Abstract

So far, the payroll system of PT. Sinar Mentari Era Jaya runs manually, so that even miscalculations cannot be avoided. This results in inconvenience for employees at work, which in turn can reduce the work productivity of the employees themselves. Given these problems, it is necessary to build a computerized payroll system using a programming application that can simplify the work of the HRD department, making it more effective and efficient. PT's payroll information system. Sinar Mentari Era Jaya is made with MySQL DBMS and the PHP programming language is used to manage employee data, work attendance, holidays, as well as to perform salary calculations based on the data that has been inputted, and can be used to print reports. Finally, with this payroll information system, the salary calculation process can be done automatically without the need to calculate manually and the salary data obtained is appropriate, provided that all data entered is valid.

Abstract

CV. Putri Djaya Sentosa Jakarta is a kind of business which is engaged in retail distributor and supplier of shops. The company is built beside the Owner's house, And the origin of its establishment started with the opening of the company in the area of Jl. Cabbage. Sugiono No.25 Duren Sawit East Jakarta. The growing of CV. Putri Djaya Sentosa Jakarta directly conduct checks on archives relating to sales, Archives that support the sales process is not small, so problems arise in the system is still done manually. For that we need computerization that can speed up the process of data processing so as to produce accurate and fast data to be built that most or at least reduce the level of errors that have been happening in the sales process. Once designed a sales information system containing goods sales data and goods sales reports.

Abstract

E-Learning dapat disebut sebagai sebuah metode pembelajaran berbasis elektronik dan menggunakan jaringan komputer sebagai medianya, jaringan komputer yang digunakan memungkinkan untuk dikembangkan dalam bentuk berbasis website. MAN 2 Jakarta Timur merupakan sekolah menengah atas yang saat ini masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran secara lisan yaitu guru menyampaikan langsung kepada murid dan secara tertulis seperti mengambil bahan ajaran dari buku. Karena seperti yang diketahui di sebagian sekolah dan perguruan tinggi sudah menggunakan pembelajaran melalui komputer atau E- Learning System. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dirancanglah sistem pembelajaran E-Learning. Sistem E-Learning ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem informasi ini yaitu dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sebuah aplikasi E-Learning dengan fasilitas latihan dan ujian online sebagai bahan evaluasi, serta terdapat fitur upload materi yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk membagikan bahan ajar untuk siswa.

Abstract

The Palleting process at PT XYZ, which is based in the Asahan area, is heavy work that is still done manually. Improper posture and receiving repeated static loads over a long period of time can result in musculoskeletal injury. Ergonomic analysis using the REBA method is one method for evaluating the body posture and work attitude of workers as a whole. In this study, an analysis of the REBA method was carried out on workers in the Palleting section at PT XYZ to determine the amount of risks faced by workers and the improvements that could be proposed. The study was conducted referring to the REBA worksheet by Hignett and McAtamney. From the studies that have been done, it was found that workers have a high risk with a value of 9. Suggestions that can be made include lowering the level holder, optimizing the position of the torso and fulcrum, and educating workers on work attitudes.

Abstract

Abstrak - Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan dalam menjaga hal penting dalam penunjang jual beli kelistrikan adalah melakukan pemeliharaan mesin trafo karena mesin trafo adalah salah satu faktor yang penting dalam jual beli kelistrikan. Sistem pemeliharaan mesin dapat digunakan sebagai tolak ukur pengukuran effektivitas mesin trafo. Pengguna listrik yang terus meningkat pada PT.PLN (persero) Area Bintaro menyebabkan sering terjadinya permasalahan breakdown mesin trafo yang tinggi. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam mengukur dan memaksimalkan effektivitas mesin berdasarkan tiga katagori yaitu Availability rate, Performance rate ,Quality rate. Dari hasil perhitungan nilai OEE untuk mesin trafo di PT.PLN (persero) Area Bintaro sebesar 73.61 % secara garis besar nilai OEE tersebut masih dibawah standar nilai JIPM yaitu lebih besar dari 85%. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisa menggunakan diagram fishbone guna mengetahui sebab akibat belum tercapainya effektifitas trafo. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, terdapat faktor yang menyebabkan menurunya effektivitas trafo dari fishbone diagram faktor tersebut adalah mesin, metode ,material dan sistem. Usulan yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan effektifitas trafo yaitu merubah pola pemeliharaan yang awalnya bersifat reactive menjadi kegiatan preventive dan proactive.

