Mastery of the concept of straight motion of students is still not optimal. Therefore, there is a need for a solution to overcome this problem. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of learning outcomes and the improvement of student learning activities on the material of straight motion through the guided note taking model combined with everyone is a teacher here. The type of research in this research is classroom action research. The subjects in this study were all students of X-MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 6 Semarang. Data collection techniques through tests and non-tests and data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the guided note taking learning model combined with everyone is a teacher here in the straight motion material for physics subjects was able to improve student learning outcomes, the percentage of classical completeness in cycle 2 was 83.33% compared to cycle 1 of 55.57%. Meanwhile, the guided note taking learning model combined with everyone is a teacher here is able to increase student learning activities according to the aspects of the activities observed during the learning process.

The Influence of Home Visit Method During Covid-19 Pandemic Theme of The beauty My Country’s Diversity on Learning Outcomes For Grade 4 SDN Bangsalrejo Pati District. the purpose of this study was to determine the influence of home visit method during covid-19 pandemic theme of the beauty my country’s diversity on learning outcomes for grade 4 SDN Bangsalrejo Pati district. This type of reserch is a quantitative pre-experimental design research with a one group pretest posttest research design. The results of data analysis after testing the phypothesis with simple linear regression analysis, it is known that the influence of variable x on variable y is seen from the coefficient of determination of 70,5%. Then the results of the calculation of the paired sample t-test the average value of the pretest learning outcomes is 58,3929 and the posttest is 74,286 with N=28, so db=28-1=27 which is obtained Tcount 9,08 with a significant level of 5% obtained Ttable 1,703. So it can be concluded that the home visit method affects the learning outcomes of grade 4 students at SDN Bangsalrejo Pati district.

Based on the background of the problems described above, several problems can be identified as follows: students are less able to master Mathematics learning in class VI even semester of SD Negeri Tlogosari Kulon 03. Of the 40 children only 16 children (40.00%) reached the KKM. The teacher's efforts to improve the ability of learning outcomes in the material "Circle" by using Discovery Learning in the sixth grade students of the even semester of SD Negeri Tlogosari Kulon 03 Semarang. This research uses the type of CAR (classroom action research), carried out at SD Negeri Tlogosari Kulon 03 Pedurungan District, Semarang City in October – November 2019. The subjects of this class action research are: Class VI students, totaling 40 students. The results showed: (1) Learning by using Discovery Learning can improve student learning outcomes in the "Circle" Material for Class VI Mathematics at SD Negeri Tlogosari Kulon 03 Kec. Pedurungan Semarang City which is marked by an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle, namely pre-cycle 63.50; the average of the first cycle is 72.70 and the second cycle is 82.10; (2) Learning using Discovery Learning can improve student learning outcomes in the "Circle" material for Class VI Mathematics at SD Negeri Tlogosari Kulon 03 Kec. Pedurungan Semarang City which is characterized by an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle, namely pre-cycle 40.00%; in the first cycle increased to 62.50% and the second cycle reached 87.50%. The conclusion of this research is that student learning outcomes and learning mastery in Mathematics lessons on the "Circle" material can be increased by applying Discovery Learning to students of class VI Semester 1 SD Negeri Tlogosari Kulon 03 Pedurungan District, Semarang City for the 2019/2020 academic year.

This study aims to improve the quality of mastery of the concept of Geography Research material through the strategy of Guided Note Taking a combination of Everyone is a Teacher Here. This research is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects in this classroom action research were students of class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 6 Semarang. In this study, the research subjects were students of class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 6 Semarang. Class X IPS 1 consists of 36 students with details of 16 boys and 20 girls. Data collection techniques in this study include classroom observations, interviews, distributing questionnaires, formative evaluations, and discussions with partner teachers (collaborators). While the data analysis used in this study is a quantitative and qualitative data analysis technique. The application of the Guided Note Taking model with the combination of Everyone is a Teacher Here can increase the mastery of the concept of geography research material in class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 6 Semarang with success indicators, namely in the aspect of knowledge experiencing classical learning completeness 75% or with at least good criteria. The results showed that the learning outcomes of mastering the concepts of geography research materials increased. In the first cycle, the number of students who completed was 17 students with a classical completeness percentage of 47.22%. In cycle II, there was an increase in the number of students who completed to 31 students with a classical completeness percentage of 86.11%. Student learning activities also increased. An increase from only 15 students actively asking questions during the first cycle of action learning process to 29 students actively asking questions in the second cycle of action learning process. The activity of answering questions increased from 19 active students to 26 active students answering questions in the learning process in the second cycle of action. The activity of doing assignments increased from 19 active students to 26 students actively working on assignments in the learning process in the second cycle of action. Based on the results of the analysis of action research in cycle I and cycle II, it can be concluded that the Guide Note Taking model of the combination of Everyone is a Teacher Here on the mastery of geography research material in class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 6 Semarang can improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the effect of group guidance services with psychodrama techniques on the self-efficacy of students at SMP Negeri 29 Semarang. The research method used is true experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMP N 29 PGRI Semarang in the 2018/2019 academic year totaling 219 students consisting of 7 classes, one class was used for try-outs, while the sample consisted of one class used as research samples. The total number of samples was 189 students. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling technique. Student self-efficacy values were obtained from pre-test and post-test scores. The analysis used to test validity is the product moment correlation and reliability using the alpha formula. T test analysis results that the posttest between the experimental group and the control group obtained the t-count = 10.3. To ensure whether the difference is significant, the results are consulted with a table. With db = (n1 + n2) -2 = (15 + 15) -2 = 28 and a significant level of 5%, a ttable = 2.021 is obtained. Because tcount = 10.3 ˃ ttable = 2.021 then tcount is greater than ttable meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that "There is an influence of group guidance services with psychodrama techniques on self-efficacy in class VIII SMP N 29 Semarang.", Suggestions what researchers can convey should be the supervising teacher at the school providing follow-up services with regard to developing self-efficacy.

