Abstract

This study aims to analyze and develop an effective marketing strategy system at the "Salapan Djati" coffee shop to increase competitiveness and business growth. Through a qualitative approach with the case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of documentation related to coffee marketing strategies. The results of the study show that "Salapan Djati" can improve the marketing strategy system through several main strategies: (1) developing innovative and quality coffee products, (2) appropriate market segmentation to target potential consumers, (3) utilization of social media and digital platforms in marketing campaigns, (4) improving the quality of customer service, and (5) cooperating with local suppliers to support sustainability and community aspects. The practical implication of this research is to provide guidance for coffee shop owners in designing and implementing an effective marketing strategy system to improve business performance.

Abstract

The company's internal control is the main thing because it has an important role in preventing and detecting fraud and protecting company assets, both tangible and intangible. This study aims to determine the internal control system of cash receipts at CV. Adhika Putra Mandiri has been running well or not and whether it is in accordance with internal control. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis and research show that CV. Adhika Putra Mandiri has implemented an internal control system for cash receipts but its application to the company is still not good because there are still weaknesses. The weaknesses are that the organizational structure is not fully structured, there are still multiple assignments, proof of cash receipts has not been stamped with a "Paid" stamp by the finance department within the company, and cash calculations have not been corrected periodically. or suddenly.

Abstract

In every company must have several employees to run the business that has been run. Company PT. Citra Indah Abadi Jaya has a total of 58 employees and pays salaries to each employee once a month to be exact on the 1st. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the payroll system on the effectiveness of internal control at PT. Citra Indah Jaya Abadi. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on these results indicate that PT.Citra Indah Abadi Jaya supports the effectiveness of internal control because it shows accountability to the authorities. Regarding the payroll system, documents that must be prepared, accounting records and payroll procedures are in accordance with established procedures, but some are not in accordance with procedures. determined as in concurrent duties, segregation of duties, and no salary certificate.

Abstract

Roti'O is known as a franchise company with its flagship product, the coffee bun. Roti'O's first outlet was established on May 23, 2012 at Kota Station, West Jakarta. Roti'O is a brand under PT. Sebastian Citra Indonesia. This study aims to determine the planning of the order system in service through the delivery order application at Roti'o. The method used is descriptive. Descriptive is a research method that describes the characteristics of the population or phenomenon studied. Therefore, the main focus of this research method is to explain the research object. So that is in accordance with what events or phenomena are happening. In general, the results of this study Roti'O still do not have a Roti'O delivery application that can make it easier for consumers. Currently, the development is so rapid, many social media are used to facilitate quick access to social media. We hope that this online order delivery will make it easier for customers to shop and save time busy with every other work in daily life

Abstract

Value added is a key concept for measuring income to determine a company's performance. On the other hand, Sharia's added value is economic, intellectual and spiritual. This study aims to build the concept of sharia value added. Study, that is, research in which data collection is done by collecting data from a variety of literature. Abstract

The use of OVO digital payments is increasing in Indonesia, especially among people who rely on MSMEs as their source of income. The aim of the research on the Effect of Digital Payment Gateway (OVO) on the Financial Performance of MSMEs is to understand the impact caused by the adoption of the use of digital payment systems such as OVO on the financial performance of MSMEs. The method used is quantitative descriptive, aiming to create an objective picture or description of a situation using numbers, starting from data collection, interpreting the data. Based on the results of the data validity test which includes the validity test and reliability test, it is known that the data validity test for each variable is the digital payment variable (X) and the MSME financial performance variable (Y). has a Sig(2-tailed) value that is smaller than the specified error significance value or error level so that the validity test is fulfilled. Payment gateway provides tools to process payments between costomers, businesses and banks. Payment is the most important part of a transaction between customers, businesses and banking institutions which are both used.