Abstract

Export-import activities in this modern era increasingly make it easier for export-importers. Such is the case with the recording of import data at the computerized Customs and Excise Customs Office (KPBC). Make it easy for export-importers to monitor the export-import of their goods. And also other service providers that are interrelated in the export-import process. They have computerized the data, then informed it through the website. So as a service user it is easier to find information related to their export-import goods. In this research a web-based information system is designed. With this system, it is expected to be able to overcome the various needs of users to find information and determine the decisions that will be taken next. Because quick decision making will save costs and make performance more effective and efficient at PT. Samudra Permata Motokarz in the implementation of export-import. And data that has been stored in the database can be an archive that is not easily lost and easy to find in the future if needed.

Abstract

To facilitate the processing of apprentice data, and to provide employee information, software that can process apprentice and employee data is required. Therefore it is necessary to analyze so that it can obtain data for the software being built. It is necessary to analyze user needs and the facilities needed by the software to be built so that it can be useful for users. It is necessary to design software to design a data processing system. This design uses Adobe Dreamweaver CS8 and PHP MyAdmin software to design website-based applications and perform tests using XAMPP. With the existence of a web-based application that can assist in processing apprentice data and provide the information needed by users.

Abstract

Loumo Education is a stationery shop or office stationery that has been established in Yogyakarta since January 2020. From the interviews obtained by the author, there are several obstacles that are experienced, namely in the process of stocking goods or inventory and purchasing or procurement. In the process of inventory and procurement, the running system is still very simple so that there are many problems faced, such as stock calculation errors that result in out of stock but not recorded and can result in delays in purchasing goods, besides that the problem that occurs is the receipt of the number of purchased products does not match the quantity order. There are also other obstacles, namely the loss of inventory and purchase documents, repeated records, and the difficulty in finding the desired data. For that we need an open source software, which can use the Odoo software. In this study, the authors used modules contained in Odoo, namely the procurement and inventory modules. The research method that I use in this research has several stages, namely interviews, problem identification, literature review, system design analysis, and application or implementation. The purpose of this study is to produce a system that can assist in managing data on purchases and supplies at Loumo Education stores. The result of this research is that the application of Odoo modules, namely procurement and inventory, is very suitable and supports the business process of purchasing and supplies at Loumo Education stores.

Abstract

The problem of the production system that is still manual makes Sunny Furniture need to make improvements to minimize the occurrence of data management errors in the production process, one solution that can be applied to the company is to use Production Operation Management (POM) software. The method that can be used to project production capacity is the linear programming method, the linear programming method can be used to provide recommendations for production capacity for the next period using a fuzzy linear programming algorithm approach. Production capacity projections are needed so that companies can solve problems in existing production so far and to optimize production and get increased profits. The result of the projection that has been done using POM software using the linear programming method is the projected net profit that will be obtained in the next period of Rp. 61,800,000, compared to the previous period's net profit of Rp. 49,920,000, then the company is predicted to get an increase in profit of Rp. 11,880,000. Forecasting results have also been tested for accuracy by comparing the projection results with real results that occur and the accuracy results are 86.7%.

Abstract

Kebutuhan informasi saat ini semakin meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, begitu pula kebutuhan informasi koperasi pada koperasi Mulia Jaya Abadi. Namun dalam pelaksanaanya sistem yang digunakan pada koperasi masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pengolahan data anggota, simpanan, pinjaman serta laporan, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan data, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan model RAD, sebagai upaya untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan penjelasan mengenai keadaan objek penelitian, sedangkan untuk metode pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan metode studi pustaka. Hasil yang didapat yaitu suatu aplikasi perangkat lunak rancang bangun system untuk mempermudah dalam proses pengolahan data anggota transaksi simpan pinjam, angsuran serta laporan. Dibuatnya rancang bangun sistem simpan pinjam agar proses transaksi simpan pinjam lebih efektif dan efisien untuk menunjang aktifitas koperasi dalam pelayanannya sebagai penyedia informasi koperasi.
