Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employees of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung. Population of this research is all employees at PT. Kilang Lima Gunung totaling 105 people. The sampling technique of this study is Cluster Random Sampling with a sample of 104 employees. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Data analysis in this study using Analysis of Moment Structure using IBM SPSS AMOS 22 program. The results showed that: (1) financial compensation did not positively and significantly affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the employees of PT. Gunung Lima refinery, (2) financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT. Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the characteristics of the start-up business of the millennial generation in the city of Padang as a process for startup and MSMEs development. The population in this study is a pioneering business for the millennial generation, namely all coffee shops in Padang city. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with the criteria; the coffee shop owners is a millennial generation with birth years 1995-2010, the age of the company ranges from 1-5 years, has more than 2 employees and has a profit above IDR.10,000,000/year. The number of samples in this study using the opinion of Hairs et all so that the samples used were 180 coffee shops. Research data were collected through questionnaires and data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. From the research results obtained characteristics of; gender, age, educational background, marital status, length of business establishment, number of employees, a form of business ownership, availability of wifi/internet facilities for visitors, membership status on online shopping applications, total sales per year, business ownership status, business legal entity status, separation of company finances from personal finances, business development plans, profit adequacy business and allowance for operating results. Of the 16 characteristics, it is hoped that they will be able to assist in the start-up process and MSMEs development for the millennial generation in Padang city.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dalam rangka mengembangkan model kepemimpinan ideal serta meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pegawai kelurahan dalam rangka menciptkan pelayanan prima pada masyarakat Kelurahan Lolong Belanti, Kecamatan Padang Utara, Kota Padang di bidang manajemen arsip kantor. Kelurahan Lolong Belanti, merupakan salah satu kelurahan di Kota Padang yang merepresentasikan pluralisme dan transformasi yang tidak terelakkan dan mempengaruhi tatanan kehidupan bermasyarakat terutama dalam mengimplementasikan kepemimpinan tungku tigo sajarangan dan tali tigo sapilin. Maka dari itu pada masyarakat khususnya di Kelurahan Lolong Belanti dirasa perlu untuk disosialisasikan dan diimplementasikan model Kepemimpinan Minangkau Universal. Dalam rangka mengimplementasikan model kepemimpinan tersebut diperlukan pengelolaan manajemen arsip yang baik dalam rangka merealisasikan fungsi dan peran pemimpin. Melalui penyebaran kuisioner diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta sebelum dan setelah pelatihan tentang model Kepemimpinan Minangkabau Universal, di mana terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sesudah kegiatan pelatihan. Setelah dilakukan proses pendampingan diketahui bahwa proses manajemen arsip di kantor Kelurahan Lolong Belanti telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, terbukti dengan terpajangnya alur pelayanan yang bisa dibaca oleh masyarakat serta adanya buku kontrol surat masuk maupun surat keluar, untuk proses pencatatan arsip kelurahan. Disimpulkan bahwa peserta pelatihan merasakan manfaat yang besar dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Kepemimpinan Minangkabau Universal terhadap kinerja usaha rintisan generasi millennial di kota Padang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun objek objek dari penelitian adalah seluruh usaha rintisan generasi millenial yang berada di kota Padang, dengan populasi seluruh seluruh coffee shop yang berada di kota Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga sampel penelitian ini adalah adalah sebanyak 180 coffee shop yang ada di kota Padang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan semua data telah memenuhi uji asumsi klasik, uji validitas dan realibilitas. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Kepemimpinan Minangkabau Universal memberikan peran dan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha rintisan generasi millennial di kota Padang. Abstract

