<![CDATA[Introduction: Indigenous Village has duty to complete tasks that accur in the community so that the state government can help resolve community disputes, but the indigenous village also needs saniri in carrying out is function as a supervisor of the Indigenous village and competent institutions/agencies to resolve these disputes if they are resolved through non-litigation channels.Purposes of Devotion: The purpose of this paper is to provide assistance related of indigenous peoples’ land disputes and legal opinions, and socialization of clean justice. Method of Devotion: This Community Service Activity This research was conducted in Amahusu Country, Nusaniwe District, Ambon City. In this activity, several stages were carried out including (1) direct location observation and interviews with community leaders, intensive communication with the State Government and the State Saniri Amahusu. (2) identification is carried out by examining the Profile of Amahusu Country specifically to find out the problems that occur in Amahusu Country. (3) Taking solution steps.Results of the Devotion: After carrying out this service activity, it was found that disputes that often occur in Amahusu Country are land disputes of indigenous people, dispute resolution in the view of the community can be resolved by the Indigenous Village, however, not all disputes can be resolved by the Indigenous village, so competent institutions/agencies are needed to resolve disputes that occur in the community. Dispute resolution can be done through non-litigation channels in the form of mediation, in addition to litigation. In addition, the public has a lack of trust in law enforcement officers, so socialization is needed to restore public trust in law enforcement officers.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: Efforts to Maximize Kewang Laut in the Implementation of Sasi Laut and as an Effort to Improve Professionalism of Kewang Laut and Sasi Laut, are one of the factors where the community's dependence in this case is related to the protection of kewang in supervising and maintaining marine biota in the marine area of the indigenous peoples.Purposes of Devotion: The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the community regarding Sasi Laut and Kewang Laut, To strengthen public understanding regarding efforts to maximize kewang Laut in the implementation of Sasi Laut, To socialize and provide understanding to the community about the efforts that can be done in preventing violations of the sea. marine law violation. Method of Devotion: In accordance with the problems and objectives of this service, the type of research used is empirical research, namely a legal research method that uses empirical facts taken from human behavior, both verbal behavior obtained from interviews and real behavior carried out through direct observation. The Problem Approach used is the Conceptual Approach, which is an approach in legal research that provides an analytical point of view of problem solving in legal research seen from the aspects of the legal concepts that lie behind it, or even can be seen from the values contained in the norm.Results of the Devotion: To create a customary law community that is good at utilizing its marine power, the role of kewang sea is needed in the implementation of sea sasi, so the right efforts to overcome the obstacles that hinder the process of optimizing kewang sea are: 1). increase a sense of love for Nature both sea and land. 2). Improving and Empowering Kewang Laut as a marine human resource. 3). Improving and Strengthening the role of kewang Laut. 4). Strengthening Security through Kewang Laut. Thus, the effort to maintain the role of the kewang Laut in its role and function is to be able to maintain and oversee marine biota or natural resources in the country which are the needs of indigenous peoples. For this reason, the customary institution which is the customary government must always be able to oversee every decision issued by the customary stakeholders.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: In running their business, business actors, especially business actors engaged in the culinary field, try to make the food or drinks they serve attract consumers' intentions to buy. Not infrequently, in order to beautify the appearance of food, they use food additives (BTP).Purposes of Devotion: This service aims to make the Toisapu village community better understand their rights as consumers, especially for the use of food additives (BTP) in the food and beverage products they consume. Method of Devotion: This counseling is carried out by presenting material by resource persons and followed by discussion and question and answer from the community.Results of the Devotion: The Toisapu village community, the majority of which work as fishermen, farmers and motorcycle taxi drivers, are consumers who consume food and beverage products that contain BTP, so it is necessary to understand the residents of Toisapu village as consumers who have rights guaranteed by law. In addition, as consumers, the residents of Toisapu village must be careful and selective in choosing the food and beverage products they consume.