Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of interpersonal communication, workload and work environment on work effectiveness and organizational commitment as intervening variables at the Regional Secretariat Office in Bintan Regency. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The population of this study was all employees at the Regional Secretariat Office in Bintan Regency, with a total of 133 people. In this study, the sampling technique was non-probability sampling with the Saturated Sampling (Census) technique with a total sampling of 133 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using SEM analysis with PLS.The results of the study are as follows: (1) The effect of Interpersonal Communication on Work Effectiveness is positive and significant. (2) The effect of workload on work effectiveness is positive and not significant. (3) The influence of the work environment on work effectiveness is positive and significant. (4) The effect of Organizational Commitment on Work Effectiveness is positive and significant. (5) The effect of Interpersonal Communication on Organizational Commitment is positive and significant. (6) The effect of workload on organizational commitment is positive and significant. (7) The effect of work environment on organizational commitment is positive and significant. (8) The effect of Interpersonal Communication on Work Effectiveness variable with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable is positive and significant. (9) The effect of Workload on Work Effectiveness variable with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable is positive and significant. (10) The effect of Work Environment on Work Effectiveness variable with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable is positive and not significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze patient satisfaction at the Natuna Hospital. This study uses the variables of competence, facilities and interpersonal communication on the effect of patient satisfaction through service quality. The population in this study were patients at the Natuna General Hospital. While the samples taken in this study were 121 people taken from the population. Data were collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. In this study, researchers used SEM-PLS ver.4 processing. In this study, it shows that competence (X1) directly has a positive and significant effect on service quality (Z) with a p-value of 0.023 <0.05, facilities (X2) directly have a positive and significant effect on service quality (Z) with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, interpersonal communication (X3) directly has a positive and significant effect on service quality (Z) with a p-value of 0.033 < 0.05 , service quality (Z) directly has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. In this study, it shows that competence (X1) directly has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.003 < 0.05, facilities (X2) directly have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05, interpersonal communication (X3) directly has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, the competence variable (X1) mediates service quality (Z) on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, the facility variable (X2) mediates service quality (Z) on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.003 < 0.05, Interpersonal Communication (X3) mediates service quality (Z) on patient satisfaction (Y) with a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05. The R-square value for the Service Quality (Z) variable is 0.680 (68.0%), this value can be explained by factors including X1 (Competence), X2 (Facilities), X3 (Interpersonal Communication), while the remaining 32 ,0% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the position and aspects of legal protection for instrumental witnesses in making a notarial deed. In giving his testimony at trial on a deed made by a Notary, the witness has an obligation to provide information with actual facts, if a witness submits false information, he can be punished according to the Criminal Procedure Code. The role of the instrumental witness is currently not getting enough attention from law enforcement even though an instrumental witness plays a major role in revealing a problem that arises as a result of legal actions from a Notary act. The Regional Board of the Indonesian Notary Association of North Sumatera often hears about several problems regarding instrumental witnesses in the practice of notary positions. The method used in this research is normative juridical. The nature of the research used in this research is descriptive analysis by describing the problem systematically and comprehensively. The purpose of descriptive analytical research is to describe accurately the nature of an individual, a symptom, a situation or a particular group. The data collection method used in this writing is using library research methods. To further develop this research data, an analysis was carried out directly to the informants using interview guidelines that had been prepared in advance. Interviews were conducted with the Chairperson of the Regional Board of the Indonesian Notary Association of North Sumatera to obtain facts in the practice of Notaries in Medan City regarding instrumental witnesses. The position of the instrumental witness in the Notary act is certainly different from the position of the witness in general, who is a witness who has heard and/or witnessed an event that has occurred. The position of the instrumental witness as one of the formal requirements of a Notary act is stated in Article 38 paragraph (4) letter c of the UUJN, that at the end or closing the deed must contain the full name, place and date of birth, occupation, position, position and residence of each witness. In accordance with Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 13 of 2006 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims, the legal protection provided for instrumental witnesses in making a Notary act in providing information is protected by the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).

Abstract

The Pentabio vaccine (DTP-Hb-Hib) is a vaccine that functions to prevent diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, Hepatitis B, and inflammation of the brain epidermis (meningitis) in children under the age of 5 years (infants). The Pentabio vaccine began to be used in 2013 in 4 provinces and in 2014 targeted 33 provinces in Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at the Nagan Raya District Health Office. The reason for choosing the location was that there was an increased child mortality rate in 2018. The research was conducted from August to September 2022. The results of this study are (1) Standardization of the provision of pentabio immunization is a success factor the course of immunization, (2) there is still a lack of knowledge of parents about immunization, especially Pentabio, (3) to increase parental awareness, proper knowledge about vaccination is needed, (4) incompetent human resources, (5) incomplete information services. Therefore, doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other health service providers can provide correct information to parents about the risks and benefits of vaccines. Nagan Raya, such as carrying out periodic immunizations, socialization, data collection, and appeals.
