Abstract

The five senses are a source of information, one of which is the sense of sight. Therefore, it can be assumed that if a person's sense of sight is impaired, then his abilities and activities will be very limited because the information obtained will be very much reduced when compared to people who have normal vision. People who experience disturbances in their sense of sight are generally called blind. In general, people with visual impairments read through braille using their sense of touch, but not all books can be made in braille. There are many books that have hundreds of pages, it is impossible to make the book in the Braille version, of course, it will be more difficult and time consuming and expensive. Based on pre-research on the vice principal of SLB YPAB Surabaya, children with visual impairments listen more and draw information from situations to memorize and apply it in everyday life. Furthermore, children rarely get insight from reading materials, especially books that are currently up to date. That's why we developed SDB(Scanning Digital \ Book). This tool has several popular book titles that you can choose according to genre and are more up to date. Our goal in conducting this research is to find out how much the blind people are satisfied with the tools we make and can be useful in increasing the literacy and human resources of blind children in the coming years

Abstract

Taxes are mandatory contributions to the state that are owed by individuals or entities that are coercive based on the law, by not getting compensation directly and used for the needs of the state for the greatest prosperity of the people. One of the tax obligations that is prone to errors or fraud is when validating income from the transfer of rights over land and/or buildings inTax office Primary. This study aims to analyze the implementation of validationTax payment slipon income from the transfer of rights to land or buildings inTax office Primary Kosambi. Based on the author's interviews with implementers in the Service Section, the Integrated Service Center Section, during the 2017 to 2019 tax year Procedures for validationTax payment slip OfTax office Pratama Kosambi refers to the Regulation of the Director General of Taxes Number PER-18/PJ/2017. Even though in the 2019 tax year the regulations used were PER-26/PJ/2018, so there are differences in the application of the applicable regulations. validation procedureTax payment slip at the Kosambi Pratama Tax Service office refer to PER – 18/PJ/2017 for the 2017 to 2018 tax years and PER – 20/PJ/2019 for the 2020 tax year. The procedures implemented have been effective and efficient because it cuts processing time and taxpayers it is also easier in terms of completing the lack of files.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the working capital on the CV. Sofasco Printing. The method used is descriptive such as literature studies, interviews and document analysis. Running a business requires working capital for its daily operations. Of course, every job in the business requires sufficient and good working capital. The company does not experience difficulties facing economic crises or financial problems, thus enabling the company to operate properly and optimally and achieve company goals. CV income. Sofasco printing per month can be seen from January to August, while for seasonal increases there are from June to August where there are many purchases such as Indonesian Independence Day, invitation cards and so on. Industrial visits that experience an increase in working capital can provide varying results depending on the industrial sector and the strategies implemented. The following are some of the possible outcomes as a result of increasing working capital in industrial visits: Increased Production, Improved Production Quality, Improved Operational Efficiency, Improved Marketing and Sales, Increased Profits and Growth of the company.

Abstract

One of the natural disasters that can occur in Indonesia is a tsunami caused by geological factors. Indonesia is an area located on the "Ring of Fairness" or the circle of fire, which is an area that often experiences earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. Natural disasters that can occur in Indonesia are caused by geological and hydrometeorological factors. Volcanoes and earthquakes are caused by the collision of the Eurasian, Australian and Pacific plates on the active plate which is also the meeting place for the three plates. In this case disaster management is a dynamic, integrated and sustainable process. The aim is to improve the quality of measures related to various activities, such as disaster prevention, impact mitigation, preparedness, emergency response, victim evacuation, and rebuilding damaged areas. One way to be prepared for natural disasters is to design areas so that they are more likely to be protected from them. In the case of Puri Gading Beach in Lampung, the authors have used a disaster-prone area (KRB) mitigation approach to ensure that the area is protected from the Tsunami. There are two types of tsunami management strategies based on disaster reduction in the City of Bandar Lampung which are prone to natural disasters, namely: (1). Structural mitigation in the form of explaining the construction of flood protection buildings such as the construction of embankments, the construction of drainage network structures, and the construction of drop structures; (2) Mitigation of non-structural disasters in the form of disaster mitigation training and simulations, as well as assessment of the impact of natural disaster reduction on risk reduction policies for affected areas in Bandar Lampung City, Lampung, Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest in entrepreneurship among class X students of SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat. This study aims to determine the influence of personality, family environment and entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship in class X students of SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat. This study used a survey method with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The collected data were analyzed using tools in the statistical application program, namely Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The population consisted of 112 students from class X SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat. In this study, it was found that personality, family environment and entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship in class X students of SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat.

