This study aims to determine the analysis of the potential for Islamic tourism in West Nusa Tenggara. This type of research is qualitative. The processed data is the result of interviews with managers and visitors on the lawata beach, West Nusa Tenggara. In the form of written or oral data on people (informants) and observed behavior. While the data research techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of respondents in this study were 6 people consisting of the tourism office and lawata beach visitors. The results of this study indicate that the tourism potential in West Nusa Tenggara has great potential, this is evidenced by the increase in visitors from 2018 to 2019 of 60.36%. However, the Tourism Office continues to make efforts to improve infrastructure improvements on the lawata beach, to attract visitors. either from within the Kota Bima area or from outside the region as a step towards increasing regional income in the City of Bima.Keywords: Potential of Sharia Touris

This study aims to find out how to optimize the revenue sharing scheme so that it can be a Principal-Agent problem solution in mudharabah financing. This research was conducted at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Makassar Branch. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from the results of field research with direct interviews with the BNI Syariah Productive Funding Assistant in Makassar Branch. Secondary data is obtained from company documents and other sources related to research. The results of this study indicate that there are two Principal-Agent problems that occur in financing with mudharabah contracts, namely adverse selection and moral hazard. Determination of optimal profit sharing schemes, namely those that meet the utility of Islamic banks and customers, the problem of adverse selection and moral hazard that occurs in mudharabah financing can be minimized. Although mudharabah financing has a high risk, by optimizing the profit sharing scheme on mudharabah financing, the existing risks can be reduced and there will be an increase in the amount of mudharabah financing to Islamic banks.

This study discusses analyzing zakat in the calculation of personal tax in Baznas Makassar city. This type of research is a comparative study that aims to discuss the comparison of zakat as a deduction for taxable tax with zakat arrangements as a direct deduction of translation tax. Data retrieval of this research refers to interviews and document techniques. The type of data consists of primary data. Based on the research that has been carried out, the conclusions from the research proposed in this study are zakat as a personal tax calculation in Baznas Makassar city in accordance with the procedures stipulated in applicable laws and regulations, zakat which is used as deduction from taxable results of individuals management both from success and distribution increases in terms of capacity and improvement and its application that increases development from year to year in which the number of ASNs that pay zakat increases every year.

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the principle of Muzara’ah in increasing the income of farmers in Bakaru Village and to determine the understanding of corn farmers about the muzara'ah principle in Bakaru Village. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative in which using field research methods (primary data) and library research (secondary data). Primary data is data taken from the first source in the field in this study, namely the owners of rice fields and smallholder farmers, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies by reading books that are related to the title raised by the author. The results showed that the form of agricultural land sharing in Bakaru Village between landowners and smallholder farmers was adjusted to the agreement of the two parties, such as one-third, one-third and one-quarter by looking at who provided the seeds and operational costs and looking at natural conditions if crop failure.

This study aims to determine the strategy of realizing an entrepreneurial spirit in santri through the creative economy in facing the challenges of the global economy (a case study at the DDI Mangkoso Islamic boarding school). The type of research used in this research is field research which produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral data of people (informants) and observed behavior. While the data research techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The number of respondents was 12 respondents consisting of 10 students, 1 school principal, 1 boarding school supervisor. The results of this study indicate that in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of the santri at the DDI Mangkoso Islamic boarding school, the boarding school cooperative and several alumni organized training on entrepreneurship to students through practices such as managing something from used materials so that it has a selling value. As for the implementation of the creative economy that can be developed at the DDI Mangkoso Islamic boarding school, such as: handicrafts and arts products, short films, design and advertising.

