Abstract

In line with the increasingly rapid development of the world of information and communication supported by increasingly sophisticated technology, it encourages us to find out how the motivation for online shopping from consumers is for MSME products during the Covid-19 pandemic in the milenial community around the Jabodetabek area. Quantitative research methods were objective with a deductive processed, research is designed to discuss problems that have been determined from the beginning and did not change until the end of the study and were static from beginning to end. The total respondents were 174. Data processing was carried out by using multiple regression analysis with software of SPSS 26.0 on respondents aged 25 years showing that the results obtained simultaneously; perceived usefulness, hedonic motivation, internal norms, external subject norms, and the Covid-19 pandemic have a significant effect on the motivational behavioral intentions of online shopping for MSME products by millennials in the Jabodetabek area. The results of the partial test, the hedonic motivation factor was proven to have a positive and significant influence on the intention of online shopping behavior for MSME products among millennials generation in Jabodetabek

Abstract

Organizational culture is an organizational model that regulates values and norms, while communication contains cultural values. These two variables are interrelated and affect individual activities and career success in an organization. This study aims to analyze the relationship between culture, communication, and career management. The method is a literature study with information data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that culture and communication have a positive reciprocal relationship. Culture affects communication and conversely, communication affects culture. This means that communication and culture are interconnected concepts. Between cultural variables, communication within the organization will synergize in developing work activities to achieve career success and support organizational goals. Organizational communication culture and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture and career development simultaneously affect employee performance. The better the organizational culture, the better the employee's performance, and vice versa. The influence of career development variables on employee performance is positive, if career development increases, employee performance will increase, and vice versa. Therefore, improving employee performance can be influenced by culture and career development. Thus competence and an effective communication model with strong organizational culture can improve employee performance and success and expected to support organizational goals.

Abstract

Indonesia telah menerapkan zakat, infak dan sedekah berserta wakafpada perundang-undangan namun belum terdapat pada keuangan negara (APBN). Hal ini menjadi menarik untuk diteliti lebih lanjut terkait potensi instrumen keuangan islam selain pajak tersebut untuk dimasukkan kedalam keuangan negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu melalui penelusuran data pendekatan kepustakaan dari laporan masing-masing lembaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen keuangan islam dapat dimasukkan ke dalam APBN dari data-data yang ada. Oleh karena, saran kedepannay untuk pemangku kebijakan yaitu diperlukan perubahan ketentuan dalam pajak penghasilan menjadi zakat penghasil dan jasa agar dimulainya zakat masuk dalam APBN.

Abstract

Production costs are one of the keys to the success of the Taria Minang grilled fish restaurant business, as well as a determinant of the cost of products and at the same time to determine the selling price. This has to do with the fact that sales with a good turnover are a reliable source of income. The pricing of food which directly impacts the turnover owned to pay for all expenses incurred in the business. These costs include equipment costs, employee salaries, fixed assets, and raw materials. The method used is descriptive method using a qualitative approach and using research from the calculation of the cost of production by calculating the costs that have been issued. The costs that have been spent should be a reference for returning business capital with the resulting production capacity, so careful consideration is needed. These considerations such as mark up prices, profit margins, Cost of Goods Sold (HPP). Determining the HPP or Food Cost menu is very important to make a profit in a business. Because in addition to setting menu prices, it is also necessary to implement cost control measures to help achieve the desired profit. The results showed that the Minang dance fish grilled restaurant experienced a stable financial condition and could even achieve maximum results.

Abstract

Pergeseran paradigma tentang modal dasar suatu organisasi pada dekade disaat ini mengalami lompatan yang begitu berarti. Modal manusia mempunyai kedudukan sentral dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Karena SDM merupakan capital yang dapat terus berkembang seiring dengan waktu dan dinamika area bisnis serta kemajuan dalam ilmu pengetahuan. Artikel ini memberikan tinjauan literatur yang berfokus pada “Penerapan human capital manajemen dalam meningkatkan kualitas SDM terhadap kinerja perusahaan”, yaitu hubungan antara modal manusia dan kinerja perusahaan. Penerapan tinjauan literatur yang ada memungkinkan untuk mengungkap dua permasalahan utama yaitu 1). Menganalisis hubungan human capital dengan kinerja perusahaan 2). Manajemen modal manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan Teknik pengumpulan data sekunder berupa data yang diperoleh dari artikel ilmiah, media online maupun sumber kredibel lainnya yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian yang dilakukan.Kata Kunci: Human Capital, Manajemen Modal Manusia dan Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract

