Abstract

Introduction: Indonesia is a country that has many natural resources that have the potential to be related to Geographical Indications, one of which is Putiah Wood Oil originating from Buru Island.Purposes of Devotion: To provide efforts to increase understanding in the context of the introduction and protection of Geographical Indications of Eucalyptus Oil on Buru Island. Method of Devotion: The method used in this activity is in the form of a workshop for the Office of Cooperatives, the Department of Tourism, the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Fisheries, the Department of Agriculture and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Namlea, Buru Regency through material presentation and questions and answers.Results of the Devotion: Eucalyptus Oil until now has not Registered as a Geographical Indication product. If this is allowed, it is possible that at one time there could be disputes related to unilateral claims or public deception. Eucalyptus Oil on Buru Island has the potential to be protected as a Geographical Indication and provides legal certainty for Eucalyptus Oil if registration is the main requirement for Wood Oil to obtain legal protection.

Abstract

Introduction: In the frequently modern era, many phenomena happen in civilization. Children as the nation's successors need to be protected from the negative impacts of rapid development, the flow of globalization in the field of communication and information, the advancement of science and technology. The negative impact of the development of this era creates problems involving children, both children as victims, perpetrators, and witnesses who are dealing with the law itself.Purposes of Devotion: The purpose of this article is to provide a brief overview of the law on child protection. The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia guarantees the welfare of every citizen, including the protection of children's rights which are human rights. Method of Devotion: This Community Service activity was carried out at the Ittaqollah Child Welfare Institution (LKSA) Ambon City. In this activity, several stages were carried out including observing the average age and needs of the Ittaqollah Children's Social Welfare Institution (LKSA) of Ambon City, and providing legal counseling on child protection. This service activity is carried out using the lecture and question and answer method which is packaged more attractively.Results of the Devotion: After carrying out this service activity, it was found that students at the Ittaqollah Child Welfare Institution (LKSA) had minimal knowledge of child protection laws. LKSA Ittaqolah students only know about the age limit of children, but they do not understand their rights as children who have been protected by the state. Moreover, they do not understand that children are very vulnerable to become victims of violations of their rights by adults. In addition, they also still do not understand that nowadays children are not only victims, but children can also commit crimes so that children can face the law.

Abstract

Introduction: Poor administrative management levels will lead to maladministration which leads to criminal acts of corruption, so there must be counseling on orderly administration and legal culture.Purposes of the Research:  Community service at Ohoi Ohoiren is to improve administrative order in village management and enhance the legal culture Methods: In this service, we use community service methods, namely extension methods, design thinking, and role play.Results / Findings / Novelty of the Research: The people of the Kei Islands are still thick with traditional life, villages or Ohoi must be managed with good Ohoi governance, with good village administration system counseling and legal culture, it is hoped that the Ohoi Ohoiren community and Government can be better at using village funds and development in Ohoi.

Abstract

Introduction: Community involvement in the formation of Negeri Regulations from the beginning of the process to evaluation is a condition that must even exist in a country that adheres to the understanding of people's sovereignty.Purposes of Devotion: Providing education and legal knowledge to the Negeri Government and Public Affairs Hutumuri District of Leitimur South Ambon City so as to engage and be involved in every process of establishing the Regulation of Foreign. Method of Devotion: Sources describe materials related to the establishment of rules of domestic participatory followed by a discussion and question and answer between the presenters and participants in the activity.Results of the Devotion: The Negeri Government and the community are able to understand matters related to the formation of Negeri Regulations and are able to resolve problems related to community involvement in the process of forming Negeri Regulations as regulated in various laws and regulations so that it is hoped that the draft of a legal product in the form of a Negeri Regulation can actively involve the community in contributing thoughts, ideas, ideas, and suggestions that affect the substance of the Negeri Regulation

Abstract

Introduction: The general public's lack of knowledge about the importance of land registration, as well as land registration procedures, especially land ownership rights, causes conflicts between residents in the community. When a dispute occurs, the community's lack of understanding of the dispute resolution procedure, either through litigation or non-litigation, causes the community to tend to be reluctant to fight for their land rights.Purposes of Devotion: To provide knowledge about Efforts to resolve disputes over land ownership rights that can be pursued through litigation or judicial institutions or non-litigation channels along with their advantages and disadvantages, with the hope that people who are in dispute regarding land ownership rights can take the right path. in an attempt to resolve it. Method of Devotion: Legal counseling is carried out using a panel discussion method where the presenters first present the material in turns, followed by a questions and answers session between the community and the presenters.Results of the Devotion: Ward Benteng especially in RT 002/RW 006 is one of the areas in Ambon City which is quite dense so there tends to be a dispute over land ownership rights among its citizens, especially related to the typology of disputes, namely control without rights where there are residents who occupy land belonging to them. other residents with the permission of the owner who then secretly took care of the registration of the land without the owner knowing, while the owner himself had not yet registered the ownership of the right due to lack of knowledge about land registration, the community's lack of understanding of legal remedies that can be taken when a land dispute occurs causes landowners to lose their rights to land.

