Abstract

A country's economic activity is very dependent on the role of the market, even though injustice and fraud often occur in its trading activities, especially in determining the price offered. Therefore a rule is needed regarding market price determination, where the rule is known as a market mechanism, namely price setting based on demand and supply. The market is where the process of demand and supply occurs until the equilibrium price is reached. This research is a literature research or library reasearch that examines information through books, documents, articles, and other literature media that can be used as a source in preparing a study. This study aims to determine the role of market mechanisms to create market balance in the view of Islamic economics. The results showed that Islam puts the market in an important position in the economy of the market mechanism in accordance with sharia does not promote government intervention in normal market conditions. However, when the market is distorted, it takes the role of the government in overcoming problems to realize the benefits of the people

Abstract

In the midst of very intense competition, companies must be more selective in setting prices for a product, because in general branding and price are measuring factors for consumers in purchasing a product. This research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Economics Regular Evening at Pasim National University who bought scarlett whitening. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the influence of celebrity endorsers and prices have on buying interest either partially or simultaneously through Instagram social media. The research method that will be used in this research is descriptive method and associative method. In this study, the unit of analysis was the individual, namely students of the Faculty of Economics, Evening Regular Class, Pasim National University who bought scarlett whitening products. The sample in this study were 97 respondents. Accidental sampling is the sampling technique used in this study. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a partial or simultaneous influence on the Celebrity Endorser variable with a contribution value of 39.8% to consumer buying interest and 10.2% contributing to the effect of price on consumer buying interest. And the influence of Celebrity Endorser and Price partially or simultaneously contributes to purchase intention by 50% while the remaining 50% is the influence of other variables not examined.

Abstract

Market equilibrium is a price agreement that occurs in a market system between sellers and buyers with a mechanism of bargaining. The presence of demand and supply encourages a bargaining process aimed at obtaining a balanced price. The market can be said to get a price balance when the asking price matches the bid price. The process of demand and supply is also in the perspective of Islamic economics. The research method used in this research is library research or literature research. The results of the study show that in Islamic economics there are conditions related to the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, namely the concept of a good economy and in accordance with Islamic teachings. The view of Islamic teachings regarding market balance is relatively the same but has certain limitations with the aim of fulfilling Islamic principles.

Abstract

Unemployment is a problem that occurs in East Java, especially Blitar Regency. Several factors make the unemployment rate in Blitar Regency fluctuate, including population and education. According to some experts, every resident who enters the labor force but is unable to be absorbed or enters the workforce, this can lead to an increase in the unemployment rate. According to the educational factor, the higher a person's education, the higher the ability and opportunity to work. So that the government's efforts are needed to overcome this unemployment. The purpose of this research is to see the impact of education and population on unemployment in Blitar Regency. The method used is literature review (literature review). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the unemployment rate was contributed by residents with the highest educational level who graduated from elementary school, and the unemployment rate decreased by 0.16% from the previous year, from 3.82% to 3.66% of the total workforce of 657,544 residents. This is also influenced by the declining population growth rate and increasing awareness of education.

Abstract

This research was conducted on customers of JG Motor Asia Africa Bandung workshops. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the influence of product quality and brand image has on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously through Instagram social media. The research method that will be used in this research is descriptive method and associative method. In this study, the unit of analysis is the individual, namely the Customers of JG Motor Workshop Asia Africa Bandung who buy Yamaha NMAX motorcycle products. The sample in this study were 67 respondents. Sampling accidental sampling is the sampling technique used in this study. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a partial or simultaneous effect on the Product Quality variable with a contribution value of 40.3% on purchasing decisions and 47% contributing to the influence of Brand Image on purchasing decisions. And the effect of Product Quality and Brand Image partially or simultaneously contributes to purchasing decisions of 87.3% while the remaining 12.7% is the influence of other variables not examined.

Abstract

UD. XYZ is a business engaged in the distribution of textiles since 1995. UD. XYZ distributes its products to B2B (Business to Business), namely convection manufacturers and B2C, namely end consumers. In 2020 and 2021 UD. XYZ experienced a decrease in revenue and market share due to the impact of the pandemic. This study aims to formulate a textile distribution business strategy that fits UD. XYZ. This study uses an analysis of the five main elements of the diamond strategy from Hambrick & Fredickson. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and document study. The results of this study are the analysis of the five main elements of the diamond strategy, namely: (1) Arena, covering answers regarding product categories for convection needs, B2B and B2C market segments, East Java geographical area, computerized inventory system technology, finance and digital marketing, and efficiency value creation; (2) Vehicles, through partnerships and internal development; (3) Differentiators, in terms of image quality guaranteed at competitive prices, in terms of customization of cloth cutting services, in terms of competitive and affordable prices, in terms of styling different qualities, in terms of product availability, best seller ready stock products. (4) Staging is divided into short, medium and long term; (5) Economic Logic with cost effectiveness.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic had a negative impact on MSMEs, one of which was a decline in sales and asked MSMEs to rebuild their business systems to bear the impact of the pandemic. This procedure is a variation step as an option to become and turn into a superior Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The strategy used in this research is subjective exploration, which is research based on the power of scientific description through a careful search of writings and descriptions through external and internal investigations of the problem. Composing with a subjective strategy can indicate a translation that is an item or a consistent result of the information obtained during the review. The results of the review explain that digital promotion of goods makes it easier for clients to get data about an item, and can create web-based exchanges so that they can increase sales transactions, especially for MSMEs.

Abstract

Along with the many needs of the community for their lives, especially in motorized vehicles, many financial institutions provide credit facilities to make it easier for people who want to own a motorbike in the near future but are constrained by costs. One of the institutions that provide a credit system is Honda. Honda has launched many kinds of products, one of which is Revo FI FIT. To attract buyers, Honda provides various installment offers with loan amounts and terms. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of qualitative data by searching documents from the Honda Cengkareng website which was updated on November 30, 2022. In this study, we will analyze whether the installment calculation is in accordance with the annuity theory or not. Based on the results of data processing by calculating the theoretical formula of compound interest and ordinary annuities, it is found that the calculation of the motorcycle loan annuity is not in accordance with the ordinary annuity theory, where the installments using the ordinary annuity theory are smaller than the installments listed on the web.

Abstract

One of the basic things that can be done to anticipate the negative impact of rising prices of production materials is to re-analyze the prices of production materials with the selling prices of production using a linear program. In this study, the analysis technique used was linear programming using the substitution method to obtain profit predictions from selling Cookies. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimization of pastries production to generate maximum profit. The case study was conducted in the Pastry Business at the Mulia Amal Foundation, South Jakarta, Indonesia. The results of the research on optimizing the production of the KUKERAMI pastry business Yayasan Amal Mulia Indonesia produces with optimal results, the profit earned on last year's sales using the linear program substitution method achieved a profit of IDR 6,900,000 by selling chocolate cookies and snow white cookies, 70 jars each and 60 jars.

Abstract

The implementation of integral in the field of economics in Indonesia plays a very important role in helping the government and companies make the right and wise decisions. By using integral methods, the government and companies can determine the point of production efficiency, estimate the optimal production level, and determine the total cost needed to reach that production level. The method used in this study is a literature review. A literature review is one of the research methods that relies on existing documents. Cost is the amount of money a company spends on its production activities and is expressed as C or TC (Total Cost). The revenue function, also called the income or sales function, is represented by R or TR (Total Revenue). The utility function explains the level of satisfaction that consumers receive from a good or service. The production function describes the relationship between output and production factors. The producer's surplus is the difference between revenue and the minimum benefit received by the producer. Consumption is an economic action taken to meet needs using goods or services. The savings function shows the relationship between savings and income.