The Covid-19 Virus pandemic has made changes to all work activities in the world including Indonesia. The implementation of WFH (Work From Home) work patterns certainly has an influence on work productivity. This research was conducted at the Bogor City BMKG Office office, with the aim of knowing the influence of the Covid-19 Virus and WFH (Work From Home) work patterns on human resource productivity. The quality of work, and the timeliness while working becomes difficult to measure, so it is necessary to conduct research in order to understand how the Covid-19 Virus pandemic and WFH work patterns affect HUMAN PRODUCTIVITY This study has implications for the world of work that wants to measure productivity to determine the direction of the Company's policies in the future, including in government agencies. This research is quantitative research, using questionnaires distributed to 30 civil servant respondents of the Operational engineering and management work unit at the BMKG Office and also through the study of journal article literature. The method used is multiple Linear regression using SPSS 25 application with Descriptive Statistical Test, Classical Assumption Test, Normality Test, Multicoliniarity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test, Atocorrelation Test. The results showed that the variable impact of Covid-19 (X1) significant value is 0.127 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. This means that there is no effect of the impact of covid (X1) on human resources productivity (Y).  Variable Working pattern WFH (X2) significant value is 0.710 > 0.05, then it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and H1 rejected.  This means that there is no effect of the impact of covid (X1) on human resources productivity (Y).  Variable Working pattern WFH (X2) significant value is 0.710 > 0.05, then it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and H1 rejected. This means that there is no influence of WFH (X1) work patterns on HR productivity (Y). In this study, it can be concluded at the BMKG Office of Bogor City Covid-19 Pandemic and WFH work patterns have no effect on human resources productivity

Abstract

Updating voter data is a necessity that must be carried out by the KPU so that later all Indonesian citizens can vote in the General Election to elect members of the DPR, DPD, Provincial DPRD, Regency/City DPRD, President and Vice President, and Elections to elect the Governor and Deputy Governor. , Regent and Deputy Regent and Mayor and Deputy Mayor. This study tries to examine the Voter Data Information System (Sidalih) which is owned by the General Election Commission (KPU). The goal is to see to what extent the system is working effectively in realizing an up-to-date, accurate, and comprehensive voter list. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The collection of research data was obtained from a literature study of previous articles and using an interview technique with one of the employees at the Cianjur Regency KPU.

Abstract

Character education has recently attracted the attention of the public. This is due to anxiety about the shift in moral values, especially among the youth as a generation of future leaders of the nation. The emergence of various events in society that describe the behavior of teenagers, acts of corruption, and so on are considered to have injured the noble values of the Indonesian nation. This is what raises awareness of how important it is to build character education in the world of education. Character education is something that must be developed, so it is very necessary for community participation in the formation of children's character. In this case, school is a place to develop children's character. Character development can be done through learning and extra-curricular activities. Character education in schools apart from exemplary teachers is also very important related to management and management in schools. Because the management referred to here is how a character education institution can be planned, controlled, and implemented in educational activities in schools that are already adequate.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the role of Islamic religious education in shaping student character is carried out through activities that shape the personality of students to be brave and independent such as: (1) Intra-curricular activities or KBM, in this activity the teacher instills character in the process of teaching and learning activities from all eyes. religious lessons such as Aqidah Akhlak, at-Tawhid, al-Qur'an Hadith, Islamic history, Fiqh, and Arabic. Every teacher must reflect good character and be a good role model. (2) Extracurricular activities which include: Muhadharah (speech), Tilawatil Qur'an, Sports, Calligraphy and Hadrah, in these student activities for tawadhu, honest, trustworthy, responsible, self-respect, respect for achievement, religious and hard work. (3) Dormitory Activities, these activities are carried out outside of KBM and extracurricular hours such as cleaning the bathroom, tidying the bed, working together, picket dormitory etc. This activity instills in students to be more independent, helps others, cares about the environment and cleanliness, is formed like a small community. Thus students are educated to grow to have character, because with that students are ready to face life in the modernization era

Abstract

Tahfidzul Qur'an degradation is a process to maintain, maintain and preserve the purity of the Qur'an which was revealed to the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam by heart so that changes and falsifications do not occur and can guard against forgetfulness in whole or in part. Tahfidzul Qur'an is a method of reading the Koran that involves directly and practicing reading tartil according to the rules of recitation. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods that are supported through data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the Leader of the Al-Falaah Yasmin Bogor House of Qur'an and the person in charge of learning and the coordinator of the Banten branch of Tahfidzul Quran. Based on this research, the Tahfidzul Quran learning plan has been well conceptualized, because it has adopted the learning system in the central Tahfidzul Quran. In terms of organization, the implementation of Tahfidzul Qur'an has been carried out well. Implementation that involves all teaching staff and pesantren leaders in overseeing the implementation of this method of learning. The process of implementing learning in the classroom is carried out homogeneously according to the volume of each student. Controls that occur have been carried out in accordance with the objectives, vision, and mission to be achieved. This can be seen by the implementation of an evaluation in the form of an Evaluation of Tahfidzul Quran learning