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: Maluku is an area with an archipelagic character because the ocean is more expansive than the land so natural resources in the sea need to be preserved.Purposes of Devotion: To provide legal understanding to the community about their participation in environmental conservation, in this case, natural resources in Ambon Bay. Method of Devotion: The method used is legal counseling to the community and action to villages and traditional villages that are service partners.Results of the Devotion: It is known that the community does not yet have a high awareness of environmental conservation, in this case, the ocean. This can be seen with the garbage found in Ambon Bay. Thus, the ocean has not been interpreted as an area that produces natural resources for now and the future. In contrast, the village government as the bottom line of government has made efforts to appeal to the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: Improving the knowledge and abilities of UKM members is not only obtained in the lecture hall, positive activities outside the classroom including discussions, seminars and other activities can be a reference to improve students' own abilities.Purposes of Devotion: This community service was intended to raise awareness that Maluku has five protected intangible cultural heritage, which were ratified by Presidential Regulation number 78/2007 concerning the Ratification of the Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage, one of which is Traditional Liquor (SOPI), and it is hoped that the community will be able to well preserve this cultural heritage so that it can continue to exist in the community without causing any crime-related acts. Method of Devotion: Each presenter employed the lecture format. Lecturers were given time to present their subject, and then participants were given the opportunity to pose problems and ask questions, which were then answered in turn by the lecturers based on the content being questioned about.Results of the Devotion: This legal awareness counseling activity had a positive impact on the Bumey community, as evidenced by the active participation of participants through their questions and a greater understanding of legal awareness for partners, allowing the tridharma activities of lecturers to play a role in resolving problems encountered, one of which was how to preserve intangible culture by obeying the law so as to create a good legal culture that does not lead to crime as a result of excessive consumption of SOPI, which may hinder national development.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: Technological advances have an impact on the ease of use of social media as a means of socializing between humans. This facility can have a negative impact on society, especially on teenagers who are still in the music video, in the form of crime.Purposes of Devotion: The activity aims to enrich the understanding of the youth members of Karang Taruna Dukuh Sidorejo regarding the prohibition rules in the ITE Law and the ethics required in using social media. Method of Devotion: The activities are delivered in the form of counseling by the delivering material’s method in the form of lectures ending with a question and answer session between the presenters and the participants.Results of the Devotion: The intensity of the use of social media by youth at Karang Taruna Dukuh Sidorejo needs to be accompanied by an understanding of using social media safely and wisely. Through this activity, it is hoped that the participants will become more aware of the prohibitions on the ITE Law that must be avoided in using social media as well as the ethics, principles, and tips for using social media, in order to be able to use social media properly and avoid the negative impacts of using social media.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: Devotion to the Preparation of Haruku State Regulations Concerning the Management of Coastal and Marine Resources is an activity to form a state regulation so that all interests related to the Management of Coastal and Marine Areas Resources are accommodated and the creation of a regulation that creates harmony between communities.Purposes of Devotion: To produce a State Regulation product that regulates and organizes life in Haruku Country so that the people who are governed by the law obtain certainty, benefit and justice in the life of the state and society, especially in the Management of Coastal and Marine Area Resources. Method of Devotion: Activities are carried out using the method of compiling laws and regulations, especially the formation of village/traditional village legal products.Results of the Devotion: Preparation of state regulations as a form of practicing the principle of a welfare state where in Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning villages gives authority to villages to manage their own natural resources, both resources in mountainous areas and at sea. but then there are often various villages that find it difficult to manage their resources especially when you see that there are so many resources that exist in the sea and coastal areas starting from the abundance of fish, coral reefs, agar-agar and there are still many marine biota that must be managed properly by the people in In a country, this happens due to the lack of a clear regulation regarding the management of resources in coastal and marine areas as a benchmark, namely in one of the areas in Maluku, namely Haruku country, which does not yet have state regulations regarding the management of coastal and marine areas. So it is considered important. there is a state regulation that provides guarantees and guidance for the country in managing resources in coastal and marine areas as well as the intended state regulations giving authority, therefore in order to make these regulations, a Haruku country needs guidance in carrying out the preparation of these state regulations.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: Crime is a social symptom of society. Crime grows and develops along with the growth and development of society. Policies in the use of criminal law are closely correlated with criminalization.Purposes of Devotion: Provide understanding to the community in Kilo 9 Village, Kawatu Hamlet, West Seram Regency (SBB), about the mechanism of handling cases of general crimes in Criminal Procedure Law. Method of Devotion: Conducting surveys and discussions to obtain the information needed and set goals in socialization activities.
