Abstract

This study aims to explore in-depth data about the Effectiveness of Information Services in Bullying Prevention using qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation instruments, interviews, and documentation studies. The informants in this study were counseling teachers, the head of a madrasah, and students of MTs Madinatussalam. The results of this study explain that the implementation of information services at MTs Madinatussalam in terms of its implementation is coordinated, systematic, and has been determined through Service Units (Satlan) and Service Implementation Plans (RPL), in preventing bullying by counseling guidance teachers is not only information services. provided but also other services such as group guidance as a follow-up service that aims to achieve self-understanding for victims or students who are potential victims of bullying. Information services in the prevention of bullying at MTs Madinatussalam are already effective and have a good impact on students to create a complete understanding of the benefits of solidarity, mutual respect, and the negative impact of bullying for perpetrators and victims. In this case, it is also assisted by the existence of a special program of the mubaligh corps, mandatory ablution, dhuha prayer, and the participation or coordination of field teachers, homeroom teachers, and counseling guidance personnel in supervising students of MTs Madinatussalam

Abstract

This study seeks to find out how the relationship between the financing of School Operational Assistance and Supervision on improving the performance of State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Simalungun Regency. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Simalungun Regency, with the teacher as the research subject. This research is descriptive-inferential while the results of the study There is a significant relationship between the Financing of School Operational Assistance (X1) on the Performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers in Simalungun Regency (Y) with an effective contribution of 14.77%. There is a significant relationship between the implementation of teaching supervision (X2) on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Simalungun Regency (Y) with an effective contribution of 26.86%. There is a significant relationship between the Financing of School Operational Assistance (X1) and the Implementation of Teaching Supervision (X2) together with the Performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers in Simalungun Regency (Y) with an effective contribution of 41.63%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see the relationship between Work Motivation and Stress Management with Teacher's Affective Commitment. as for the research method used is a quantitative research method. Quantitative research method is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. The results of the study are that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and the affective commitment of teachers in SMA Negeri in Datuk Bandar Subdistrict, Tanjungbalai City, there is a significant relationship between stress management and affective commitment of teachers in SMA Negeri in Datuk Bandar Subdistrict, Tanjungbalai City, and there is a positive relationship significant work motivation and stress management with teacher affective commitment. From the multiple correlation analysis, the simultaneous correlation coefficient (R) = 0.911, this value indicates that the relationship between all independent variables and the dependent variable is very strong. In addition, information can also be obtained on how the coefficient of determination is (0.911) x 100% = 91.1%. This value shows that the contribution of all independent variables to the dependent variable simultaneously is 91.1%, while the remaining 8.9% is the contribution of other factors outside this study.

Abstract

The flow of globalization has a positive impact and a negative impact. Advances in technology have brought us ease of activity, but technological advances have also eroded children's lives with the emergence of nature, materialism, capitalism, pragmatism, and hedonism. Children start with bad traits and characters. We are also responsible for the progress of the times by continuing to equip children to continue to be on the correct Islamic corridor. The Qur'anic generation is the generation that uses the Qur'an as a way of life and believes in its truth. They can show strong aqidah, true worship, and good morals, and high civilization. They also read, memorize, and understand properly and correctly the meaning contained in the Qur'an and practice all its contents in aspects of their lives. Thus the community service team for the Islamic Education Management Study Program at the Islamic High School carried out training in reading and writing the Qur'an in Pulau Sembilan Village, Pangkalan Susu District, Langkat Regency. This activity was carried out using the meeting method with the head of Pulau Sembilan Village and MDA teachers, TPQ. Then the training using the lecture method, discussion, and practice. As a result of this activity, the MDA, TPQ teachers were very enthusiastic in participating in this activity. It is proven by the discussions from the participants in honoring the understanding of this training.

Abstract

Research this start because of existence the anxiety that happened moment it's on morality student, a goal for uncovering influence search engine against akhlah students at Junior High School State in the District Stone Shower. Method research used is field research with data collection techniques using questionnaires as well. There are 30 respondents in the study. Research results show that (1). There is a direct effect of the use of social media on the use of student search engine Junior High School State in the District Stone Shower of 0.518 with a t - count coefficient of 10,457, which is greater than the value of t table a(0.05) = 1.97 and a(0.01 ) = 2.59. This thing means the more often use social media so will the more take effect to use the student search engine Junior High School State in the District Stone Shower. (2). There is a direct effect of a useful search engine on morality student Junior High School Country in Sub-District Stone Shower of 0.162 with a t-count coefficient of 2.609, greater than the value of t table a(0.05) = 1.97 and a(0.01 ) = 2.59. This thing means the more often use search engines so will the more takes effect on the morals of students in Junior High School State in the District Stone Shower.
