Abstract

Study This aim is To know the influence of communication marketing and affiliate marketing on sales volume to online merchants in the shop marketplace city of Medan. Type study This is a study quantitative, the population in the study is whole Online traders at the Shopee Marketplace in Medan City, totaling 325 people. The sampling technique used in this study This is there simple random sampling with several samples of as many as 76 people. Data analysis techniques in research This uses Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ) based on Variance version 4. Results from the study This is Influence Communication marketing to sales volume online traders at the Shopee marketplace in Medan city have a coefficient track of 0.252 with mark probability of 0.043 <0.05. Effect of affiliate marketing on sales volume online traders at the Shopee marketplace in Medan City have a coefficient track of 0.868. with a mark probability of 0.000 <0.05. communication marketing and affiliate marketing influence on sales volume to online traders in the marketplace shop the city of Medan has a coefficient track of 0.749 and a coefficient track of 0.307

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, sales growth, and financial performance on company value. Company Value is the dependent variable, capital structure, sales growth and financial performance are independent variables. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 45 companies. This research was conducted at LQ45 Stock Index Companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021, a sample of 21 companies with 5 years of observation, the sample determination method used was purposive sampling. The analytical method uses multiple regression analysis, T test and F test using Eviews 9. The results show that capital structure and financial performance have a positive and significant effect on company value. Sales growth has a negative and significant effect on companyvalue. Meanwhile, capital structure, sales growth and financial performance simultaneous effect on company value.

Abstract

This study discusses customer satisfaction. This is based on short interviews conducted with guests staying at the Antares Hotel. This study shows an indication of visitor dissatisfaction with the facilities and quality of services provided. These problems are based on short interview observations addressed to overnight guests. Visitors are not pleased with the facilities or the caliber of services offered. Customers who booked accommodation reported that they were not what they expected. There are several comments in the facilities section about the toilet in the room which is smelly and dirty, the sheets and pillows are stained, the air conditioner is not cold enough, and some rooms of the same type don't have a coffee maker, which makes guests feel disappointed and dissatisfied, indicated as lack. The main objective of this study is to determine whether the quality of facilities (X1) and service (X2) affects customer satisfaction (Y). Multiple linear regression models are used in the quantitative descriptive technique of this study as a data analysis tool. The survey was sent to 87 visitors and analyzed using SPSS software. evaluate the research hypothesis using the R2 test, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study indicate that the level of customer satisfaction is influenced by the quality of facilities and excellent service. According to the partial test findings, it was also found that facilities and customer satisfaction have a positive relationship, but there is no relationship between service quality and customer happiness, which is proven by a negative count. While there is evidence that the quality of facilities and services has an impact of 44% on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Banking services in rural areas have become necessary for rural communities since the enactment of the Village Law. The government establishes a public institution that offers financial services closer to the village to fulfill this need, namely PT BPR BKD Banyumas. Before the official establishment of PT BPR BKD Banyumas, the responsibilities of this public institution were held by BKD Wlahar Wetan. BKD Wlahar Wetan has demonstrated its quality as a provider of financial and economic services. However, due to changes in time and other factors, the village government decided to transform BKD Wlahar Wetan into PT BPR BKD Banyumas based on Banking Law No. 10 of 1998 and OJK Regulation No. 10/POJK.03 of 2016. This transformation resulted in changes to the working system and organization of BKD in Banyumas Regency. This study aims to determine the transformation stages BKD Wlahar Wetan underwent to become PT BPR BKD Banyumas and the impact of the changes. This qualitative study uses a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques involving field research. This study concludes that the transformation process underwent three stages: unfreezing, changing, and refreezing. The transformation of BKD Wlahar Wetan led to various modifications, including changes in goals, culture, technology, organizational structure, and volume of activities. These changes have positively impacted and aligned with the Islamic management function, based on the principles of effectiveness and efficiency, while providing positive value to the community.

