Abstract

This research is entitled " Application Of Financial Statement Preparation Based On Financial Accounting Standards For Micro, Small And Medium Entities In MSMEs (Case Study Of Toko Anjani Collection)" which aims to help Toko Anjani Collection compile financial statements for micro, SME and small enterprises. Corporate Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM). This study used qualitative descriptive methods to collect data and compare Toko Anjan's financial statements with current accounting standards. Based on the survey results, Anjan's understanding of SAK EMKM is still limited and still maintains very simple financial books. The application of financial reporting based on SAK EMKM in the Toko Anjani collection has a positive effect as material for evaluating business development and making clear financial information.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of service quality, brand image and cost on customer satisfaction at CV. Medan Barokah. The pattern in this observation is 60 buyers at CV. Medan Barokah, sampling using a non probability sampling approach with incidental sampling. fact analysis using linear regression test more than one, speculation test using determination coefficient test (R²), partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test), and statistical processing using SPSS 22. The results showed that good service, brand image and cost have been able to provide an explanation during his life to the variable buyer satisfaction to shop again, except that partially good service, brand image and cost have a tremendous impact on customer satisfaction. simultaneously good service, brand image and cost have a tremendous and tremendous impact on buyer choice.

Abstract

The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has caused various problems, including a drastic decline in the financial sector. This situation has also affected various business sectors, including the government sector. The government sector is expected to provide financial management education to the recipients of the Family Hope Program (Program Keluarga Harapan or PKH) in the Department of Social Affairs of Malang City. Therefore, the government sector is required to be cautious in the preparation of financial reports for the social funds allocated to the PKH beneficiaries in the Department of Social Affairs of Malang City. This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and financial inclusion on financial management behavior in the new normal era at the Department of Social Affairs of Malang City. This is a qualitative research study that utilizes questionnaire as the data collection technique. The objectives of this study are (1) to identify and describe the attitudes and responses of PKH beneficiaries regarding financial literacy, (2) to identify and describe the attitudes and responses of PKH beneficiaries regarding financial inclusion, and (3) to determine and describe the extent of the implications of financial management in the new normal era. The qualitative method used in this research, as described by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014:14), consists of three concurrent activities, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using four stages, including data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.

Abstract

In the digital era and the development of social media, an effective digital marketing communication strategy is important for the hospitality industry. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing communication strategy used by Episode Gading Serpong Hotel through Instagram social media. The quantitative content analysis method is used to describe various aspects of the information and quality of the content uploaded by the hotel. Two different coders are used to ensure objectivity in the coding and data collection processes. This study also uses Krippendorf content analysis to determine the characteristics and conclusions of the uploaded message content. The research sample consisted of @episodegadingserpong Instagram uploads from January 2023 to April 2023 which focused on hotel promotions. The results of the study found that the digital marketing communication strategy carried out by Hotel Episode Gading Serpong through Instagram social media was effective in promoting the hotel and attracting consumer attention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of 1) Risk profile on public trust, 2) Good Corporate Governance on public trust, 3) Earnings on public trust, 4) Capital on public trust and 5) Islamic banking performance on public trust. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative method supported by SPSS. For this reason, some important information is generated, namely 1) Risk profile has a negative but significant influence on public trust; 2) positive GCG has a good effect on public trust; 3) Earnings owned by Islamic banks have no influence on public trust; 4) Capital owned by Islamic banks has a connection or influence with public trust; 5) Between the performance of Islamic banking and trust, there is no influence between the two.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the human development index (HDI) and inflation on economic growth in South Sumatra Province. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data obtained from the South Sumatra Central Bureau of Statistics in the 2015-2021 period. The data was analyzed by multiple linear equation analysis with the help of the Eviews 9.0 program.  This study analyzes partially that the human development index has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in South Sumatra Province. Inflation partially has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in South Sumatra Province. And simultaneously the human development index and inflation have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Debt to Total Asset Ratio and Return on Asset in Assessing Financial Performance at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. This research was taken from PT. Indofood Sukses MAkmur Tbk. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data in the form of financial statement documents of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Year 2018 to 2022 taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data sources used in this study are external data sources, namely data obtained indirectly. The analysis used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis. The approach used to achieve the research objectives is to analyze the Debt to Total Asset Ratio and Return on Assets. So that the company can optimize its assets to obtain the desired profit. The results of this study show that (1) the company's DAR is good, this can be seen from the standard DAR criteria which are less than 90%. (2) The company's ROA is good enough, because the company has been able to manage its assets effectively.

Abstract

Optimal disposal of government assets (BMN) is necessary to reduce the burden on the state and improve efficiency. However, the disposal process is often complicated and time-consuming. Delayed disposal leads to storage issues and economic devaluation. This research aims to describe and analyze the process of disposing of 35 heavy construction equipment government assets through the auction mechanism at the South Sulawesi Regional Office of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (BBPJN Sulawesi Selatan), identify internal and external factors that hinder the process, and analyze the mitigation actions taken by BBPJN South Sulawesi regarding these obstacles. The research method used is descriptive qualitative case study at BBPJN South Sulawesi. The results show that the disposal process of government assets through the auction mechanism at BBPJN South Sulawesi consists of 11 stages in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures. The obstacles faced include limited knowledge, outdated data, weather conditions, the Covid-19 pandemic, and the lengthy process of asset handover. BBPJN South Sulawesi has implemented several mitigation measures, such as selecting competent research teams and adjusting to the Covid-19 pandemic. Currently, the process of disposing 35 heavy construction equipment takes approximately 10 months, but with resource optimization and strong commitment, it can be completed in about 4 months.

Abstract

Financial performance shows the company's ability to manage existing resources effectively or not. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether digital innovation, fintech and sustainability reports have an effect on financial performance. The research method is to use a type of quantitative research with primary data sources, namely distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study is all MSME actors in Tegal City. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of the research partially show that digital innovation has a significant positive effect on financial performance. Fintech has no significant effect on the financial performance of Tegal City SMEs. Sustainability Report has no significant effect on financial performance. The results of the study simultaneously show that digital innovation, fintech and sustainability reports have a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to confirm effective leadership during the 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) epidemic, effective leadership is leadership that all organizations need. Maintaining and providing job satisfaction for employees during epidemic conditions. This study investigates three objectives; first, examine the direct effect of effective leadership on job satisfaction and OCB, second, examine the relationship between job satisfaction and OCB; and, third, investigate the mediation of the relationship between job satisfaction and OCB through effective leadership among employees and managers in private manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The research applies a quantitative approach using a questionnaire technique, data management applies structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques. Sampling using a simple random technique of employees who occupy managerial positions of 400 people to be analyzed. The results explain a significant relationship between effective leadership on job satisfaction and OCB, then, job satisfaction explains a positive correlation relationship with OCB. The moderating and mediating effect of effective leadership has a positive and significant association with job satisfaction and OCB. Private manufacturing companies in Indonesia are economically disadvantaged by non-natural disaster conditions which make it difficult to control conditions. This encourages companies to reduce spending by reducing the number of workers, production, and operations. Employees who feel aggrieved by management's decisions need solutions to remain in their jobs. This research shows that effective leadership can link employees to stay in position and improve overall organizational performance.