Abstract

Introduction: Community service through counseling in Rumberu Village, Inamosol District, West Seram Regency regarding public understanding of consumer rights on October 21, 2021.Purposes of Devotion: This activity aims to increase public understanding of consumer rights so that the people of Rumberu village not only know but also understand their rights as consumers which are protected by law. Method of Devotion: The service is carried out using the lecture method by each presenter in turn. Then the public will be invited to ask questions and they will be answered in turn by the presenters.Results of the Devotion: Through service activities with the title "Increasing Public Understanding of Consumer Rights", the people of Rumberu Village, Inamosol District, West Seram Regency became more aware of consumer protection laws and more specifically, this activity resulted in an understanding of community rights as consumer.

Abstract

Introduction: The law is a tool needed by the community, to carry out an activity so that the activity does not violate applicable regulations, regulations are not only regulations in the form of norms, but these regulations can be in the form of matters governing the land registration system. The land registration system is very necessary for someone to register their land in their own/or private name.Purposes of Devotion: The purpose of writing this article is to provide legal understanding and knowledge in terms of the practice of the land registration system, provide legal understanding and knowledge in terms of theory and history of land registration. Method of Devotion: In the Socialization Activities and Practices of the Land Registration System, they are: Submission of Socialization Materials from resource persons to residents who attend the socialization of the land registration system, Questions and Answers from residents to resource persons related to socialization of community service.Results of the Devotion: Land registration on land in Indonesia needs to be carried out an activity where socialization needs to be carried out, so that the community/or residents on Piranha Street Up Alley 13, Tunjungsekar Village, Malang City, can be given their rights in increasing their understanding and knowledge regarding land registration. Furthermore, it can be assisted in terms of understanding legal science, especially related to land law, namely the land registration system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Introduction: The modern era is full of information transparency and current technology, there are problems faced by everyone, including adults and also the younger generation among high school students (High School).Purposes of Devotion: The existence of writing this article is to instill knowledge related to the use of social media that is good and right and the legal implications that arise if social media is used incorrectly for teachers and students at SMA Negeri 1 Kurik, Merauke Regency. Method of Devotion: The legal counseling activity at SMA Negeri 1 Kurik, Merauke Regency was carried out using the panel discussion method in which the presenters took turns presenting the material then followed by a question and answer session between the presenters and students and teachers.Results of the Devotion: The lack of knowledge and understanding of the community and among high school students (Students) at this time that there is a legal provision (the ITE Law). So it is hoped that students will get more benefits from this activity, namely preventing students from participating in spreading hoax news, hate speech, accessing pornographic content, or other sites that have a negative impact on the growth and development of the younger generation.

Abstract

Introduction: The lack of understanding of the community and office staff about the importance of laws and regulations for the administration of government brings its own legal problems for the community. This is the basis for consideration for carrying out community service activities in Wainitu ward, Nusaniwe sub-district in the form of socializing government administration law.Purposes of Devotion: Provide legal understanding of the laws and regulations of government administration to the community and the staff of Wainitu ward office, Nusaniwe sub-district, Ambon city. Method of Devotion: Method of dedication is using legal counseling to the community, especially Wainitu sub-district office employees.Results of the Devotion: The implementation of these activities is known that there are many problems in government administration, such as how to obtain authority, the function of government agencies to why discretion is issued. Besides that, there are issues in public services that occur in the community in the form of administrative services at the lurah office which are convoluted, slow and require money. Poor public services have an impact on public trust in the government.

Abstract

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the business world and the world of work. A shattered economy and massive layoffs are serious problems. Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation is here to answer that challenge. With a focus on simplifying regulations so that investment and the business world can develop which of course has an impact on employment.Purposes of Devotion: The purpose of this service is to provide legal understanding and awareness to the millennial generation who are the active workforce and the majority of Micro Small Medium Enterprises actors today regarding the convenience, protection and empowerment provided by the government through Law Number 11 of 2020 so as to rediscover enthusiasm and confidence in the business world and work. Method of Devotion: The method used in this service is the educational method, namely conducting legal counseling regarding the substance of Law Number 11 of 2022 concerning Job Creation and several derivative rules or their implementation.Results of the Devotion: This legal counseling activity had a positive impact on the millennial generation and Micro Small Medium Enterprises actors in the Small Hative Village who had the opportunity to attend. This can be seen from the active response through the questions asked by the counseling participants. So we hope that understanding this legal counseling material can not only foster enthusiasm and motivation for participants but also raise awareness and legal culture which can later be implemented in the business world and the world of work.