Abstract

This study discusses the intention of visiting tourists again. This is based on a brief interview conducted with visitors at Juma Bakal Dokan. This research shows that there are indications of interest in returning visitors to the facilities, services, and locations provided. These problems are based on short interview observations aimed at visitors interested in visiting visitors again for the facilities, services, and locations provided. The long distance to the center of tourist attractions and the lack of implementation of smart home system innovations are indicated as a drawback. This study focuses on knowing whether there is an influence between facilities (X1) service (X2) location (X3) on tourists' intention to revisit (Y). This study used a quantitative descriptive method with multiple linear regression models as a data analysis model. Questionnaires were distributed to 67 visitors who were then processed using the SPSS 22 program. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the R2 test, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between facilities, services, and location on intention to return. Based on the partial test, it was also found that there was a positive effect between facilities and services on tourists' intention to revisit Juma Bakal Dokan, but at the location, there was no effect on the intention to be revisited by tourists showing negative count results. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the influence between facilities and service quality on tourists' intention to revisit is 82%.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how the application of sales accounting information systems, while analyzing the advantages and weaknesses of the application, as well as provide suggestions for the development of accounting Information Systems in PT. Cahaya Pasifik Raya. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis is done using the Milles and Huberman methods. The results of the research showed that the information system of sales accounting in PT. Cahaya Pasifik Raya involves the function of the sales order section, cash part, sales order part, credit part, packaging part, warehouse part, invoice part, and accounting part. From the SIA that has been carried out there are weaknesses such as recording payments still using manual sales recording sales with manual which causes croscek or re-matching of the total sales with the total goods carried. Then in the credit billing procedure is not separated between the billing part and the marketing part. The development of PT. Cahaya Pasifik Raya involves sales ordering functions, cash, packaging parts, warehouse parts, invoices, accounting, as well as managers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of placement and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Airindo Sentra Medika Jakarta. The research method that will be used in this study is the associative method with a quantitative approach, using a saturated sample with a total population of all employees of PT. Airindo Sentra Medika Jakarta as many as 60 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is simple and multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis R2, and hypothesis analysis t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). Based on the results of the research, placement has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y 38.291 + 0.050 X1. Hypothesis test obtained t count t table or (0.447 < 1.671). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between placement on employee performance. Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y 18.389 + 0.556 X2. Hypothesis test obtained t count t table or (4,861 > 1,671). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. Placement and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y 14.578 + 0.087 X1 + 0.565 X2. The value of the coefficient of determination is 30.0% while the remaining 70% is influenced by other factors. Testing the hypothesis obtained the value of F arithmetic F table or (12,215 > 4.00). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between placement and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Airindo Sentra Medika Jakarta. By using SPSS Version 26.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the Toko Family business which is one of the MSMEs in Jl. Mulya Dusun III Buntu Desa Sidodadi. Kec. Biru-biru Kab. Deli Serdang. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of SAK EMKM financial statement preparation in family stores. The research methods chosen were qualitatively descriptive. According to the findings, this family store does not keep detailed records, only records expenses and income, and has no records such as income statement and balance sheet, so financial statements according to SAK EMKM not using Notes on financial statements. According to SAK EMKM, these are currently the contents of the annual financial statements that MSMEs must prepare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Growth on Dividend Policy in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling , namely the technique of determining the sample with certain criteria. The data used in this study are secondary data, through intermediary media obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the form of financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The results showed that CR had no significant negative effect on dividend policy , DER had no significant positive effect on dividend policy and growth bet had a significant positive effect on dividend policy in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) .

Abstract

this study was to determine the effect of fashion trends , promotions and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Tokopedia Online products (Case Study in Generation Z in Rembang District). Data collection techniques were carried out in this study through questionnaires. The data source used in the research conducted was primary data sources obtained from research instruments in the form of questionnaires filled out by respondents who distributed the questionnaires directly to consumers of Tokopedia's online products . The population of this study consisted of all consumers who had purchased and used Tokopedia online products in Rembang District. The sampling technique that is often used in research uses convenience random sampling , namely a sampling technique based on coincidence, that is, anyone who coincidentally or incidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample . Based on the results of the study, it shows that promotion and lifestyle have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and fashion trends have a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions.