The weakness of teachers in making their respective administrations is weak, the decline in morale greatly affects teacher professionals, especially learning administration. The facts show that teachers are still weak professionally and performance is declining. Efforts made to overcome the problems mentioned above are to carry out academic supervision carried out by the principal by carrying out direct or indirect coaching. The results after being carried out with the principal's academic supervision obtained changes in the performance and professional improvement of teachers, especially in learning administration at SD Negeri Rejosari 03. Significant results were obtained that there was a change in performance in teacher professional improvement from 60% to 80%. The impact of the implementation of the principal's academic supervision is: (1) developing the expertise of teachers in their respective fields. (2) increased work ethic. (3) the attitude of independence begins to appear In the implementation of this research, there are several obstacles in the principal's academic supervision, namely the teacher administration still has shortcomings both systematically and from the amount specified. Cohesiveness and the spirit of cooperation can help in research on teacher professional improvement in making administration through the academic supervision of the principal. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that principals and teachers can try more varied supervision techniques so that the professionalism of teachers can improve better and maintain and improve teacher development models by guiding teachers in improving professionalism.

This Study aims to increase learning outcomes of animal and human movement organs things through a problem based learning model for the sixth grade students of SD 2 Burikan in the first semester of the 2022/2023. The procedure for conducting and implementing the research is divided into three cycles. The results of this study indicate that student learning activities in the frirst cycles average value was 70. 18 or 55,56 %. The average value of the second cycles was 77,03 or 85,18% learning completeness so that it increased by 29,62% from the first cycles. It was concluded that the application of the problem based learning model could increase learning outcomes of animal and human movement organs In grade V SD 2 Burikan Kota Kudus.

This study aims to determine the profile of critical thinking ability of high school students on hydrocarbon material. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Mranggen for the 20221/2022 academic year. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MIPA 1 with details of 10 male students and 20 female students. The data collection technique uses a description test instrument of 10 questions representing 5 critical thinking indicators, namely providing simple explanations (elementary clarification), building basic skills (basic support), concluding (inference), providing further explanations (advanced clarification), developing strategies and tactics (strategy and tactics). The results showed that 13% of students have very high critical thinking ability, 30% of students have high critical thinking ability, 40% of students have medium critical thinking ability, 10% of students have low critical thinking ability and 7% of students have very low critical thinking ability. Legal protection for teachers in carrying out their professional duties is very much needed considering the many criminal and civil cases that often befall teachers. This became the basis for the author to conduct a study on the main problem of how the effectiveness of the socialization of legal protection against legal problems for teachers in the city of Semarang. The research was conducted using an empirical juridical approach that relied on data obtained from the field which was then analyzed using data triangulation to achieve the expected results. The results of the study show that intoe able to find out the effectiveness of the socialization of legal protection against legal problems for teachers in the city of Semarang, the authors have conducted a study of the number of socializations regarding legal protection for teachers that have been carried out by the Semarang City PGRI team for the last five years where the number found is a number 17 , of course, this number is quite good compared to other regions, which of course also influences the increasing understanding of legal protection for teachers in the city of Semarang.

Based on the learning outcomes of students during the pre-cycle at SD Negeri Kalibanteng Kidul 01 on Basic Competency, determining the volume of the average spatial structure of students' learning outcomes is still low, namely 64. This is a problem for teachers to improve learning outcomes in these Basic Competences. Efforts made through the use of unit cube teaching aids are expected to be able to improve learning outcomes in Basic Competence in determining the volume of geometric shapes. The formulation of the problem posed in this scientific paper reads "Is the use of unit cube teaching aids able to improve the learning outcomes of class VI students at SD Negeri Kalibanteng Kidul 01, West Semarang District, Semarang City in determining the volume of geometric shapes (blocks and cubes)? The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of class VIB students at SD Negeri Kalibanteng Kidul 01, West Semarang District, Semarang City in determining the volume of geometric shapes (beams and cubes) through the use of unit cube teaching aids. The benefits of this research for students are increased learning outcomes Basic Competence determines the volume of geometric shapes, for teachers it improves the quality of learning and for schools it can make a positive contribution to efforts to improve student learning outcomes. This research used classroom action research (CAR), carried out for two cycles, the data collection method of this research used observation and tests. The research subjects were students of class VI. the indicator of the success of this study is if the average class has obtained a Minimum Completeness Criteria score of 80. From the results of the study it was found that the learning outcomes of students in the Basic Competency determining the volume of geometric shapes (beams and cubes) reached an average of 6.8 in cycle I and 8.5 in cycle II. Based on these results, it is concluded that the use of unit cube teaching aids can improve student learning outcomes in these Basic Competences. From the results of observations it can also be seen that there is an increase in activity in learning.
