Due to genetic and neurological reasons, children with Down Syndrome (DS) are quite likely to have cognitive deficits. This study report examines the importance of early intervention in improving the cognitive development of children with Down syndrome. Based on a thorough analysis of empirical data, the study analyzes the favorable effects of early therapies—such as physical, speech, occupational, and educational interventions—on cognitive processes including memory, attention, language, and executive abilities. Results show that treatments started in the first five years of life can greatly increase intellectual functioning, school preparation, and adaptive behaviors. The study emphasizes the significance of interdisciplinary, family-centered, and personalized strategies in optimizing developmental outcomes for children with Down syndrome. Policy suggestions are made to make early intervention programs easier to use, better, and more successful.

Malang Jan, in his poetry, expresses feminine emotions through the voice of women in such a way that men are encouraged to fulfill their responsibilities, such as protecting the country, building it, promoting its development, achieving freedom, and more. When men do not have such feelings, women get up themselves and do these jobs. Malang Jan has shown the position of women in serving the country and feeling freedom as even higher than that of men. The reason might be that Malang Jan sees women as a valuable and responsible part of society. Also, he believes that women encourage men on the path of independence and service to the country. So far, a complete study and review have not been done on this part of Malang Jan’s poetry. Therefore, it was necessary to highlight this aspect in the content of his poems. This writing will introduce us, in an analytical way, to the expression of feminine emotions in Malang Jan’s poetry through folk language. The conclusion is that Malang Jan expressed his poetry in the voice of women because men quickly become emotional when reproached by women, show their reaction, and thus become ready for struggle and sacrifice. The method of this writing is explanatory-descriptive, and its style is documentary.

The land sale and purchase deed serves as authentic evidence in business transactions protected by civil law, as regulated in Article 37 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration, which states that this deed is the basis for registering the transfer of rights at the Land Office. However, in practice, disputes often occur due to a lack of clarity in the agreement, violation of the agreement, or one of the parties failing to fulfill its obligations. In the case of Decision No. 760/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Mdn, the dispute arose when the plaintiff requested a refund for a land sale and purchase transaction that initially involved debts and land certificate guarantees. This case is important to analyze, especially in the context of civil law regarding the formal and substantive requirements of civil lawsuits. The formulation of the problem in this study is What is the legal procedure for refunding funds in cases of default on land sale and purchase deeds, What are the legal considerations of the court in assessing the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff, Is the judge's decision in Decision No. 760/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Mdn has provided adequate legal protection for the parties involved. This research was conducted using a descriptive approach with qualitative methods with a normative juridical research type based on secondary data sources taken from case studies of court decisions and laws with analysis using related legal materials. The results of the study indicate that the plaintiff's claim in this case is declared vague (obscuur libel) because the posita and petitum are unclear, and there is a lack of written evidence supporting the plaintiff's claim. The Panel of Judges also stated that there was an error in determining the defendant (error in persona), so the lawsuit does not meet the formal requirements. To avoid this, the lawsuit must be drafted with a clear posita and petitum, supported by strong evidence, and addressed to the appropriate defendant. By fulfilling the formal and substantive requirements, the lawsuit can be deemed not vague and has a chance of being accepted in court.

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and shift work systems on employee job satisfaction at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Labuhan Batu Regency. Fair compensation and an effective work system are important factors in increasing job satisfaction, especially for employees who work in emergency and stressful conditions. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to BPBD employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression to test the relationship between the independent variables (compensation and shift work systems) and the dependent variable (job satisfaction). The results showed that compensation did not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Similarly, the shift work system had a significant effect, although in some aspects it could reduce the level of job satisfaction due to changes in work rhythm and personal life balance. These findings indicate that to improve BPBD employee job satisfaction, a more optimal compensation policy is needed, along with a shift work system that considers employee welfare aspects. This study is expected to serve as a reference for policy makers in improving the welfare and work effectiveness of BPBD employees. The implications of this research are expected to serve as considerations for BPBD management and leaders in designing better compensation policies and work systems to improve employee well-being and performance. Suggestions for further research are also provided to explore other factors that may influence job satisfaction in greater depth.
