Abstract

Stocks are something that is still interesting to this day to be discussed. Because the price tends to fluctuate, it is necessary to make predictions for the future in order to reduce losses for investors. Geometric Brownian Motion is a model for predicting stock prices by conducting a study through stock return data obtained. Stock return data is required to meet the assumptions of Geometric Brownian Motion. After that, the average value and volatility of the stock return data of PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk. from January 04th to June 30th 2021 amounted to  -0,002376925 and 0,0212161. Through stock return parameters and data generation with a standard normal distribution, a model that is very close to the actual stock price data is obtained.

Abstract

The finite difference method is widely used in determining the approximate solution of a time dependent partial differential equation. The purpose of this study is to calculate the numerical solution with a finite difference method to the two dimensional wave equation. The research method used is literature study. The solution of numerical problem using the finite difference method. Discretization the two-dimensional wave equation with a central difference approach. The second step, the discretization result is  simulated  by Matlab software. Based on the finite difference method result, the numerical solution approximates the analytical solution of the given two dimensional wave equation. The stability requirements of numerical solution using the finite difference method is the Von Nuemann stability.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get predictions of rice prices. Linear regression is used  as a method of predicting rice prices in the next X(t) period. In this study, the actual rice price Y(t) is the effect variable and the time period is the causal variable. The linear regression equation obtained is Y'=13562.561+9.041958X. Testing the accuracy of the prediction results was carried out using RMSE with a value of 0.126. The prediction of rice prices using the linear regression method can be said to be in the very good category, it can be seen that the RMSE value is very small in the test and meets the standard.

Abstract

In this paper, another type of derivation in B-algebra is defined, by defining two self-maps, one of which is a derivation in B-algebra (denoted by d) and the other is called generalization of derivation in B-algebra (denoted by D). Based on this definition, some properties of generalized -derivation and generalized -derivation in B-algebra are constructed, then there is one common property, that is if d and D are identity functions, then D is regular. Then, the concept is used as a reference to define the generalized -derivation in B-algebra. In the last section, we discuss some properties of generalized -derivations in B-algebras.

Abstract

This paper will show the completion of PDAM data by determining the shortest pipe length from PDAM data, in other words finding the shortest pipe length from the tree model that is formed. In this PDAM pipe network problem, the distance from each pipe is determined from one area to another. In this study, each PDAM pipe has a different distance between one pipe and another. So with this problem we need a way to determine the shortest pipe length from each PDAM pipe between regions. By determining the length of the shortest pipe so that the shortest distance can be obtained from the use of the pipe. After obtaining the shortest distance, this research will be able to obtain a model in the form of a graph, namely Tree and will look for the shortest pipe length between one area and another for the PDAM pipeline network in the city of Padang. In this case, Padang Timur was chosen as the object of research because of the ineffective use of the PDAM pipe network. The region using the Graph method is expected to be able to determine the shortest pipe length using a pipe network so that it will be more economical and practical to implement.

Abstract

In this paper, another type of derivation in BN1-algebra is defined, which involves an endomorphism of BN1-algebra, namely defining the concepts of left-right -derivation and right-left -derivation (briefly --derivation and --derivation) in BN1-algebras. Based on this definition, some properties of -derivation in BN1-algebras are constructed, then there is one common property, which is if  is a (l, r)-f-derivation or a (r, l)-f-derivation of X, then  is a f-derivation of X. Furthermore, some properties of a regular -derivation in BN1-algebras are constructed.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a valid and practical speaking pyramid interactive learning media so that it can attract children's attention in the learning process. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) using a 4D development model, in research that only goes up to three stages, namely defining, designing and developing. The research was conducted at An-Nur Sungai Batuang Kindergarten with the type of data collection instrument using a validation sheet and a practicality sheet (teacher response questionnaire). From the research, it was found that the speaking pyramid interactive learning media was very valid with a percentage of 86.25% and very practical with a percentage of 87.5%. Thus the interactive learning media speaking pyramid is feasible and can be used by teachers in improving English vocabulary mastery for early childhood.

Abstract

The patient information system is an information system that can assist patients in ordering consultation schedules and can assist officers in inputting consultation history, making reports and others. This information system consists of two parts, namely the frontend and backend. The frontend is made using native android while the web-based backend is made using the Codeigniter framework. The method used to develop the system uses the waterfall method and the tools for designing the system use the Unified Modeling Language (UML). At this time, at the Maryam Dental Care Dental Practice, the patient registration system and consultation history are still using the manual method in a way that is still written on paper so that patient data is scattered and the patient does not know his consultation history, ordering the doctor's schedule for treatment by coming to the place or contact the Admin using What's App Social Media and the patient waits until the queue number is called. With this system, it can make it easier for patients to take queue numbers and admins in making patient payment transaction reports.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an inshot application-based learning video for early childhood Arabic vocabulary introduction (AUD). The type of research used is research and development (R&D) research using a 4D development model, but in this study it is only limited to 3 stages, namely the definition stage, the design stage, and the develop stage. This research was conducted at TKIT Qurrata A'yun Batusangkar. Based on the validity and practicality test of learning video media products using the inshot application for the introduction of Arabic vocabulary in children, it appears that this media is very valid and very practical. . This is indicated by the results of the validity with a percentage of 83.75% with very valid criteria and the results of the test results with a percentage of 97.5% with very practical criteria.

Abstract

Many people ignore the pain that they are suffering from. This is due to the lack of understanding of the patient about the disease he is suffering from. One type of infectious disease that is often encountered in the community is Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). DHF is caused by dengue virus infection. The purpose of this study is to establish a mathematical model to determine the effect of vaccination on the spread of DHF. The method used is by using the Equilibrium Point with SIR. The effect of vaccination on the spread of DHF is fully determined by the basic reproduction number (R_0) is R0=(βμ(μ+σ)+θαμN)/(μ+γ)(μ+α)(μ+σ) . When R_0<1, the disease-free fixed point E0 will be asymptotically stable which means that the disease will not spread in the population or in other words, the disease will eventually disappear from the population within a year. long time. When R_0>1, the endemic point of Ee will be asymptotically stable which means that the disease will persist and spread in the population. In order for dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) to be prevented or eliminated for a long time, we need to reduce the basic reproduction number by increasing the chances of susceptible individuals being vaccinated.
