Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and involvement on repurchase interest in a case study of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Lasem batik. The data used in this study is primary data based on a sample of 120 respondents. The data is processed using a smart PLS or Smart Partial Least Square system. The analysis technique in this study consists of two sub-models, namely the measurement model or the outer model and the structural model or the inner model. The data was collected using a questionnaire to the respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis prove that product quality has an effect on repurchase interest. Involvement has no effect on repurchase interest. Then trust has an effect on repurchase interest

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the quality of E-WOM, E-Trust, and Islamic E-Service on purchasing decisions for MS Glow skin care products. The data source for this research is primary data obtained from the sample. In particular, primary data was obtained from residents of Medan who bought MS Glow skin care products at least once, including a sample of 100 respondents from various areas of Medan using the questionnaire distribution method. (1) The results of this study indicate that the E-WOM variable has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions. (2) The E-TRUST variable has a slightly significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. (3) the Islamic e-service quality variable has a partial and significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; (4) Simultaneously the variables E-WOM, E-TRUST and E-Service Quality Islamic have a significant and positive effect on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Financial reports have a significant impact on business unit revenue. where the annual calculation must be reported every financial year. To find out how much spending and income. Corporate financial accounting continues to use logbook attachments and these little notes are used for reference in every business. This study uses a descriptive analytical research method that provides clear, objective, systematic, analytical and critical descriptions and explanations. In this study, primary and secondary methods were used as data collection techniques, collecting data through direct interviews with MSME owners in South Tangerang City and other sources such as writings, articles, writings and journals related to the research topic. All sources are collected and completed according to the needs and objectives of the research. The role of financial reporting in increasing MSME income. Based on research analyzed in South Tangerang City, it shows that financial reporting has a relative influence on income. Where financial reports can improve the performance of business units and the results themselves determine the profit (profit) of the company. There are no financial reports in the City of South Tangerang, so that MSME actors in the City of South Tangerang have difficulty making business decisions. This can affect the company's performance both in determining future costs and in determining future goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Article 21 PPh levies by implementing the Self Assessment System at KPP Pratama Makassar. Primary data is in the form of surveys or observations while secondary data is in the form of data on the number of effective, registered taxpayers and taxpayers who submit SPT obtained from KPP Pratama Makassar. Data analysis used a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the effectiveness of the three KPP Pratama, if you look at the last 2 years, as measured by the level of effectiveness obtained from the Tax Performance Index (TPI) formula, which is based on tax targets and tax realization, it can be concluded that the results vary widely. Starting from the highest yield that is close to 100% or the very effective category, namely the effective category obtained by KPP Pratama Selatan in 2013 with a total percentage of 92% and KPP Pratama Barat in 2014 with a total percentage of 110%. As for being categorized as ineffective, it was obtained by KPP Pratama Barat in 2013, namely with a total percentage of 52%. Even though KPP Pratama Barat was in the category of ineffective in 2013, in the following year, 2014, it was included in the category of effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand associations, brand loyalty and brand awareness on brand equity in Scarlett Whitening products in Semarang City. The population in this study are consumers who have or are currently using scarlett whitening who live in the city of Semarang. With a sample of 100 respondents with a minimum age of 17 years. The method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this analysis show that brand associations have a positive and significant effect on brand equity, brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on brand equity and brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on brand equity. significant to brand equity.

