Abstract

Garbage or waste is one of the problems that is always a concern. Used goods, garbage, and household waste can be useful items if they can be processed into unique and useful handicrafts. Household waste such as used wood, used cans and leftover patchwork can be a choice of materials that can be processed. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide skills in utilizing patchwork into handicrafts in the form of bags, to the PKK group in Buaran Village, South Tangerang City. The method used in this PKM activity is community empowerment which is pursued through socialization with several implementation preparations, namely (1) Describing the use of patchwork waste as a creative product (2) The practice of making patchwork bags. The result of this activity is the provision of skills in waste processing in the form of patchwork, so that it can reduce environmental pollution and help the community in increasing income during the Covid-19 pandemic which results in the death of the economy in the community.

Abstract

Irrigation area Paya Dapur is one of the irrigation areas in South Aceh district. The area of ??irrigation for brackish kitchen has an area of ??about 2390.50 Ha, however, with damage along the channel, the service in water needs is not optimal so that it can be detrimental to farmers. Starting from the collapse of the embankments on the left and right wings, and the blockage of sedimentation channels so that the water supply in the rice fields is not met as needed. The purpose of this study is to determine the physical condition of the building in the primary channel of the kitchen brackish irrigation area and to calculate water efficiency and water loss in the kitchen brackish irrigation area. This research was conducted following the following stages: (1) calculation of irrigation area water efficiency, (2) calculation of irrigation area water loss. From the results of these calculations, it can be seen that the performance of the Paddy Kitchen irrigation area, from the results of the study, there were conditions of the main building with the results of 20, 45% (damaged), carrier channel 40, 75% (damaged), building for/tapping 43, 16% (damaged)., drains 73, 60% (enough), buildings along the drains 25, 10% (damaged), while from the calculation of irrigation canal efficiency it is 63, 20% and water loss is 16, 66%

Abstract

The road is a land transportation infrastructure that is very important in smoothing the activities of other economic and social relations. But if there is damage to the road will result not only hinder other economic and social activities but can occur accidents. This study aims to find out the types of road damage, the causative factors and solutions to overcome the damage that occurs. The method used is field research with primary data in the form of survey results of road damage along 1.00 Km. The survey results of the type of road damage on STA 0 + 000 - 1 + 000 are cracked and perforated. This will result in discomfort for motorists using the road. The factors causing damage in general are increased traffic volume load, poor drainage system, poor material properties, climate, unstable soil conditions, very thin pavement layer planning, the process of carrying out work that is not in accordance with specifications. Corrective action that can be taken is corrective action for each segment.

Abstract

Internal control in the company is one of the things that important in sales procedures to be able to achieve company goals. CV. Nirwana Offset is engaged in the printing sector which has been established since 2007. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sales cycle internal control system using COSO. Where COSO has five components, namely the control environment, risk assessment, information and communication control activities, and supervision. This research was conducted with a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The data sources used are primary data sources or get data directly from the company. The results of research on CV. Nirwana Offset shows that internal control is not yet fully effective and in accordance with COSO components. because there are still some components that still have weaknesses. Namely components of risk assessment, control and supervision activities that still have weaknesses against inadequate sales documents, the company still does not have billing letters, offer letters and receipts. The company still uses manual sales notes and does not write sales notes directly. lack of supervision of the inventory of mold raw materials and lack of supervision on the molding machine. With the existing weaknesses, the sales cycle will not run effectively and efficiently due to a lack of internal control.

Abstract

Hotel, restaurant, and tourism sub-sector based on the conditions that occur. Reporting from one of the news sources found, it has provided information that since the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia, the hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sector was one of the most affected sub-sectors with losses reaching Rp. 85.5 trillion. This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, profitability, leverage, and auditor's opinion on Audit Report Lag in hotel, restaurant, and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2020. This study uses a quantitative approach research method, the number of samples used in this study as many as 13 companies using purposive sampling technique. The results show that (1) company size partially has no effect on Audit Report Lag, indicating that the size of the company's size does not affect the duration of the process of preparing audit financial statements, (2) profitability partially has a negative and significant effect on Audit Report Lag. indicates that companies getting large profits will be faster in the process of preparing audited financial statements so as to reduce Audit Report Lag, (3) partial leverage has a positive and significant effect on Audit Report Lag indicating that companies that have high levels of debt then the risk of the company will large and this affects the process of completing the audit financial statements so that the process will take longer, and (4) the auditor's opinion partially has no effect on the Audit Report Lag indicating a company that received an unqualified opinion. Qualified opinion or opinion other than unqualified opinion does not affect the process of preparing the audited report.

