Abstract

Introduction: Violence against children is any act against a child which results in physical, psychological, sexual misery or suffering, and/or neglect, including threats to commit acts, coercion, or deprivation of liberty by means against the law.Purposes of Devotion: This activity aims to integrate the Child Protection Program from Sexual violence into the policies of Mebongo Village, Sumalata District; Align the Village Child Protection Program from Sexual violence with Village policies in Sumalata District; Encourage the participation of all community groups in preventing and handling sexual violence against children. Method of Devotion: The form of the program is Socialization and Capacity Strengthening of Village Policies in order to realize Child Protection which provides justice and a sense of security that is needed and also to increase participation and a sense of shared responsibility in society, so that it can contribute to related institutional roles primarily at the village government level.Results of the Devotion: From the results of discussions with the community, it was obtained that the majority acknowledged the lack of education regarding good patterns of handling sexual violence, which refers to steps taken to identify, help, and protect children who are victims of violence, including access to justice for child victims and perpetrators. . This effort is carried out through networking (including advocacy) with affordable and quality support services for victims, perpetrators and children at risk. Then on the regulatory side, the Village does not yet have supporting facilities related to regulations that protect the rights of children who experience sexual violence

Abstract

Introduction: Mangrove forests are indispensable for coastal communities, because they can protect their areas when the water is high tide and very strong winds. Tourism with management by residents always prioritizes a bottom-up approach, and sustainable tourism always prioritizes a top-down approach.Purposes of Devotion: After participating in mentoring activities, the preparation / empowerment of indigenous peoples in the implementation of the Mangrove Tourism Village Program in Ahoi Rat Kecamatam Kei Kecil Timur, Southeast Maluku Regency. Abstract

Introduction: Bullying can happen anytime and anywhere, both in the real world such as at school, at home, in restaurants, or in cyberspace, and can also happen to anyone, including school students.Purposes of Devotion: This service activity aims to find out about bullying, the types and juridical consequences of bullying so as to form understanding and legal awareness for PKM participants. Method of Devotion: Carrying out legal counseling activities in Talaga Hamlet, Piru, West Seram, through panel discussions in which the speaker conveys the material then followed by a question and answer session between the presenter and the participants.Results of the Devotion: Children as the nation's successors must be protected in their growth and development, including from crime or bullying/bullying. Legal protection for children who are victims of the crime of bullying is contained in Article 76C of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, which substantially accommodates the prohibition against committing violence against children, then legal protection for children who are victims of bullying is not enough only through only repressive efforts, but it is much more effective if there are preventive efforts carried out, one of which is through legal counseling activities that must be carried out on an ongoing basis to foster legal understanding and awareness, as well as the active role of the school, parents and the surrounding community is very important to apply in life.

Abstract

Introduction: The authority possessed by the village government in forming village regulations, in addition to the authority possessed by the village, in the administration of government in the village must be based on mutually established regulations. Counseling carried out in the Poka village with the consideration that if you look at the development of the formation of village regulations, there are still many obstacles faced, namely the limitations of human resources.Purposes of Devotion: Provide legal understanding of Establishment of village regulations in Poka Village, Teluk Ambon District, Ambon City. Method of Devotion: The method used is counseling law to the community, especially to the Poka village government and the Poka village BPD.Results of the Devotion: The implementation of these activities is known that there are many problems in the capacity to form village regulations, this has an impact on the administration of government which is only based on ordinary government management, without any breakthroughs in the formation of village regulations which are the basis for innovation in the development of poka village development.

Abstract

Introduction: Teenagers as holders of the baton for the next generation of the nation must be maintained in their growth and development. The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency today can be found in society.Purposes of Devotion: Community Service Activities are expected to provide answers about the development of juvenile delinquency and its legal consequences. The purpose of building legal awareness for children from juvenile delinquency is to provide education and understanding of legal regulations relating to children so that children in the future are not affected to commit acts of violence from juvenile delinquency that can lead to legal repercussions or consequences for the child. Method of Devotion: Carrying out legal counseling activities in Erie Hamlet, Nusaniwe Country, Ambon City, Maluku through panel discussions in which the presenters take turns presenting the material then followed by a question and answer session between the presenters and participants.Results of the Devotion: Teenagers as holders of the baton for the next generation of the nation must be maintained in their growth and development. Efforts to tackle juvenile delinquency cannot be done alone, but in overcoming it there must be cooperation between all elements, namely parents, the school, in this case the teacher who acts as a parent in the school, the government and the community.

