Abstract

Convenience in using the internet is strongly influenced by the web browser used. Web browser is an application to be able to surf the internet, which serves to display and interact with the server. The development of the internet and the increasing number of website are there, make the internet as the primary source of information. With options and advantages possessed by each web browser, internet users often do not make the most of the features provided. It is that makes the background of how to apply the research methods Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for choosing a web browser on the desktop. This research aims to create a decision support system for internet users in selecting the appropriate web browser criteria and requirements.

Abstract

In this study, the authors aim to design and build a decision support system at Medan Putri Private Junior High School. The method used by the author is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. There are five criteria used by the author, namely good ethics, active in class, the highest report card value, and attendance. The use of a Decision Support System (DSS) is expected to help the decisions made in choosing and determining who is the best student, considering that so far, no particular method has been used in selecting students so that sometimes decisions are deemed less objective and not on target. In this study, a case will be appointed, namely looking for the best alternative based on predetermined criteria using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The research was conducted by finding the weight value for each attribute; then, a ranking process was carried out, which would determine the optimal alternative, namely the best student.

Abstract

Solar power plants are engaged in providing services and selling solar cells. The design of the sales data processing application uses a database and generates archiving data reports on the sales data report maker. To meet the needs of inputting sales data, there is a special section that handles the admin section, the cashier section, but this work system already uses a web-based data processing application. The method used in data processing applications is in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the application design method uses document flow charts, data flow diagrams, and use cases. Supporting software in making data processing applications using the php database programming language used mysql. The design of the product sales data application produces a database design, namely the goods data and sales table. Black box test results show the features in the application run accordingly and the white box test results in the login menu generate the same region and path value of 7 for the value of Cyclomatic Complexity=7 , Region=7 and Independent Path=7, meaning that the logic used in the program code is appropriate and running and in accordance with the research objectives that the input process of stock goods and transactions can be done optimally.

Abstract

The transfer of management from SMK(SMK) in 2017 by the East Java Provincial Government has an impact on many things. One of them is the need for media for communication. Information technology (IT) infrastructure in Vocational Schools is a connecting between Vocational Schools and the East Java Provincial Education Office. IT facilities can streamline and streamline communication between the Office of Education and Vocational Schools in various regions. To find out the state of IT infrastructure in Vocational Schools in Madiun Regency, there is a need to measure the maturity level of IT infrastructure in SMK. One popular IT governance evaluation framework used is COBIT. With the COBIT framework guidelines can assess current conditions, as well as expectations of what will be achieved. The results of the gap will be used as a basis for recommendations for improvements to what stages have not been in line with expectations. The results of the maturity level of management of IT infrastructure in Vocational High Schools at each school on average at AI3 sub domain are at level 2, while AI5 sub domains are at level 1. As for the situation in AI3 sub domains, there are still some who care about the importance of IT infrastructure policy, responsibility for infrastructure management is still limited to individual intuition, as well as the absence of measurement of the results of the objectives whether it has been achieved. While AI5 sub domain is management has begun to identify procedures for collaboration with IT infrastructure suppliers, there are standard criteria for the selection of IT infrastructure suppliers, and there are fundamental objectives for IT infrastructure supplier contract management.

Abstract

Poor Student Assistance is a National Program that aims to assist poor students to go to school and gain access to appropriate educational services, prevent dropping out of school, help students meet the needs of learning activities, support the Nine Years Education Program (even to upper secondary) school programs sourced from the State Budget. Several outcomes from the evaluation and study of BSM Program implementation show the weakness of this program, that is related to the accuracy of targeting of BSM where there are still many non-poor households that receive BSM and the number of inadequate. The target of BSM Program beneficiaries is still weak where many BSM recipients are not from poor households and many students from poor households / households do not receive BSM benefits and are still manuals of the methods used in establishing BSM recipients. In this research used decision support system with Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution method. With this method can provide the right decision for the proper in scholarship grants for poor students.

Abstract

Air pollution gets worse every year; one of the contributing factors to the worsening of air pollution is the increasingly busy delivery of goods between regions and within regions. PT X is a distributor that delivers goods in the form of flour products. Every day. There are 40 consumers in several areas and not close to each other. The vehicles used are several trucks. The problem faced is the high cost of penalties because they often experience delays in the delivery, and the use of fuel is quite high, automatically it will be directly proportional to the air pollution produced. This is one of the cases of the Green Vehicle Routing Problem Time Windows (GVRPTW). These problems include NP-Hard, which means that it takes a lot of computational effort to find the best solution. One method that can be used for this problem is the Ant colony Optimization (ACO) method. The output of this algorithm is the fuel costs and the route that is passed.

Abstract

One of the interesting cosmic phenomena to study in astronomy is solar eclipses because they are so rare that observations are recommended. This study developed a mobile application as a medium to explain the process of a solar eclipse using Augmented Reality with equipment such as a telescope, sun glasses, and pinhole. The application was built in collaboration with the Andromeda Study Group and the Ahmad Dahlan University Center for Astronomy Studies. The method used in this research is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of six stages, namely concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. This study produces a mobile application for the introduction of a solar eclipse using Augmented Reality to help people understand the process of a solar eclipse digitally or in 3D. Applications that have been made in this study are then tested using the blackbox test and material feasibility test. The blackbox test produces a value of 100% so that the application built can function properly. The feasibility test produces a value of 100% so that it is declared that the application is suitable for use.

Abstract

Public street lighting automation is one part of an area or a city development design. The design of public street lightning need to pay attention to several aspects, where one of them is how the public street lighting design is able to save electricity consumption. This research contain several combination of public street light-ing automation designs. It use Arduino Mega 2560 board as the main control board, KY-018 sensor as the sen-sor to detect the environment light intensity, HC-SR501 sensor as the sensor to detect object movement, AC light dimmer as the regulator of the lamp, AC power meter as a measuring device to measure the power con-sumption of the lamp used. The testing mechanism are consist of testing the input and output components in the system and testing the electricity consumption in the circuit design. The results of the research carried out, showed a comparison of the level of electricity consumption from each series of combinations that can be used as a reference for road lighting development planning.

Abstract

This study designed a questionnaire application for the performance of the Computer Science Study Program Lecturers, so that in the future the performance assessment of lecturers at the Faculty of Computer Science can be even better, so that no more difficulties are encountered in processing evaluation data or in finding lecturer evaluation data. Because basically the lecturer performance appraisal system that is currently running, there are still frequent errors in the results of the evaluation reports due to the wrong input and analysis process This application was created using Visual Basic 2010 and using the Access database. expected to help the campus in improving the performance of lecturers. The testing system used is the white box testing method.

Abstract

Autism is a developmental disorder in children that causes child is difficult do communicte and interact socially. An expert system identification and treatment of autistic children based on android has not been widely applied, ussually only done manually based on the identification of a Psychologist assessment. Identification expert system is expected to assist in the identification of children with autism are much faster and accurate approach using data from Psychologists and special needs teachers. Knowledge in the expert system is represented in the form of rules and methods of reasoning and used method of trace forward chaining. Output on a system such as whether Three si The possibility of autism in child based on facts bor symptoms given to the system. The test results shaw that the system of identification Ana treatment of autistic children to help in the identification of children with autism and provide general description of the autistic child. In addition, there is also general information on children with autism and theirs methods of theraphy for children with autism in accordance with the conditions of the child.