Abstract

&M plays a major role in the fashion industry, and it is important for brands to maintain and develop their customers' purchasing decisions. This study was conducted to measure the effect of brand image, product quality, service quality on purchasing decisions of H&M customers in Medan. This study used a questionnaire given to H&M customers in Medan, who had visited and made purchases in the last two years before the questionnaires were distributed. The sampling method used is non-probability, namely snowball sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of H&M Medan’s customers showed that brand image had a significant partially influence on the purchase decision and product quality had a significant partially influence on the purchase decision. Meanwhile, service quality has no significant influence on the purchase decision. Next, brand image, product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on purchase decision at H&M Medan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the role of Islamic banking in the development and progress of the community's economy, such as MSMEs. The objectives of this research are (1) to find out the role of Bank Syariah Indonesia in the development and empowerment of MSMEs in Jambi City after the Covid-19 pandemic. (2) To find out what are the obstacles faced by Bank Syariah Indonesia in developing and empowering MSMEs in Jambi City after the Covid-19 pandemic. 3) To find out how the solutions provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi city branch in overcoming post-pandemic constraints Covid-19 in the process of developing and empowering MSMEs in Jambi City . This research includes qualitative research with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data taken was in the form of primary data and secondary data. Selection of informants as data sources in research on subjects who master the problem, have data and are willing to provide information. In other words, the informant must fulfill the requirements as a source of informants. The informants in this study were Mr. Bambang Triatmojo as the Micro Relationship Manager of Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi City and several MSMEs in the Jambi city area who were the research samples. The analytical techniques used in this qualitative research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that in the process of interviewing and observing the intended object, it was found that Bank Syariah Indonesia has played an important role for MSMEs, because many say that all roles in Bank Syariah Indonesia are like providing assistance, especially in the form of financing, consulting on business development. , business guidance through seminars or conducting comparative studies with similar businesses that have developed have been proven. The obstacles faced by the bank are the lack of outreach to the public regarding the products and services offered by the bank and the age of the company merger which is only one year so that the program that should be running is not optimal. Constraints that are often complained of by SMEs are capital, marketing and distribution problems. This can be addressed by optimizing its role through bank products and services in the form of financing, training and assistance in developing and empowering MSMEs in Jambi City. Then the community is expected to be able to take advantage of the facilities provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia as an alternative solution to overcome obstacles that arise in the process of developing and empowering their business after the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Garut Regency is another regency with a plethora of coffee shops. The increasing number of new coffee shops in Garut Regency over the last 5 years reflects the growth of coffee shops. In the past, Sidewalk and Brontoseno Coffee were several pioneers of coffee shops or places to drink in Garut, but we have recently seen a lot of new coffee shops such as OKUI, SK Kopi Lab, Feudal Coffee, Alenia, Peh Kopi, and many more. People, particularly the millennial generation, are looking for good places or instagramable places to take pictures and post them on social media; they are also more concerned with good places than taste, which includes coffee shops. In contrast to true coffee connoisseurs, who travel throughout the Regency in search of shops with delectable flavors and unique brews. In this study, a qualitative approach is used. This study included seven informants. The study's findings include the lifestyle of coffee consumers in the Garut Regency area who choose a coffee shop based on the influence of friends, the lifestyle of consumers who buy a comfortable atmosphere and place, the hangout lifestyle, and updates on social media as their basis for visiting coffee shops.

Abstract

MSMEs are vital to Indonesia's economy. Funding, technology adoption, and marketing are just a few of the development challenges that MSMEs face. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of financial technology on the growth of MSME businesses, either directly or indirectly, by using increased capital and the number of consumers as intervening variables, as well as to comprehend financial technology-based business development strategies. The research was carried out in the city of Garut, with data collected through questionnaires. The sample was chosen using purposeful sampling, which resulted in 76 samples. SPSS software version 22.0 was used to analyze the data, which included path analysis. The findings show that financial technology has a positive and significant impact on MSME business development, both directly and indirectly, by increasing capital and the number of consumers as intervening variables. As a result, financial technology can be one of the strategies for the development of MSME businesses. Because it will be used as a reference by a variety of decision-makers, including the government, MSMEs, and fintech operators, this research has practical implications.

Handmade is the process of making product objects that are processed by hand. The handmade business is identified with the label of high creativity, so it has a sale value and is in great demand by consumers. The results of this craft are limited and original, so lovers of anti-mainstream products will prefer the work of the handmade business. This study aims to analyze the effect of family-based educational programs on family behavior and increase in financial resources with handmade production from batik cloth waste. The design used in this study was a pre-experimental design, namely the one group pre-post test design.