Abstract

Introduction: Increasing public awareness of the importance of civil law to uphold rights and justice in everyday life, especially in terms of ownership, agreements, and other matters between individuals or legal entities. However, civil law must be balanced with the awareness of the importance of archives to verify and protect civil rights.Purposes of Devotion: To provide understanding and knowledge to the public especially in providing urgent knowledge of archives in proof and protection of privacy rights. Method of Devotion: The dedication method used is the method of advocacy and support of the State House Society, especially in providing urgent knowledge of archives in the proof and protection of privacy rights.Results of the Devotion: Essential evidence in the proof of civil matters include written or written evidence; witnesses; assumptions; confessions; and oaths from sources or expert statements. In the process of settling a case in court, written or written evidence is more important than any other evidence. The judge uses the legal means of proof to seek formal truth to seek material truth. Because this means of proof is also meant to assist in proof in disputes and provide legal protection.

Abstract

Introduction: Civil dispute resolution at the village level is important for maintaining peace and justice in local communities. Village officials, as representatives of local government, play a central role in addressing the civil issues of village communities.Purposes of Devotion: To provide understanding and knowledge to the community, especially the importance of the role of village officials in resolving community disputes. Abstract

Introduction: The rise of marriages carried out without going through the marriage procedures in the Marriage Law has resulted in many problems regarding the validity of marriages in Central Maluku district, giving rise to various legal problems in the local community.Purposes of Devotion: To provide legal understanding related to marriage issues that can be resolved by married siblings without having to go to court in Pulau Haruku District, Central Maluku Regency. Method of Devotion: Carried out using the lecture method by each presenter. The lecturer is given time to present the material, after that the participants are invited to ask problems or questions, which are then answered in turn by the presenter according to the problem being asked.Results of the Devotion: It is important for all levels of society to understand Marriage Law and that problems that arise can be resolved by married relatives as mediators so that marriage problems no longer have to be resolved in court.

Abstract

Introduction: This article analyzes the impact of land pawning agreements which tend to be the choice of customary law communities, especially in the Philippines, to obtain funds in a short time, but the implementation of land pawning does not take place without problems, especially if the land pawning agreement is not signed correctly, it will very detrimental to the pawnbroker as the land owner.Purposes of Devotion: Providing knowledge and understanding to the community about the impact of land pawning agreements on the customary law communities of Piliana State, especially so that the land pawning agreements carried out do not harm the pawning party as the land owner. Method of Devotion: Legal counseling is carried out guided by the panel discussion method. Namely, the presenters will present the counseling material in turns, followed by a question and answer session with village officials and the community.Results of the Devotion: The Customary Law Community in Pliana village, which lives at the foot of Mount Binaya, Tehoru District, Central Maluku Regency, is a community group with a lower middle economic level and a low level of education. Therefore, they tend to enter into hamlet land pawning agreements. However, the implementation of pawning based on custom without knowledge of the law regarding pawning causes the people of Piliana State, especially members of the pawnbroker's association's hamlet land owners, to suffer losses because land pawning can last more than seven years or even decades and as long as the rights to the hamlet land are in their hands. pawn recipients, thereby worsening the community's economy.

Abstract

Introduction: The land owner does not have real and legal evidence that has legal force, so Village Officials assume that the land still belongs to the village and can be given or sold by the Village.Purposes of Devotion: This service can produce a legal product in the form of a state regulation and even state regulations regarding the construction of tax reform for dati landowners in the perspective of justice, so that dati landowners can know the tax collection model that can be used as proof of tax payment so that there is proof of ownership that is legally and has legal protection for dati landowners. Method of Devotion: The implementation of this service uses the extension method, through discussion in which the presenter explains material related to the service and is followed by questions and answers between the presenter and the participants.Results of the Devotion: The owner of the Dati lands in Soya Village is state land granted by the Official, so it is necessary to prove ownership of the land under Indonesian law so that it does not become a dispute in the future, the speaker provides information regarding the payment of Land and Building Tax to protect the rights of the villagers including the ulayat rights of indigenous peoples, especially the owners of dati lands. In fact, the land owner in Soya Village has never paid his land tax (traditional land tax) to the tax office related to land tax or regional tax due to the lack of information and understanding regarding the Tax Payment Model which can be used or as proof of ownership and can be used as legal protection in the event of a dispute in the future. As for the gap, namely whether the form of tax reform construction can cover the process of paying taxes on customary lands in Ambon City. in accordance with state regulations in order to create justice.
