Abstract

Ngawi Regency is an area in East Java Province which is directly adjacent to Central Java Province. The area of Ngawi Regency has an area of 1,298.58 km2. With this area, of course, Ngawi Regency has various types of diverse tourist attractions, such as natural tourism, historical tourism, agro-tourism, water tourism, religious tourism, and many more. So do not be surprised if there are people and even I find it difficult to determine which tourist attractions to visit. This study aims to help determine recommendations for tourist attractions using the calculation of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. So, tourist attractions will be ranked based on the preference value that has been calculated using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results showed that the system can rank the data of a tourist spot with a set of weighted criteria defined by users and then the tourist attractions are sorted from high to low preference values and display information related to the object so that users can be helped when they want to determine the tourist attractions to be visited and get detailed information related to the tourist attractions.

Abstract

In the face of complex financial challenges, such as increasing operational costs, decreasing patient numbers, and fluctuating revenues, health clinics must implement intelligent and efficient financial strategies. This research focuses on developing a financial information system to improve efficiency, transparency, and control in the financial management of the clinic. Steps towards the launch, including feature integration, retrospective evaluation, and phased rollout, were implemented to minimize the impact on clinic operations. Evaluating the impact of the system after launch is an important step to ensure the expected benefits are achieved, and continuous improvement through retrospective sessions is critical to continuously improving the development process. The results of this study provide a comprehensive view of the development strategy of a clinic financial management application using the XP approach, which can serve as a foundation for clinics to deal with the complexities and dynamics of managing their financial aspects. This research contributes to understanding best practices in dealing with financial challenges in the healthcare sector.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a construction project audit system using DevOps methodology to improve efficiency and accuracy in construction project management. The research stages include Assessment, Plan, Develop, Deliver, Operate, and Evaluation. The results showed that the project audit system was successfully developed and operated for the past two years. System performance evaluation revealed that the average response time of the system was 120 m/s, with system availability reaching 99.8%. The project audit data has an accuracy rate of 99%, which confirms the reliability of the information generated by this system. The data analysis tool performed optimally and generated audit reports in an average of 20 seconds per report. The system contributes positively to addressing challenges in the construction industry by improving efficiency and accuracy in construction project management and audit supervision. Future research can explore the integration of the latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing, in project audit systems and measure their impact on actual construction projects.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments and business dynamics in the digital era require organizations to be more responsive and adaptive to change. This research aims to explore the concept of organizational agility and identify Human Resource Management (HRM) practices that are effective in building organizational agility to face the challenges of rapid change. The research method used involves literature analysis with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results show that in facing rapid changes in the digital era, the implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices plays an important role in shaping organizational agility. Practices such as building flexible organizational structures, assignment of employees based on tasks, empowerment and autonomy, open feedback systems, skills development and continuous education, teamwork and collaboration, focus on employee well-being, careful recruitment and selection, and integration of technology support the goals creating a responsive and adaptive work environment. Nonetheless, challenges such as changing skill requirements, data security, organizational culture changes, system integration, and conflict resolution between employees and technology need to be addressed carefully. With continued commitment, organizations can overcome these challenges and build a solid foundation to become more responsive, innovative and competitive in the ever-evolving digital business era.

Abstract

This research examines the development of Augmented Reality (AR) technology in the context of tourism with a focus on the MAKAR application. Involving literature review, cultural sustainability analysis, AR development, and field trials, this study aims to elucidate the potential of AR in preserving local cultural sustainability while enhancing the tourist experience. The literature review provides a profound understanding of AR applications in the tourism sector, highlighting key concepts and their implications. Cultural sustainability analysis lays the ethical foundation for AR development that respects and strengthens local cultural heritage. The AR development process is carried out through the selection of the MAKAR platform, combining technological innovation with local wisdom. This stage involves choosing technologies that support technical requirements while considering positive impacts on cultural sustainability and local community participation. Field trials involve five different tourist locations using various types of smartphones. The results provide insights into user responses, cultural sustainability impacts, and application adaptability to different devices. Despite some delays, overall, the MAKAR application successfully delivers a captivating tourist experience. This research concludes that AR development through the MAKAR application has significant potential in preserving cultural sustainability while providing an innovative tourist experience.

Abstract

This research addresses issues related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in the construction industry, which involves high risks in the working environment. The main problems identified include accident incidents, insufficient training, inadequate use of personal protective equipment, and complex OHS management when involving subcontractors. This research used the Rapid Application Development Method (RAD) to develop an efficient OHS information system. The result of this research includes an OHS information system that is ready to be implemented in the company's construction environment. Implementation involves training for users and staff who will use the system. User evaluation involved field users, system administrators, and project management. Test results showed that 85% of field users found the user interface easy to use, 90% of system administrators found the system easy to manage incident data, and project management gave an upbeat assessment of integrating the OHS system with the existing project management system. The contribution of this research is the development of an efficient OHS information system for construction companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difference in delivery outcomes between the Cesarean Section method with the Enhanced Recovery After Cesarean Section (ERACS) approach and the conventional method at Hanau Hospital. The ERACS method is applied to improve patient recovery after cesarean section by optimizing pain management, early mobilization, and fluid management. This study used a retrospective design on data of patients undergoing Cesarean Section at Hanau Hospital during a certain period. The data collected involved variables such as duration of hospitalization, postoperative pain level, recovery time after cesarean section, and postoperative complications. Statistical analyses, including independent t-tests and chi-square tests, were used to evaluate significant differences between ERACS and conventional method groups. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the effectiveness of the ERACS method in improving labor outcomes, especially related to recovery time, pain levels, and incidence of complications. These findings may support clinical decision-making regarding the selection of optimal cesarean section methods at Hanau Regional Hospital and may provide guidance for similar health institutions.