Objective -This research is to find out: (1) The effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction at Minangkabau Airport Cargo Terminal (2) The effect of financial compensation on job satisfaction at Minangkabau Airport Cargo Terminal (3) The Effect of Gender on job satisfaction at Minangkabau Airport Cargo Terminal Methodology –This research is a quantitative research. The population of this study were all employees working at the Minangkabau International Airport Cargo Terminal as many as 41 people. The sampling technique was carried out by using Technic Total Sampling, which is a sample selection method that is applied to the entire population. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique is a regression analysis technique using the SPSS V. 25 application. Results -The results of data processing in this study show that: (1) There is a positive influence between transformational leadership on job satisfaction. (2) Compensation has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction at Minangkabau Airport Cargo Terminal. (3) there is a positive influence between gender on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the effects of the careerEDGE model (has variables; career development, experience, subject knowledge, skills, and comprehension, general skills, and emotional intelligence) on employment. Additionally, the role of self-efficacy in the relationship between careerEDGE and employability was examined. The population of this study was 649 undergraduate students from the 2019 Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. The method of sampling in this study was proportional random sampling with a total of 247 undergraduate students from the class of 2019, located at the faculty of economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. The analysis in this investigation utilizing software SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this investigation are; (1) career development learning has no significant effect on employability. (2) experience has no significant effect on employability; (3) degree subject knowledge, skills, and understanding significant effect on employability; (4) generic skills has no significant effect on employability; (5) emotional intelligence significant effect on employability; (6) self efficacy significant effect on employability; (7) career development learning significant effect on employability through self efficacy; (8) experience significant effect on employability through self efficacy; (9) degree subject knowledge, skills, and understanding significant effect on employability through self efficacy; (10) generic skills significant effect on employability through self efficacy. (11) Emotional Intelligence significant effect on employability through self efficacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze : (1) The influence of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Telkom Access Padang. (2) The influence of servant leadership on emotional intelligence in employees of PT. Telkom Access Padang. (3) The influence of emotional intelligence on the behavior of emplyees of the organization at PT. Telkom Access Padang. (4) The effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Telkom Access Padang through emotional intelligence. The population in this study were all employees of PT Telkom Access Padang, totaling 148 people. While the number of samples in this study were 60 people by using the sampling technique is proporsional clustered simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis using SmartPLS 4. The results of the study show that: (1) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizen behavior at PT. Telkom Access Padang. (2) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on emotional intelligence in employees of PT. Telkom Access Padang. (3) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the behavior of organizational members at PT. Telkom Access Padang. (4) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on the behavior of organizational members with emotional intelligence as a mediating variable for employees of PT. Telkom Access Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze: (1) the effect of authentic leadership on work engagement (2) the effect of authentic leadership on psychological capital (3) the effect of psychological capital on work engagement (4) the effect of authentic leadership on work engagement through psychological capital. This research is causal research. The population of this study were all employees in the finance department of PT SP Manufacturing Padang City with a total of 46 people. The sampling technique was taken using total sampling with the number of samples equal to the population of 46 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 4 software. The findings obtained from data processing in this study reveal that: (1) authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on work engagement in the finance department employees of PT SP Manufacturing Padang City (2) authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on psychological capital in the finance department employees of PT SP Manufacturing Padang City (3) psychological capital has a positive and significant effect on work engagement in the finance department employees of PT SP Manufacturing Padang City (4) authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on work engagement through psychological capital in the finance department employees of PT SP Manufacturing Padang City.

This study analyzes: (1) the influence of Servant Leadership on Turnover Intention in PDAM City Payakumbuh (2) the influence of Servant Leadership on Job Embeddedness in PDAM City Payakumbuh (3) the influence of Job Embeddedness on Turnover Intention in PDAM City Payakumbuh (4) The Influence of Servant Leadership on Turnover Intention Mediated by Job Embeddednes in PDAM City Payakumbuh. This research is a causal research. The sample of this study were 41 employees of the PDAM City Payakumbuh. The sampling technique was carried out using total sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is the SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Servant leadership has a negatif and significant effect on the Turnover Intention among Payakumbuh City (2) Servant leadership has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention among Payakumbuh City (3) Job Embeddedness has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention among Payakumbuh City PDAM employees (4) Servant leadership has a negative effect on Turnover Intention through Job Embeddedness as a mediating variable in Payakumbuh City PDAM employees

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of role ambiguity on job satisfaction (2) the effect of role ambiguity on job stress (3) the effect of job stress on job satisfaction (4) the effect of role ambiguity on job satisfaction with job stress as a mediating variable in Batuhampar health center employees. This research is quantitative in nature. The population in this study were employees of the Batuhampar health center with a total of 36 people. The sampling technique used a total sample with a total of 36 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used through smart PLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study show that: (1) role ambiguity has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of Batuhampar health center employees (2) role ambiguity has a positive and significant effect on job stress (3) job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction (4) job stress negatively and significantly mediates the effect of role ambiguity on job satisfaction of Batuhampar health center employees.
