Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Engagement, besides that this research also proves the impact of Work Motivation in strengthening the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement. The research was conducted on employees of the Tanah Datar District Communication and Informatics Office. The process of collecting data and information was carried out by means of a survey, namely distributing questionnaires to employees within the Communication and Informatics Office of Tanah Datar Regency. This research is a causative research. The data analysis technique used is Structral Equation Modeling (SEM). The stages of data processing are assisted by using the SmartPLS4.0 application. The results of the study show that: (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on Employee Engagement. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employees Engagement. (3) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation (4) Work Motivation strengthens the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement at the Communication and Informatics Office of Tanah Datar Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze work stress as a mediation between work family conflict on turnover intention. The population in this study were all non-PNS nurses at the Central General Hospital. Dr. M. Djamil Padang, totaling 443 nurses. The sampling technique used was proportions stratified random sampling. The number of samples that can be used in this research is 210 respondents. This study was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.3.3. The findings from this study are: (1) There is an influence of work family conflict on turnover intention. The work family conflict variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (2) There is an effect of work stress on turnover intention. Work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. (3) There is an influence of work family conflict on work stress. The work family conflict variable has a positive and significant effect on work stress. (4) Work stress is proven to mediate the relationship between work family conflict and turnover intention

Abstract

This article was written to analyze the influence of the impact of perceived organizational support on employee well-being of West Sumatra Province Transportation Service employees. 68 employees of the West Sumatra Province Transportation Service were respondents in this research. Data were statistically analyzed using SEMPLS structural equation modeling. Research result show that: (1) perceived organizational support has a positive and significant impact on well-being in employees of the West Sumatra Province Transportation Service (2) perceived organizational support has a positive and significant impact on psychological capital in employees of the West Sumatra Province Transportation Service (3) psychological capital has a positive impact and significantly on well-being in employees of the West Sumatra Province Transportation Service (4) psychological capital has a positive and significant mediating impact on the influence of perceived organizational support on well-being in employees of the West Sumatra Province Transportation Service.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: (1) The influence of transformational leadership on turnover intention among employees of Bank Nagari, Padang City Head Office. (2) The influence of transformational leadership on Employee Engagement among Bank Nagari employees, Padang City Head Office. (3) The influence of Employee Engagement on Turnover Intention among Bank Nagari employees, Padang City Head Office. (4) The Influence of Transformational Leadership on Turnover Intention among Bank Nagari Employees, Padang City Head Office through Employee Engagement. This research is causal research. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Nagari, Padang City Head Office, totaling 240 people. Meanwhile, the number of samples used in this research was determined using the Slovin formula so that the sample size was 150 people. The analysis technique used is SmartPLS4 software. The results of this research show that: (1) Transformational Leadership has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention among Bank Nagari employees, Padang City Head Office. (2) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement among Bank Nagari employees, Padang City Head Office. (3) Employee Engagement has a negative and significant influence on Turnover Intention among Bank Nagari employees, Padang City Head Office. (4) Transformational Leadership has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention with Employee Engagement as a mediating variable for Bank Nagari employees, Padang City Head Office

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze: (1) the effect of authentic leadership on work engagement (2) the effect of authentic leadership on psychological capital (3) the effect of psychological capital on work engagement (4) the effect of authentic leadership on work engagement through psychological capital. This research is causal research. The population of this study were all employees in the finance department of PT SP Manufacturing Padang City with a total of 46 people. The sampling technique was taken using total sampling with the number of samples equal to the population of 46 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 4 software. The findings obtained from data processing in this study reveal that: (1) authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on work engagement in the finance department employees of PT SP Manufacturing Padang City (2) authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on psychological capital in the finance department employees of PT SP Manufacturing Padang City (3) psychological capital has a positive and significant effect on work engagement in the finance department employees of PT SP Manufacturing Padang City (4) authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on work engagement through psychological capital in the finance department employees of PT SP Manufacturing Padang City.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of: (1) Beliefs in Using AI on Change Readiness to Adopt AI among PT SP Manufacturing employees . ( 2) Anxiety in Using AI on Change Readiness to Adopt AI among PT SP Manufacturing employees . ( 3) HPWS moderates the relationship between Anxiety in Using AI and Change Readiness to adopt AI in PT SP Manufacturing employees . This research uses a causative design. The population of this study was 133 employees of PT SP Manufacturing who use AI-based products and a sample of 100 people was taken using clustered simple random sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The results of data management show that: (1) Beliefs in Using AI has a positive effect on Readiness to Change to Adopt AI. (2) Anxiety in Using AI has a negative effect on Change Readiness to Adopt AI. (3) HPWS significantly moderates the relationship between Anxiety in Using AI and Readiness to Change to Adopt AI. HPWS weakens this relationship.

Abstract

This study analyzes (1) the effect of work stress on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (2) the effect of work stress on resilience in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (3) the effect of resilience on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (4) the effect of work stress on burnout through resilience in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital. This research is a causal research. The population of this study were all nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital. The number of samples used was the total population of 64 people taken using total sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The analysis technique used through SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) work stress has a positive and significant effect on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (2) work stress has a negative and significant effect on resilience in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (3) resilience has a negative and significant effect on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (4) resilience mediates the effect of work stress on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital.

Abstract

This study analyzes (1) the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment; (2) the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction; (3) the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment; and(4) the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment through the mediating role of job satisfaction. This investigation focused on the causes as 61 teachers at SMAN 1 Bukittinggi constituted the entire study population. The sampling method used in this study is using total sampling, where the entire population is sampled. This research uses software called SmartPLS4 used for the analysis method. Data analysis in this study revealed that: (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in teachers of SMAN 1 Bukittinggi.; (2) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in teachers of SMAN 1 Bukittinggi.; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in teachers of SMAN 1 Bukittinggi.; (4) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of teachers at SMAN 1 Bukittinggi through job satisfaction.
