Abstract

Peanuts (Arachis hypogeae L.) currently have low production levels due to the availability of fertile land. Bokashi fertilizer based on secondary vegetation biomass and phosphorus fertilizer can be used as a practical and environmentally friendly approach to maintain peanut plant growth and yield. This study aims to examine the interaction or independent treatment of bokashi fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer on the growth and yield of peanut plants on marginal land. This study used a randomized block design with two factors. The first factor was bokashi fertilizer, consisting of 4 levels, namely without bokashi fertilizer (B0), 4 t ha-1 of bokashi fertilizer (B1), 8 t ha-1 of bokashi fertilizer (B2), and 12 t ha-1 of bokashi fertilizer (B3). The second factor is phosphorus fertilizer, consisting of 4 levels namely, no phosphorus fertilizer (F0), 100 kg ha-1 phosphorus fertilizer (F1), 125 kg ha-1 phosphorus fertilizer (F2) and 150 kg ha-1 phosphorus fertilizer (F3), resulting in 16 treatment combinations with 3 replicates. The results showed that the interaction between bokashi fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer could enhance the growth and yield of groundnuts, particularly in terms of relative growth rate, leaf area index, net assimilation rate at 21-28 and 35-42 days after sowing, root-to-shoot ratio, chlorophyll content, number of pods, number of seeds, seed weight, 100-seed weight, and yield per hectare. The interaction treatment of bokashi fertilizer at a dose of 12 t ha-1 and phosphorus fertilizer at 150 kg ha-1 was the best treatment for peanut plant growth and yield.

Abstract

The role of external oversight institutions in maintaining the integrity of the judicial system is becoming increasingly important in contemporary governance. However, there is often a significant gap between institutional mandates and public perceptions, resulting in diminished public trust in judicial institutions. This study proposes a conceptual model of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) adapted from the private sector for application to the context of state institutions, using the Indonesian Judicial Commission as a comprehensive case study. Using a qualitative exploratory approach, the study analyzes the Commission's constitutional mandate in depth, combined with a review of contemporary CSR frameworks to assess its applicability to public oversight functions. The findings suggest that the adaptive application of CSR principles—such as operational transparency, authentic public participation, and sustainable community empowerment—can significantly enhance institutional legitimacy and the effectiveness of external oversight. This study introduces a CSR model tailored to the context of state institutions, comprising three key interrelated dimensions: legal education and civic awareness, public advocacy and institutional socialization, and community empowerment through participatory governance. The study suggests that CSR is not simply a tool to enhance corporate image, but a vital and strategic instrument for strengthening public trust and accountability in the modern judicial governance system.

Abstract

This study was conducted in Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, with the objective of analyzing the production scale of rice farming through the Return to Scale (RTS) approach. The research used primary data collected from 100 rice farmers selected using simple random sampling. Production factors analyzed included land area, fertilizer, and labor. The analytical method employed was a Cobb–Douglas production function estimated using multiple linear regression in logarithmic form. The RTS value was obtained by summing the elasticity coefficients of the production factors. The results showed that the sum of production elasticities was 1.241, indicating that rice farming in Sunggal District operates under increasing returns to scale. This condition implies that proportional increases in production inputs result in a more than proportional increase in output. Therefore, rice production in the study area still has the potential to be increased through the expansion and optimization of production inputs

Abstract

The development of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI) presents both new opportunities and challenges in the field of education. This technology has the potential to transform learning practices, assessment, and knowledge management. However, its adoption process is not linear and is influenced by pedagogical, social, ethical, and institutional factors. This study aims to analyze the adoption of Generative AI in education using the Diffusion of Innovation Theory framework. The research method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 27 reputable national and international journal articles published between 2022 and 2024. The literature selection process followed the PRISMA guidelines, consisting of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages. The findings indicate that Generative AI offers relative advantages in supporting personalized learning, improving learning efficiency, and expanding access to learning resources. However, complexity of use, compatibility issues with academic integrity values, and concerns regarding ethics and data privacy are major barriers to adoption. The successful utilization of Generative AI in education requires innovation diffusion strategies supported by institutional policies, enhancement of digital literacy, and reinforcement of educational and cultural values.

Abstract

The Boyolali–Pengapon pipeline project is a national‐priority infrastructure initiative by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. The project that seeks to improve Central Java’s fuel distribution faces stakeholder challenges that are intricate. From securing government approval, acquiring land, and managing relationship with the local communities, an effective stakeholder engagement framework is crucial to ensure the project stays on its schedule and budget. In accordance to that, this study analyzes the application of Pertamina’s stakeholder engagement in the Boyolali-Pengapon pipeline project. Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with Pertamina project managers, government regulators, local community representatives, and the pipeline’s engineering partner, supplemented by analysis of project documents and reports. Thematic analysis was conducted using stakeholder mapping tools (the Stakeholder Salience Model and Power–Interest Grid) in line with PMI’s stakeholder engagement processes. The study’s objectives are to identify the project’s key stakeholders and their interests, assess the engagement practices used, document stakeholder-related issues, and evaluate how the stakeholder management approach affected the project’s schedule, cost, and community acceptance. The research finds suggest managing stakeholder proactively benefited the project result significant. Major delays were prevented through early engagement. Challenges of land acquisition and permit were also present, yet were not a hindrance for the project as they were addressed through negotiation and collaboration with local authorities. Consequently, the disruption avoided from legal disputes that might be costly and the small investments made in engagement helps the project to stay on budget. All in all, the case shows that large infrastucture projects needs a formal stakeholder engagement process to schedule compliance, keep cost controlled, and gain support from the local community.

Abstract

Set within Indonesia’s rapidly evolving platform-mediated commerce, this study explains how digital dexterity is converted into market-recognized adaptive capacity by specifying visual strategy as the execution mechanism at the customer interface. Drawing on dynamic capabilities and contemporary branding scholarship, we surveyed 240 e-commerce Micro, Small, And Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) entrepreneurs and estimated a theory-driven model using partial least squares structural equation modeling with validated reflective measures. The results are clear and internally consistent. Digital dexterity strengthens visual strategy. Digital dexterity also enhances adaptive capacity directly. Visual strategy improves adaptive capacity. Visual strategy further serves as a substantive conduit that links digital dexterity to adaptive capacity, indicating that digital skills matter most when institutionalized through a disciplined, cross-channel visual system that standardizes identity elements, reusable templates, and trust-bearing cues so strategic shifts become legible, credible, and repeatable. The study contributes an integrated account that connects digital transformation capability to adaptive outcomes through visual execution. Practically, we recommend building dexterity micro skills in analytics and rapid testing, codifying lightweight brand kits and creative templates, and instituting a regular creative review cadence so adjustments are communicated consistently across touchpoints. We also outline directions for longitudinal and platform-specific replications that pair perceptual data with behavioral performance traces.
