Abstract

Customer- oriented is a marketing strategy that applies in many company recentlybecause it is important to know the value of the delivered product/service from thecustomer perspective. That’s why, writer interested to know how is the customervalue at My Salon International on Ciputra Seraya Mall Pekanbaru. This studybased on the definition of customer value that declared by Philip Kotler which is,Customer Value is the different between Perceived Benefit toward Perceived Costof Purchase. Perceived benefit variable consist of 4 dimensions; product value,service value, personal value, and image value. On the other side, perceived costof purchase variables consist of cost, time, and energy. The highest benefit thatdelivered to the customer with the lowest sacrifice that that given by the customer,will gives the positive customer value company in the customer perspective. Toreach the competitive best value, company has to provide the superior value bygiving the best benefit with the lowest sacrifice.Collecting data technique by spread the questioner to the respondent, total sampleis 100 respondents and the respondents chosen by quota accidental samplingtechnique. Analysis method that used in this study is qualitative and quantitativeanalysis method. By describes the scoring result on each attribute of perceivedbenefit and perceived cost of purchase variable.The result on each attributes score from both variable of customer value,concluded that customer value at My Salon International on Ciputra Seraya MallPekanbaru is positive because the delivered benefit is higher than the customersacrifice, that is 3,59 > 2,48. On the perceived benefit variable known that therespondents agree to the average range scale. Company delivered benefit thatgiving the highest contribution toward positive customer value with averagerange scale 4.05 according to the respondents is personal value. It means thatrespondent agree to all of the attributes of the personal value in the questioner.But, the dimension image value the customer responses on average range quiteagree. That happens because the weak of the image that company performs. Andto the perceived cost of purchase variable, customer give a good response toevery attributes of the dimensions, such as cost, time and energy because theaverage range scale from all dimensions stand on agree level.It proven that My Salon International on Ciputra Seraya Mall Pekanbarufacilitated the customer with the supports facility system that makes customerearn the benefit of the product/service with fast and accurate time and energy.Besides, My Salon International Ciputra Seraya Mall of Pekanbaru offeringaffordable price.Keywords : Customer value, perceived benefit and perceived cost of purchase

Abstract

Indonesia's national development indeed according to guidelines which are thentranslated into Repelita is development that embraces the concept of humandevelopment. The concept of integral human development is a concept thatrequires improving the quality of life of the population both physically andmentally and do focused on human resource development physically and mentallyimplies an increase in the basic capacity of the population will then increase theopportunity to participate in the development process berkelanjutan.Azas equity isone of the trilogy of development that will be implemented in a variety ofdevelopment programs, is one of the principles of human development. Througheight lanes equalization strategy, policy development led to the partiality of thedisadvantaged population groups. Along with economic growth, an increase inphysical and mental quality of the population by the government through thedevelopment in the field of education and basic health research was conducted in12 districts / cities in Riau Province. Showing how the Human Development Indexin Riau if it goes well or not, and in this study was associated also with the FiscalDecentralization, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund and Incomenative areas affected by expenditure Capital Thus, in this study can findprosperity in Every District and City in the province of Riau. So in Riau Provincegovernment can measure a year in the future so that all funds were used on targetand no irregularities or inequities in the use of funds in Riau Province.

Abstract

This research aims to know how influence variable Remuneration, Competence and Career Development to Job Satisfaction dan Productivity in PT. Pelindo I Cabang Dumai. As for becoming population in this research is employee in        PT. Pelindo I Cabang Dumai. Amounting to 179 population and people in this research in made sampel amounting 124 by using slovin formula method. Technique of collecting data using questioner which contains statement based on the variable studied. Date analysis the used descriptive, despitefully also use quantitative analysis that was using doubled linear regresi and path analysis constructively SPSS of program version 21.00. From result of examination which have been conducted, test of regresi parsial (uji-t) structural 1 indicate that the Remuneration, Competence and Career Development have an effect on signifikan to Job Satisfaction. Beside test of regresi parsial (uji-t) structural 2 indicate that the Remuneration, Competence, Career Development and Job Satisfaction have an effect on signifikan to Produktivity. Result of test by using path analysis, known that variable Job Satisfaction can mediation influence Remuneration to Productivity, variable Job Satisfaction can mediation influence Competence to Productivity,and variable Job Satisfaction able to mediation influence of Career Developement to Productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujtum untuk membuktikan apakah terjadi anomali kalender pada BEI. Anomali katender yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah januari Effect.Sampel dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel terdiri dari 780 saham yang masuk dalam Indeks LQ 45 yang aktif selama 2003-2008. Metode Statistik yang digmakan untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu One Way ANOVA yang diolah dengan bantuan software SPSS 13.Hasil penelitian mentmjukkan bahwa di Bursa Efek Indonesia tidak terjadi fenomena January Effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan ekspor dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Data yangdigunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik, Jakarta- Indonesia.Kontribusi ekspor non migas terhadap total ekspor relative besar berkisar antara 73,53%-83,88%selama periode 1993-2008. Besarnya kontribusi ini ditunjang oleh ekspor hasil industri.Peranan ekspor dalam perekonomian dilihat dari besarnya angka multiplier ekspor dan elastisitasekspor. Angka multiplier ekspor untuk variabel total nilai ekspor, migas, non migas, masing-masing47,423, 229,284, dan 52,605. Sedangkan untuk variabel nilai ekspor minyak mentah, hasil minyak dangas alam masing-masing 566,044, 1579,168 dan 477,136. Angka multiplier ekspor untuk variabel nilaiekspor hasil pertanian, hasil industri dan hasil tambang diluar migas masing-masing 1299,844, 65,406dan 290,930.Angka elastisitas ekspor variabel nilai total ekspor, migas dan non migas masing-masing 1,79, 1,86,dan 1,74. Angka elastisitas ekspor variabel nilai ekspor minyak mentah, hasil minyak dangas alammasing-masing 2,02, 1,46, dan1,75. Angka elastisitas ekspor variabel nilai ekspor hasil pertanian,hasil industry, dan hasil tambang masing-masing 2,48, 1,82, dan 0,94.

