This research aims to analyze the application of the principle of transparency dan the principle of accountability in the stages of planning, implemantation, reporting an accountability for the management of village funds in Panaguan Village Larangan District Pamekasan Regency. This type of research uses qualitative research methods that use a descriptive approach. The source of data used in this research is the primary data source obtained directly from the object of research conducted by interviewing the object which in this case is the Panaguan village government, as well secondary data source obtained from library research, documentation, and legislation. The data collection technique used in this research is by means of interviews an documentation. The results of this research indicate that the Panaguan Village Government has applied the principles of transparency an accountability to the management of village funds in Panaguan village. The Panaguan Village Government is responsible to yhe community, the BPD, and the Regent to carry out the activity plans that have been prepared in the village meeting. Open access to information on the planned activity that has been prepared is conveyed to the public by placing banners or billboards containing information about the Panaguan APBDes. At the implementation stage, the activity implementation team is responsible for the implementation of the work program. The community is also involved in the implementation of the work program. And information about the details of the activities is given in the form of project information board. In the reporting and accountability stage, the village government is responsible for providing periodic reports to the BPD and the Regent. The Panaguan village treasurer has also used the Siskeudes application in making village reports. Information disclosure for the community is provided through the installation of information on the use of village funds in strategic places.

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the economic value of salt and to determine the effect of fluctuations in the economic value of salt on the welfare of salt farmers. This research is a qualitative research, namely research that is used to determine the economic value of salt that occurs in the Tlanakan, Pamekasan. The population in this study were all members of salt farmers. The sample used in this study was 8 members. The data analysis technique in this study uses a process of systematically searching and compiling data obtained from interviews, field notes, and documentation. The conclusion of this study shows that imports are the biggest influence on local salt prices, consequently if imports continue, local salt cannot reach the price desired by farmers in meeting the needs and desires of their families.

Leadership is a dominant and crucial role in the overall effort to improve performance both at the individual, group and organizational levels. A successful leader is a leader who is able to carry out leadership tasks effectively to achieve organizational goals, besides giving motivation to employees by giving grades can also improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style and motivation on the performance of the employees of the BMT NU Branch of Galis Pamekasan. This type of research is a quantitative research. Types and sources of data in this study in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. The sample in this study amounted to 12 people. This research consists of 2 independent variables, namely democratic leadership style (X1) and motivation (X2), and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). Testing data instruments with Validity Test, Reliability Test. While the analysis technique in this study uses the F test and t test. The first result of this research is that democratic leadership style affects employee performance, and the second is that motivation affects employee performance.

This research aims to determine direct compensation and indirect compensation on employee performance at PT. Surya Jaya Sentosa Light. In addition, this study aims to determine the most dominant variables in influencing employee performance. Research conducted at PT. CAHAYA Surya Jaya is a type of associative or relationship research. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Research variables consist of independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of direct compensation (X1) and indirect compensation (X2) and the dependent variable consists of employee performance (Y2). Hypothesis testing using F test and t test using statistical-based data processing, namely SPSS 20. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence between direct compensation and indirect compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Surya Jaya Sentosa Light. Meanwhile, the more dominant variable is the direct compensation variable.

