Abstract

Computer-based information systems are very influential in the world of work, as well as web-based information systems are used as a means of information enhancement. Utilization will facilitate a job as well as faster data processing, the decision to be taken more precisely, saving time and cost. Because the needs of the yellowish university to realize the vision and mission must be in line with the activities undertaken, one of them by producing a paper or a scientific paper lecturer who indexed such as scopus and thompson, so the yellowish university held an international Conference held in cooperation with other universities, both domestic and foreign, this requires a media or information that can be accessed by lecturers in the country and abroad in terms of registration of scientific work to be on international Conference activities with online-based. In the international Conference that will be held university of lancang kuning no media that can be used as a means to promote, because this is considered very important for the achievement of the purpose of international Conference activities to be implemented. The method used by collecting existing data and analyzing problems in the collection and adjustment of Paper International Conference. The general purpose of this research is to build an E-register paper application to make it easier for users to register papers for seminars at youthful university.

Abstract

Nowadays, important data in the form of word files have been widely used. But there are still few who apply security techniques to the important files. Files that are confidential or important, if they fall into the hands of others may be misused or manipulated for certain purposes. The existence of document security applications built on cryptographic algorithms is one solution to solve the above problems. Cryptographic techniques secure a data or important files by encoding the data into a cipher that is difficult to understand again by others. The RC5 algorithm is one of the cryptographic technique algorithms that can be used to encode text from word files based on the RC5 algorithm so that it can improve the expression of important and confidential word files.

Abstract

This study aims to develop multimedia-based learning media for StockLab; StockLab games are generally played by 3 to 5 people. This game is often played by students at the Faculty of Economics and Business as a simulation medium in building stocks where the card introduces investment, stocks, and the capital market. Stockland is a game using card media such as playing, domino or Uno with game instructions such as players must compete with each other to develop assets by investing in various sectors of stocks and mutual funds, and can take various actions optimally to become an investor with the most coins at the end of the game.

Abstract

The number of internet users in Indonesia are high, but there is a gap in the number of users e-wallet based on age groups in Indonesia. For example, the low use of e-wallets among the 18-24 year age group and among the 40-year-old age group. Even though e-wallets offer many benefits for their users. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors causing the low use of e-wallets among the 18-24 year age group and those over 40 years of age. This study uses UTAUT2 as the basic framework and the Security variable as an additional variable. Data collection was carried out online using google form to 117 respondents. The software for data analysis is SmartPLS. The results in the 18-24 year age group are Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value and Habit affect Behavioral Intention positively and Facilitating Conditions, Behavioral Intention affect Use Behavior positively. Whereas in the age group over 40 years, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, Security affect Behavioral Intention positively and Facilitating Conditions, Habit, Behavioral Intention affect Use Behavior positively.

Abstract

Nursing Diploma Degree Student Competency Test which has been done since 2013 is still found by students who have not passed. This makes the nursing college conducting the competency test have to think of corrective steps so that in each period of the competency test there are no more students who do not pass. One way to do this is to make predictions on the results of the competency test using the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) Method. The data used are past data from the results of the Nabila Nursing Academy competency test results from 2015 to 2019 totaling 146 data. The variables used are gender, participation status, academic achievement index (GPA), and follow the tryout. For ANFIS training data were used 50 data and 96 data for testing data. Obtained a minimum error of 0.00% and a maximum error of 0.94% and a MAPE value of 0.11%. With a small MAPE value it can be concluded that ANFIS can predict the results of competency tests in nursing diploma degree students.

Abstract

Comitte nasional sports of Indonesia is the organization that focus on sport. Every two years, Probolinggo's KONI hold city sports week activity that specially for elementary and junior hight school students. In every registration process Porkota's participant currently it is still done manually which causes the registration process to occur a lot of error and requirs a longer time. Along with the development of technology, an online registration system is needed to simplify the registration process and prevent errors from occurring. The PORKOTA registration application consists of web and android applications. The android application is used by the school to register and the web application is used by KONI to make data changes, delete data and print data. Design of PORKOTA registration process system is described in the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Then develop a client server based application using web and android with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method as a solution to these problems. The results of this study is the creation of a client server-based PORKOTA online registration application using web and android. This application is expected to help the school and the Probolinggo's KONI in facilitating the PORKOTA registration process

Abstract

The task of the student is one of the assessment of student learning outcomes, the students who do not collect the task due to forgetting or not knowing the duty of the lecturer is very detrimental to the students. The tasks collected with the softcopy type sometimes troubled the students in collecting and also making it difficult for the lecturers to make all student assignments. By utilizing technology in supporting the lectures, mobile applications that are built to help students and lecturers in the lecture. Applications are built consisting of two sides, the first web application that will be used lecturers concerned in managing student tasks. Second, mobile-based applications that will be paired to student mobile devices that will interact with lecturers.

Abstract

The implementation of this geographic information system development aims to present the distribution area of the poor in Probolinggo Regency in three dimensions in the form of a digital map. So that the information displayed is easy to analyze and can be identified the distribution of the population in a visual form. The method of developing this application uses the Software Development Life Cycle method, which consists of Planning, Analysis, Design, and Implementation. This application was created using QuantumGIS, P-mapper, and MapServer with the PHP programming language. This Geographical Information System can display the mapping of poor areas based on four levels of poverty, namely moderate poverty, near poverty, poor, and very poor. Thus, this application is very useful for the Regional Development Planning Agency of Probolinggo Regency to understand the meaning of the data that has been displayed visually on a map by looking at areas that have been grouped with the same poverty level.

This study aims to recommend the best-selling Milk in CV. Sempurna based on criteria determined by using the technique of decision support system. Mechanical multi-criteria decision-making is based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has weights illustrates how important these criteria with the other criteria. The final results obtained from this decision support system will provide an alternative, to recommend the best-selling Milk Product Selection in CV. Sempurna. The Best Milk Product Name SAW was Carnation Coffee-Mate Id 48x495g obtaining ranked first, next Bear Brand RTD Tin 30x189 Ml and Nestle Miss Plain Sbc Can 48x370 Gr rated two and three.

Abstract

the agriculture sector still faces fairly basic challenges, namely the quality problem and the increase in competitiveness through productivity and efficiency. This research determines the criteria for the best quality types of rice seeds and how to apply the Fuzzy Mamdani Method, to determine the quality of rice seeds in order to assist farmers in determining the quality of the best rice seeds. Mamdani fuzzy method is one example of a method that can help the optimal decision making process to solve practical problems. The problem solved is the determination of the best quality of rice seeds, based on established criteria, namely the type of rice, the shape of the rice, the color of the seeds, the age of the seeds, and roots. This is done to reinforce the output or output of each input variable membership. Then after the output input output variable is determined, the implementation of the rules for each parameter is carried out. After that do defuzzyfication with the centroid method. So that the output of one parameter is 60 with verry good information. This system was built with a website application where the application is able to help users to determine the quality of rice seeds and obtain information about the best seeds.