Abstract

Tax is a taxpayer's contribution to the state that is owed by an individual or entity that is coercive under the law. This tax plays a very important role in Indonesia's state finances, namely the annual State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN). However, this tax revenue in Indonesia has not been fulfilled optimally. Taxpayers, both individuals and entities, generally tend to pay the lowest possible tax. Various ways are carried out by each taxpayer in order to minimize their tax obligations, one of which is the act of tax evasion. This resaerch aims to determine the effect of money ethics, religiosity, tax morality, and tax justice on taxpayers' perceptions of tax evasion. This research using primary data. sample selection using purposive sampling method and sample calculation using the Slovin formula. So that the research sample was found as many as 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variables of money ethics and tax morale have a negative and significant effect on taxpayers' perceptions of tax evasion. While the variables of religiosity and tax justice have no significant effect on taxpayers' perceptions of tax evasion

Abstract

Financial performance in general is a business carried out by every companies to measure and judge every success achieved in make a profit. One of the measuring tools to determine the financial position and position The success of a company is with the financial ratio. This research aimed to knowing financial performance with a Time Series on Pulp and paper Company Registered Paper Exchange 2018-2020". This study uses secondary data as many as 9 pulp and paper listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The election until using purposive sampling method, so that the research sample is found as much as 7 companies. The period used by the researcher was ad from 2018-2020. The result of the research conclusion research based on the calculation of the profitability ratio. The pulp and paper companies that are in good circumstances from the profitability ratio, exviewed from gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on eqity and return on assets from 2018-2020 is PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW). The liquidity ratio that is seen at the cash ratio, current ratio and the quick ratio is PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP). The ratio of solvency in the debt to equity ratio of solvency and debt to asset ratio is PT. Suparma Tbk (SPMA). The ratio of activity on receivable turnover ratio, inventory turnover, fixed asset turnover, total reset turnover and turnover capital is PT. Kedawung Setia Industrial Tbk (KDSI).

Abstract

This research is based on the background of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 which has a negative impact on all aspects of life including the economy so that Indonesia's economic growth has contracted. The slow pace of economic growth affects the pace of economic activity, such as banking, cooperatives, both sharia and conventional. The financial institution that has experienced a decline in profitability is the KSPPS Surya Utama Nusantara. So in this study, the problem formulation and the research objective is to find out how the Health of the Surya Utama Nusantara Syariah Financing Savings and Loan Cooperative during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive using primary data and secondary data. . Primary data is obtained by collecting data through interviews and observations, while secondary data comes from the financial statements of KSPPS Surya Utama Nusantara. Measurement of the level of health of cooperatives according to the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number: 06 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016 can be carried out on 7 aspects, namely: 1) Capital Aspects. 2) Earning Asset Quality Aspects. 3) Management Aspects. 4) Efficiency Aspects. 5) Liquidity Aspects. 6) Aspects of Independence and Growth. 7) Aspects of cooperative identity.

Abstract

Ornamental plant commodities are commodities that are loved by many people because they have high artistic value. Realizing this, the farmers are trying to take advantage of the land they rent to develop the ornamental plant business. Ornamental plants that are sold apart from coming from the results of their own culture by farmers are also imported from outside the Papua region, namely from the island of Java. Until 2021, there are seven farmers who run ornamental plant businesses in the Heram District of Jayapura City. The number of consumers also varies, some from the city and district of Jayapura itself, some from other cities in the provinces of Papua and West Papua. This encourages farmers to produce more vigorously in order to meet these demand standards. In addition, the important thing that needs to be considered by ornamental plant farmers is the fertility and quality of ornamental plants. This study aims to analyze the income level of ornamental plant farmers. In connection with the objectives to be achieved, the analytical method used by the author in this thesis is the quantitative analysis method to calculate the income level of farmers, with the formula: = TR – TC. So this study shows that the total income of farmers obtained in 2021 ranges from Rp. 7,457,500 – Rp. 16,565,000. Where the highest level of income is respondent 2, namely Rp. 16,565,000 and the lowest is respondent 6, which is Rp. 7,457,500.

Abstract

Moslem Wedding Organizer is a form that personally helps brides and families to providing the supplies and implementation of wedding events in accordance with Islamic religious rules. The population of Surabaya city is majority moslem city that still adhering to diverse traditions and cultures, this is an opportunity for Ikrar Suci to become the choice of moslem wedding organizer for brides in Surabaya. Several factors that are considered by the brides in making decisions about choosing wedding organizer are service quality, price, and brand image, so this study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and brand image on the decision to purchase moslem wedding equipment. This type of research is quantitative, with the population being all Muslim couples in Surabaya who married in 2019, at the age of 19, who used the services by a wedding organizer. The sampling technique used incidental sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents who were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on service quality, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions for moslem wedding equipment services. Suggestions for the company are to improve service quality, re-analyze prices according to market, and improve brand image to be better known and trusted by the public. Keywords: service quality, price, brand image, Muslim wedding supplies services.