This research aims for know implementation contract murabahah on financing credit business people (KUR) at Bank Syariah Indonesia at KCP Trunojoyo 2 district sumenep . KUR is financing provided _ to MSMEs for working capital and investment to individual or productive group . _ Study this use method qualitative descriptive with technique data collection through interviews , observations , and documentation . Results from research that has been carried out to prove that application contract murabahah on KUR financing at BSI KCP Trunojoyo 2 is carried out by two contract that is contract wakalah first then To do second contract _ that is murabahah . Socialization _ implementation KUR financing is always carried out, stages application customer by agreement financing , BI checking , surveys, analyzing , disbursing , monitoring , early warning before maturity is the right way to minimize financing contract constraints on KUR.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an influence given by the profit sharing ratio on the number of musharaka financing customers. This research is a quantitative field research (field research) using a simple linear regression test, with a research sample of 36 respondents from several staff at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar using probability sampling method with cluster random sampling type. The instruments and data collection techniques used were questionnaires which were then processed using SPSS software version 20.0. The results of this study indicate the profit-sharing ratio variable with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the independent variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable and Tcount (5.343) > from Ttable (2.03452), so it can be concluded partially (t-test) there is a significant positive effect. from the profit-sharing ratio to the number of musyarakah financing customers and based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2), a value of 0.456 is obtained, which means the effect of the profit-sharing ratio on the number of musyarakah financing customers is 45.6%, while 54.4% is influenced by other factors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spiritual leadership on intrinsic motivation, the effect of spiritual leadership on organizational commitment, the effect of intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction, the effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, and the effect of spiritual leadership on job satisfaction. This research is classified as explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 130 employee at Regional General Hospital of Pamekasan Regency with purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data, namely collecting data using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is SEM. The results of this study indicate that Spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation, Spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and Spiritual leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.

PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pamekasan which is located at Jl. Mesigit No.3, Rw. 04 is a state-owned enterprise that aims to participate in implementing and supporting Government policies & programs in the field of economy and national development in general and in particular in the field of postal and giro services for communities both within and outside the territory of Indonesia by applying the principles of limited liability companies. The approach used in this study is a survey approach. The survey method is a research method that studies data from samples taken from a population to generalize and use questionnaires as a data collection tool. The results showed, 1) simultaneously showed that the working environment variable (X1) and work spirit (X2) simultaneously had an effect on employee performance by 0.761 or 76.1% while the rest (100% -76.1%= 23.9% ) influenced by other factors examined in this study. 2) partially shows that the working environment variable (X1) partially influences employee performance by having tcount> ttable which is 8,779> 2,009. 3) partially shows that the work spirit variable (X2) partially influences employee performance by having tcount> ttable which is 3,330> 2,009. 4) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance is the work environment (X1). The value of t is greater by having tcount> ttable which is 8,779> 2,009.

Pandemi Covid-19 membuat situasi perekonomian berubah. Hal itu bisa dilihat dari kondisi masyarakat yang kesulitan dalam memperoleh penghasilan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Tidak hanya itu, bahkan di lembaga keuangan syariah khususnya perbankan syariah hal itu tentunya juga menjadi hambatan dalam proses transaksi antar Bank dan nasabah. salah satu produk Bank Syariah ialah produk rahn (gadai emas), yang dalam keadaan normal sebelum adanya Covid-19 merupakan produk yang sangat diminati oleh nasabah. lalu bagaimana strategi promosi dan nilai taksiran pembiayaan gadai emas BSI Sumenep Trunojoyo 1 di era Covid-19?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi bank syariah dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah melalui promosi dan nilai taksiran gadai emas di masa transisi Covid-19 untuk menciptakan competitive advantage. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan tekhnik wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini ialah adanya wabah Covid-19 mengakibatkan peminat gadai di Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sumenep Trunojoyo 1 semakin meningkat karena menawarkan gadai yang murah, nilai taksiran yang tinggi dan proses pencairan yang cepat. Hal ini ditopang dengan layanan perpanjangan otomatis di masa wabah Covid-19 untuk menciptakan competitive advantage sehingga nasabah mudah serta nyaman dalam bertransaksi.

Seeing the increasingly digital era, banks must pay attention to their information technology, so far Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep has made innovations in serving customers. One of the innovations carried out by Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep is in the form of a Mobile Branch. And utilizing information technology is a very appropriate solution in developing business and the services in it. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method is a research that describes the type of research by observing the surrounding phenomena and analyzing these phenomena.The results of this study were obtained from interviews from the parties concerned, that the implementation of Mobile Branch services can increase the number of customers, but there are obstacles in it, namely the COVID 19 virus and the epidemic that hit the world, making all banks, especially Mobile Branches experience a decline. in developing its business and in increasing the number of customers. But in terms of Mobile Branch services provided to customers, they are also satisfied with their presence and services.