Abstract

The problems that exist at PT. Surya Karya Setiabudi is employee negligence which can result in work accidents. The number of workplace mishaps that occurred at the company in 2021 was 26 cases.The goal of this research is to identify the value of K3 statistics and find out the sources of work failures that exist in the company. The Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) approach was utilized in this investigation to determine what elements cause work failure.The results of calculating the statistical value of K3 Frequency Rate obtained 553.3/1 million operating hours, Severity Rate 1,404/1 million operating hours, and the safe T-score is 0. The FTA analysis results suggest that there is a lack of safety induction is the main cause of the human factor that can cause accidents such as not being careful when working such as being in a hurry when doing work, when welding the distance between the face and the object is less than 50 cm, not using PPE such as employees forgetting to wear welding goggles, forgetting to wear gloves, lack of awareness of employees work safety and lack of awareness of employees about the importance of PPE, not being serious at work such as being too tired so employees feel bored or bringing external problems while working so they don't focus. Another factor that causes employees not to use PPE is the lack of PPE monitoring from K3 staff.Factors causing accidents in companies are mostly caused by humans. From the FTA analysis, it can be seen that the lack of safety induction is the main cause of the human factor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, promotion, and brand image on customer satisfaction at Hokben Ciracas outlets. This study used a Likert scale with 100 respondents to measure relation among variables. The data were collected and processed with SPSS v.26 software and analyzed. The analysis result showed that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, promotion has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, and brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, it was also found that the three variables, namely product quality, promotion, and brand image, simultaneous have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. And these results can be the basis for improving marketing strategies and customer service quality in the restaurant industry in the future.

Abstract

Research conducted at Hotel D'prima Mega Kuningan aims to determine the effect of perceived price, service quality, and product quality on customer satisfaction. Survey respondents in this study were customers of Hotel D'prima Mega Kuningan. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The validity and reliability of 30 respondents were tested using a total of 100 respondents in this study. The technique used is a quantitative technique with the application of SPSS 25. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that customer satisfaction is influenced by three main factors: price perception, product quality, and service quality. However, service quality is not proven to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. These variables are able to explain 46% of the variation in consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Cybersecurity atau keamanan siber telah menjadi perhatian utama bagi organisasi dan perusahaan-perusahaan di seluruh dunia. Sebagai salah satu institusi perbankan terbesar di Indonesia, PT XYZ sangat memperhatikan aspek tersebut dengan menerapkan kebijakan keamanan dalam hal tata kelola dan operasional dalam inisiatif perusahaan mereka. Sayangnya, kebijakan tersebut kurang tercermin untuk anak perusahaan dari PT XYZ. Kebijakan, kerangka, dan alur kerja untuk keamanan siber belum terdefinisikan dan terstruktur sehingga mereka akan lebih rentan terkena dampak dan risiko serangan dan kerentanan siber dibandingkan dengan perusahaan induk. Risiko tersebut termasuk availaibility untuk aplikasi, kerugian finansial, kebocoran data internal dan nasabah, dan masalah dan denda dari regulator. Untuk menghindari risiko tersebut, maka dibuatlah Security Operations Center (SOC) untuk grup perusahaan. SOC tersebut dibuat agar sinergi atau kesiapan untuk keamanan siber beserta manajemen risiko darinya bagi perusahaan anak lebih setara atau melebihi perusahaan induk. Tanggung jawab dan fungsi mereka mencerminkan kebijakan yang ada di perusahaan induk. Beberapa hasil dan manfaat yang diharapkan adalah sebagai inisiatif strategis, meningkatkan kepercayaan stakeholder, meningkatkan visibilitas keamanan, evaluasi dan peningkatan keamanan, pemenuhan regulasi, menutup celah keamanan, dan meningkatkan kesiapan keamanan siber. Penelitian ini menggunakan Soft System Methodology (SSM) dengan kerangka kerja NIST Framework. Pengumpulan data berbentuk observasi, studi literatur, dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan kapabilitas SOC berupa aktivitas yang perlu dijalankan dan dikembangkan serta diprioritaskan. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini agar penyelenggaraan SOC di grup perusahaan menjadi efektif serta memenuhi tujuan keamanan siber di lingkup grup perusahaan.
