Abstract

According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banks, "the law states that, a body that manages funds from the public in the form of savings and then distributes them back to the community in and performs other services in the context of welfare. Public. Meanwhile, the definition of a sharia bank according to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking contained in article 1 paragraph 7, "that a sharia bank is a business that is run according to the principles of Islamic law and then distributes it in the form of financing based on the principle of buying and selling, for results, and services. ".The public interest preference in question is a tendency, preference or desire in choosing to transact at a financial institution, both Islamic financial institutions and conventional financial institutions. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi minat masyarakat menggunakan asuransi syariah swasta pasca berlakunya BPJS kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif, dengan populasi nasabah yang ada di asuransi syariah pada AJB Bumiputera 1912 Cabang syariah Yogyakarta.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik pengkodean (pengkodean berbuka, pengkodean berporos dan pengkodean berpilih). Faktor-fakotr yang menjadi minat nasabah memilih asuransi syariah swasta pasca berlakunya BPJS kesehatan antara lain: Faktor pelayanan, faktor ini menjadi faktor utama dalam penelitian ini, dimana Bumiputera mampu menjawab permasalahan pelayanan yang diberikan BPJS. Bumiputera menawarkan pelayanan penjemputan pembayaran premi sampai pengajuan klaim dapat dilakukan di tempat kediaman masing-masing. Faktor yang kedua yaitu pendapatan (return), Bumiputera menawarkan pendapatan yang kompetitif, yang mana pemegang polis tidak hanya mendapatkan manfaat dari nilai klaimnya, akan tetapi juga mendapatkan nilai investasinya di akhir tempo yang sudah disepakati. Adapun faktor selanjutnya yaitu faktor promosi yang proaktif  dan faktor produk yang inovatif sehingga dapat menjangkau lapisan masyarakat hingga sampai pedalaman.

Abstract

The  results  of  the  company's  work  will  depend  on  the  results  of  the performance of its employees. The company will try to improve the performance of its employees by encouraging its employees to work optimally with one way, namely  the  provision of  compensation.  This  is  in  accordance  with  the  theory which  says  that  satisfaction  with  compensation  can  affect  employee  behavior  to work more enthusiastically and spur high performance. This  research  is  classified  as  explanatory  research  with  a  quantitative approach.  The  sample  used  was  64  respondents  with  saturated  sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data, namely collecting data using a questionnaire.  The  data  analysis  used  is  Multiple  Linear  Regression  with  SPSS version 21 tool. The  results  of  this  study  indicate  that  compensation  is  able  to  have  a positive  impact  on  employee  performance,  with  a  significance  value  of  0.000 which  means  below  0.05  and  has  a  positive  coefficient  value  of  0.698.  Job satisfaction  is  able  to  have  a  positive  impact  on  employee  performance,  with  a significance  value  of  0.000  which  means  below  0.05  and  has  a  positive coefficient value of 0.522. Compensation is able to have a positive impact on job satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 which means below 0.05 and has a positive coefficient value of 1.334. and Compensation has a positive effect on employee  performance  with  Job  Satisfaction  as  an intervening  variable,  with  a significance value of 0.000 which means below 0.05 and has a calculated F value of 5486.521 which means above F table is 2.36.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the optimize the function of zakat collection unit (UPZ) in maximizing the performance of BAZNAS City of Malang according to BAZNAS Rule Number 2 of 2016. This research includes empirical legal research using a sociological juridical approach. Data collecting done by structured interviews and documentation and than analyzed by data reduction, data presentatiton and conclusions/verification. The results of this research that the Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ) which is under the auspices of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Malang City carries out its duties and functions in broad outline in accordance with BAZNAS Rule Number 2 of 2016 concerning Formation and Work Procedures Zakat Collection Unit. Each UPZ has its own methods and methods in collecting or distributing zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds. The National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Malang City recognizes the performance of the Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ) to help Malang City BAZNAS in maximizing BAZNAS performance, especially in the distribution of zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds to those who are entitled to receive them.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the activities of collecting market levies in order to increase the effectiveness of those applied to the Pamekasan Regency Industry and Trade Office and Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2012 concerning Market Levies. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. This type of data uses quantitative data. The data source uses secondary data. The data collection technique uses documentation techniques in the form of local revenue reports and the stages of data analysis used by identifying market retribution collection activities, effectiveness analysis, growth analysis and trend analysis. The results showed that the activity of collecting retribution at the Department of Industry and Trade of Pamekasan Regency was in accordance with the Regional Decree of Pamekasan Regency Number 13 of 2012 concerning Market Retribution, so that the researchers considered that the activities of collecting Market Retribution at the Department of Industry and Trade of Pamekasan Regency had been effective. Based on the calculation of the effectiveness analysis of the industrial office, it has been effective. The growth of market retribution revenue has decreased significantly every year. Meanwhile, the average percentage growth for 3 years shows that every year the Department of Industry and Trade has not been maximized for collecting market levies so that the growth rate has not been met.

Abstract

Batik SMEs in Pamekasan Regency need the right strategy in realizing Competitive Advantage and Business Performance, Innovation Capability and Blue Ocean Strategy are two things that can be considered by Pamekasan Regency Batik SMEs to realize Competitive Advantage and Business Performance. The present research was Eksplanatory research. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of Innovation Capability and Blue Ocean Strategy as antecedents of Competitive Advantage. The data is distributed to 300 managers of Batik SMEs in Pamekasan Regency. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of data analysis show that Innovation Capability has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage, Blue Ocean Strategy has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage and Competitive Advantage has a positive and significant impact on Business Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of employees at the UPT Puskesmas Waru. In this regard, how employees can work well with the influence of culture is an interesting discussion to discuss. The sample used is a saturated sample that uses all members of the population as a sample who visited 70 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by simple regression with the help of SPSS 16.0 software for windows. The results showed that organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance at UPT Puskesmas Waru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Image and Price Simultaneously and Partially on Purchase Intention Oppo cellphones at the Puspita Cell Pamekasan Shop. The object of this research is consumers who buy Oppo Hp products at the Puspita Cell Pamekasan Shop. The sample of this study used a sample of 100 respondents using random sampling techniques. Data collection is based on distributing questionnaires. The research model used is by using multiple linear regression. The results of the study was Brand Image and Price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention and Brand Image and Price partially have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Today's culinary world is growing very rapidly, making competition between culinary companies increasingly fierce. So that companies must pay attention to their employees so that employees work optimally and have a high organizational commitment to the company. With high organizational commitment, employees will not easily leave the company, this is an advantage for the company because it reduces recruitment costs. For this reason, the company must have a strong organizational culture and continuously improve employee job satisfaction. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. This study uses a saturated sample because all the population is sampled. Saturated sampling is a technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. The unit of analysis used in this study is the employee at Asela Restaurant. Namely as many as 64 employees who will be the sample in this study. Data analysis in this study was carried out with 2 types of analysis, namely Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS program. The result of this research is that the first is that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, and the second is that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.