This study aims to determine the Management Audit of the profit sharing system implemented by PT. Bank Sulselbar Syariah Makassar Branch. The research method used by the author is descriptive analysis and comparative analysis to explain the phenomenon of phenomena that occur at the Bank. This method is carried out to determine the suitability of the system and the reality of management audits of the revenue sharing system, especially mudharabah financing applied by PT. Bank Sulselbar Syariah Makassar Branch. Data in the form of journals and data obtained in the form of writing in the form of a general description of the company, obtained through research that is collecting data with documentation and interviews relating to the problems examined at PT. Bank Sulselbar Syariah Makassar Branch. The results of the study show that the reality of management audits of the profit sharing system, especially mudharabah financing, is in accordance with the procedures implemented by PT. Bank Sulselbar Syariah Makassar Branch.

This study aims to determine the standard and effectiveness of wages in improving employee welfare in an Islamic economic perspective. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained in this study are wage standards at RSIA. Sitti Khadijah was based on standards set by the company based on an assessment of the circumstances and living needs of employees and it was evident from the results of interviews conducted with several relevant informants who said that the determination of wage standards was based on company standards, and which became the benchmark the standard of remuneration is the UMP as a legal basis in paying employees. ANALISIS TINGKAT KESEHATAN BANK BERDASARKAN ASPEK EARNING DALAM RASIO CAMEL PADA PT. BANK MUAMALAT irwan, ade; Rahmah, Syahidah

The title of this research is the analysis of bank soundness based on earnings aspects in the camel ratio at PT. Bank Muamalat. The method used in conducting this research is by using the CAMEL method. This research was compiled along with the rapid growth of banks lately. The categories are healthy, fairly healthy, unhealthy, and unhealthy. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Muamalat. Data collected is a balance sheet and income statement. CAMEL analysis has five aspects, on this occasion the author has the aspect of earnings using the ratio of ROA (Return On Assets) and BOPO (Operating Expenses to Operating Income). Based on the results of research conducted at PT Bank Muamalat CAMEL value based on earnings aspects using the ROA ratio in 2013 in the amount of 0.44%, 2014 amounted to 0.15%, and in 2015 amounted to 0.19% so it was categorized in groups Not healthy. While using the BOPO ratio in 2013 to 2015 is always below 93.52% so it is categorized in the Healthy group.

This study aims to determine the strategy of realizing the Daya Commercial Market into a FAST-Based Islamic Market (Fathonah, Amanah, Siddiq, Tabliq) in Makassar City Power and knowing the benefits of Islamic trade for traders in the Niaga Daya Market. This type of research used in this study is field research that produces descriptive data in the form of written data or informants and observable behavior. While the data analysis techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Then processed using qualitative descriptive. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that realizing Islamic trade based on FAST, namely Fathonah (creative and smart), Amanah (trust), Siddiq (honest or transparency), Tabliq (Mutual respect), namely by creating programs that can foster awareness of traders, especially awareness will instill the nature of FAST (Fathonah Amanah Siddiq Tabliq) by forming IPPS (Sharia Market Traders Association). The benefits of Islamic trade for traders in the Niaga Daya Market are that people will be interested in shopping at the Niaga Daya market, traders can compete healthily, establish good relations between fellow traders, between traders and market managers, and between traders and buyers. In addition, traders in the Commercial Market Market can benefit both worldly and the hereafter.

Cryptocurrency is a form of digital storage that uses cryptographic techniques or secret passwords. This cryptocurrency is not controlled by an institution such as a bank, country or certain company but uses a decentralized server and cryptocurrency uses a system that cannot be controlled by anyone because it uses a network that can document transactions directly, without any third party. This review expects to get a thought meaning of Cryptocurrency and how the assessment of the researchers on it depends on sharia and Islamic law. This examination is a writing study. The information wellsprings of this examination were taken from the Qur'an, the hadith of the Prophet, traditional and contemporary books, the assessments of researchers just as from online media sources. From this exploration, it was discovered that Cryptocurrency or the utilization of virtual money can without a doubt be perceived as a brilliant progressive innovation, but its use as an investment instrument contains elements of maysir (betting) and as a business transaction instrument that contains elements of gharar, it contains tyranny and that including transactions that are prohibited in Islam.Keywords : Enterpreneurship, Cryptocurrency and Islamic Law.