Abstract

Powder milk product experienced the enough impressive growth slowlycomparing to the economic crisis time happened since the middle of 1997. Thiswas supported with the more and more increase of people awareness of requiringthe nutrient and healthy. The demand was more and more increase to support theexisting company to enlarge the total of production resulted. Seeing the muchenough number of powder milk producers, the competition in the powder milkindustry is tight enough. Based on the case so that it needed to be identified thevarious factors influencing the decision of consumer purchase toward the powdermilk. The brand used as the research object was the brand of Indomilk powdermilk.The goals of this research were (1) to find out the factors significantly influencedthe consumer decision making in buying the Indomilk powder milk, and (2) to findout the difference of factors influencing the consumer behavior in doing decisionpurchase the powder milk product of Indomilk based on the different type ofgender, age, job, and the expense per month. The tool of data analysis used in thisresearch was the multiple regression analysis and the chi square test. Themultiple regression analysis was aimed to find out the significant factorsinfluencing to the consumer decision making in buying the powder milk ofIndomilk. The chi square test was aimed to find out the difference of factorsinfluencing the consumer decision making based on the type of gender, age, job,and the expense per month of consumer.The result of research showed of factor significantly influencing the consumerdecision making in purchasing the powder milk of Indomilk were thecharacterisric factor of individual consumer and the influence of marketingstrategy. Meanwhile the factor of environmental influence was not significant toinfluence the consumer decision making.Based on the chi square test, it was known there was not the difference of factorsinfluencing the decision of consumer purchase based on the type of gender, age,job, and the expense per month. How ever, based on age it was known there werethe difference of factors that influencing the decision of consumer purchase thatwere demography and culture factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business risk, dividend policy and firmsize partially to financial performance. Furthermore, this study also examines the role of capital structure as the mediation of the relationship between business risk, dividend policy and firm size with financial performance. Population in this research is a manufacturing company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between the years 2013 to 2015 has been used.. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, so that obtained 71 samples. This study uses secondary data obtained from the website of Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bank Indonesia. The statistical method used to test the research hypothesis is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the WarpPLS 6.0 program.The result of this research proves that business risk, dividend policy has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, while firm size has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Then the capital structure has a negative and significant effect on financial performance.Business risk has positive and significant effect to financial performance whille dividend policy and firm size has no effect to financial performance. Furthermore, business risk, dividend policy, and firm size partially affect the financial performance through the capital structure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Riau, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dayasaing Ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO) Provinsi Riau.Untuk mencapai tujuantersebut dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan data skunder “time-series”dari tahun 2000 sampai dengan tahun 2010 yang dikumpulkan dari berbagaisumber data yang telah dipublikasikan oleh lembaga-lembaga resmi seperti BiroPusat Statistik dan Instansi Pemerintah lainnya.Analisis data, mengetahui tingkat daya saing ekspor dari suatu daerah/negaradigunakan pengukuran dengan indeks daya saing yaitu melihat angka RevealedComperative Advantage (RCA).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka yang cukup baik dimana nilaiRevealed Comperative Advantage (RCA > 1) artinya ekspor Crude Palm Oil(CPO) Provinsi Riau mempunyai daya saing diatas daya saing rata-rataIndonesia. Komoditi CPO memiliki keunggulan dari komoditi ekspor non migaslainnya, indeks RCA tertinggi pada tahun 2004 dengan nilai 2,790 dan terendahpada tahun 2009 dengan nilai 0,733, hal ini pengaruh krisis dari luar negeriyang berdamapak terhadap permintaan CPO. Selama periode 2000 – 2010menunjukkan keadaan dimana tahun 2001, 2003, 2008 dan 2009 pertumbuhanekspor CPO Riau lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan pertumbuhan ekspor CPOIndonesia. Tahun 2000, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 menunjukkan pertumbuhanekspor CPO Riau lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Indonesia, artinya kinerjaekspor CPO Provinsi Riau lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kinerja eksporIndonesia.Kata Kunci : Daya Saing, Crude Palm Oil, Revealed ComperativeAdvantage (RCA)

Abstract

This study aims to test the Influence of Participation in Budgeting, Budget Goal Clarity, Structure Decentralization, and the Information Technology Systems Managerial Performance Local Government (Case Studies on Local Government of Riau Province). The sampling method using purposive sampling technique, the choice of non-probability samples that meet certain considerations. The author conducted research based data retrieval techniques through questionnaires. Analysis of the data used has properties quantitative analysis of data through multiple linear regression equation with the t test and the partial test R2 and collected data is processed with the statistical program SPSS 17.0. The results were obtained as a partial conclusion that four variables t (5,665, 9,482, 3,906 and 7,174) with four variables indicate t is greater than t table. It was concluded that the four variables (Participation in Budgeting, Budget Goal Clarity, Structure Decentralization, and Information Technology Systems) in this study a significant effect on Managerial Performance of Local Government. Moreover, judging from the determination of a test in which the values of R 0,934 and adjusted R2 0,867 or 86,7%. independent variables affect the dependent variable, is13,3% influenced by other variables.Kata Kunci : Budget, decentralization, technology and performance