Abstract

To improve the quality of education, the government has added curricula such as the 2013 curriculum and the Independent Learning Curriculum. In order to achieve an effective and efficient learning process, learning can be optimized by developing learning strategies. Achieving this process requires media support and learning resources, either through theory or practice. Therefore researchers are trying to develop an effective and practical commercial electrical practicum Joobsheet that facilitates access to learning resources and reference materials for lecturers and students while increasing students' knowledge, understanding and academic achievement. The research methodology in this study is R and D using a 4D model which involving a sample of 20 Electrical Engineering Education students of UNIMED and 3 professional validators. As a result, media and material experts gave a score of 0.8 which means the commercial electrical installation Jobsheet is effective, and practice experts give a score of 0.92 which means the commercial electrical installation Jobsheet is very practical. Out of 17 students felt the Jobsheet was very practical and 3 students found it practical. Based on this, the researchers concluded that Jobsheets are effective for learning commercial electrical installations.

Abstract

Village autonomy government that focuses on the occurrence of development at the village level. Development in the village aims to advance the village based on increasing Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADes). The effort to increase PADes is to establish Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) in each village and sub-district. The development of BUMDes in each village and sub-district encourages an increase in village/kelurahan community businesses in managing the village's economic potential. The success of BUMDes depends heavily on how BUMDes is managed so that it can provide benefits to the village/kelurahan. This study aims to analyze the governance of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) as strengthening the village economy and the contribution of BUMDes to PADes. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection using interview techniques, observation and documentation. This research was conducted at the Ngingas Makmur Abadi BUMDes, Ngingas Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency. In this study the data obtained came from the Commissioner of BUMDes, the Director of BUMDes and the people of Ngingas village. The results of this study show that the governance process for the Ngingas Makmur Abadi BUMDes is in accordance with the provisions set by the Ministry of Villages. The implementation of the Ngingas Makmur Abadi BUMDes contributes to Village Original Income from 30% of the distribution of the remaining business results and contributes to strengthening the village economy through employment as community empowerment and supports IKM in Ngingas Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of viewers and subscribers on the income of Indonesian YouTubers. The data collection techniques in this research are documentation and literature study, this research method is quantitative. Sampling in this study used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 98 Indonesian YouTubers registered on the socialblade.com site. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the WarpPLS version 7.0 application. The results of this study indicate that viewers have a significant positive effect on the income of Indonesian YouTubers and subscribers have a positive effect on the income of Indonesian YouTubers, but not as large as the audience (viewers). From this study, it is hoped that future researchers can add variables related to the topic of YouTubers and can also increase the sample used to make it better and more accurate.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of timely delivery and promotional programs on consumer purchasing decisions in Semarang City for ShopeFood, an e-commerce company’s food delivery mobile application. Shopee’s success in e-commerce does not automatically translate to dominance in the food delivery industry. ShopeeFood employs promotional programs like the Payday Promo and the Double Date Promo, offering substantial discounts that increase user enthusiasm and encourage purchasing decisions. This research explores consumer behavior in response to these promotions and timely delivery, with a focus on economic development in information technology and the digital economy. Data analysis methods used in this quantitative study include descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Through those methods, it is found that both timely delivery and promotional programs do encourage consumers to purchase food delivery service through ShopeeFood platform. Consumers purchasing decision will also significantly increase when both promotional programs and service quality, particularly timely delivery, are executed simultaneously. These findings aim to to assist ShopeeFood management in developing effective marketing strategies to enhance consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of a modular electric motor control media trainer on student understanding in the practice course of setting up and using electric motors. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research subjects were PTE-C class students as the experimental class and PTE-A students as the control class with 20 students each in each class. Research data were analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed that there were significant differences between students' understanding before and after participating in learning with the modular electric motor control media trainer in the experimental class. Meanwhile, in the control class that did not use a modular motor control media trainer, there was no significant difference between students' understanding before and after participating in the lesson. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the modular electric motor control media trainer has a significant influence on students' understanding in the practical setting and use of electric motors courses. Modular motor control media trainers can be presented as an effective alternative learning media to increase student understanding of the subject.
