must be able to compete in the Internet of Things environment. To meet the demands of the industrial era 4.0 for small and medium enterprises, this research was conducted to produce an idea/thought framework in the form of Internet of Things design for production planning in the small and medium business sector.

Abstract

An information system is a system consisting of elements in an organization created by humans to achieve a goal that is to be able to present information accurately. The use of a good information system is needed in various business fields, including in the car rental business. Car rental is one of the businesses that provide services to the wider community, where currently the development of the business is getting faster. However, many of these car rental businesses still carry out conventional data processing. So that it causes obstacles such as searching for data and making rental reports that take a long time and there are inaccuracies in the presentation of rental reports. With these obstacles, the use of the information system has not been implemented properly, so the car rental business requires development. The purpose of the development or design of information systems is to help resolve these constraints. In order to achieve this goal, an appropriate model is needed in the design of the system such as the use of the Waterfall model. The Waterfall model is very clear in its stages and the expected final result is to be able to produce a car rental program application that can solve all obstacles in the car rental information system.

Abstract

Decision making in an educational institution is very important. The principal should take a decision based on calculations and long-term thinking so that decisions determining student achievement to be taken are not mistakes. Still some problems in determining student achievement, in determining student and student who achievement still intuitive, there is no optimal utilization in processing student value by using method TOPSIS, which maan can make easier for teacher to determine student academic achievement Precisely and rapidly, where the topsis method is the best alternative that has the shortest distance from the ideal ideal solution and furthest from the ideal negative solution. From the test results with alternative topsis 66 method with 3 criteria that is normative value, adaptive value, and productive value. Of the 66 alternatives.

Abstract

Today's digital technology is needed for daily needs. Everything that is processed and processed from resources can be solved with digital technology. Utilizing digital technology will save more costs than using it manually. In addition to downsizing the utilization of digital technology will also speed up the process and results of what is needed. The development of digital technology is currently very rapid, even from the world of education has implemented digital technology for learning. IT Ma'arif Bandar Pacitan Middle School is a private school that just took a computer-based exam in 2018. The test was carried out to join other schools. Ma'arif Bandar IT Middle School is a pilot private junior high school that has developed quite rapidly. However, due to lack of funds to have their own system, the try out practice exam still joins other schools. The researcher tries to make an application where students can run Try Out exams or practice exams independently. The research method for designing a tryout system is to use the Website Design Method (WSDM) method. The website design methodology was created to provide a systematic and scientific approach to website design. This application can later be used on computers or mobile phones. Utilization of digital technology using the Try Out application can benefit students and the school. In addition to using the official application from the government, the school and students can learn on their own by using this application.

Abstract

Data mining techniques are used to design effective sales or marketing strategies by utilizing sales transaction data that is already available in the company. The problem in the company is that there are many data transactions that occur unknown, causing an accumulation of data unknown sales most in each month & year, unknown brands of car oil are often sold or demanded by customers. So this association search uses a priori algorithm as a place to store data using pattern recognition techniques such as static and mathematical techniques from a set of relationships (associations) between items obtained, it is expected that can help developers in designing marketing strategies for goods in the company. Software testing results that have been made have found the most sold oil brand products if you buy Shell Hx7, it will buy Toyota Motor Oil with 50% support and 66.7% confidence. If you buy Toyota Motor Oil, you will buy Shell Hx 7 with 50% support and 85.7% confidence.

Abstract

To raise cats, feeding is one of the main factors and should be given according to schedule. If the direct feed with a large portion can result in the cat not being eaten because it is not too deep to eat and is wasted. As a result of this problem, anxiety arises from the point of view of the health and development of cats and leads to spending on excess cat feed. The results of this study are a tool that can help feed cats in real time with 2 modes of feeding, namely for adult cats and kittens with feeding schedules at 8 AM, 12 PM and 6 PM. Control of this tool can be accessed wirelessly with an Android smartphone so that it can make it easier to monitor the working status of this tool. The benefits obtained from the results of making this tool when viewed from the cat are able to maintain their diet, prevent malnutrition, prevent obesity and prevent cats stress due to deposition. When viewed from the point of view of the benefits to cat owners or users, namely it can reduce performance and minimize forgetting to feed and can save on buying cat feed because portions have been arranged in such a way as to save expenditure..

Abstract

The more advanced technology can make it easier for someone to do their work. Included in it in terms of making graphics that can be done using computer assistance. Where computers can represent human work functions. This study aims to create an application graph for the determination of the composition of the aggregate mixture and provide the results of the calculation of the percentage of each aggregate and provide recommendations whether the composition of the aggregate mixture is feasible or not to be used. The results of this study are a graphical application for determining the value of the composition of the aggregate mixture. This application has been tested using DOSBox and TURBO C ++. Based on the results of these trials it can be concluded that the application of graphs to determine the value of aggregate mixture composition can be used as a tool for making graphs of aggregate mixtures and determining the value of aggregate composition and providing recommendations in the form of recommendations.

Abstract

PT. Gramedia Asri Media established the Gramedia Digital Technical Department which implements remote work so that it is possible for employees working in various places to stay connected and collaborate. However, with the limited space and time for employees and the difficulty of meeting at one time to get various trainings, then MOOC is expected to be the answer to the need for workers to get proper training and in accordance with the technical capabilities required by the company. MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) is an example of technological development of the learning process that offers flexibility in time and place. Currently, there are many alternative MOOC providers with various criteria, so it is necessary to choose the one that is most suitable for its users. One method of making decisions based on many criteria is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). This study uses 5 criteria, namely Teacher Credibility, Certificate, Price, Course Topics and Course Time and 4 alternatives, namely Coursera, EdX, Udemy and Codecademy, where the course topic is obtained as the priority with a priority weight of 0.2289 then followed by Course time with a priority weight of 0.2238 Price with priority weight 0.2133, Credibility of teachers with priority weight 0.1833, Certificate with priority weight 0.1508. While the alternative with the priority is Udemy with a priority weight of 0.4379 followed by Coursera with a priority weight of 0.2234, Codecademy with a priority weight of 0.1989 and lastly Edx with a priority weight of 0.1723.
