Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan disain strategi pengembangan agroindustri gula kelapa di Kecamatan Tempuling Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tempuling Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang merupakan sentra produksi kelapa di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dan merupakan daerah yang memiliki agroindustri gula kelapa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi pengembangan agroindustri gula kelapa adalah meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman, meningkatkan kualitas proses pengolahan sesuai permintaan konsumen, meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk, mempertahankan pasar yang ada serta mencari alternatif pasar melalui diversifikasi produk dan membentuk kelompok pengrajin gula kelapa.

Abstract

This research aimed to understanding the consumer attitudes on the organicvegetable attributes, and the influence of the consumer’s social environment toward thesubjective norm in the making the purchasing decision on the organic vegetable in Pekanbaru.Source of data was primary data from interview with respondents using purposive sampling.Method of analysis used Fishbein model to analysis the consumer’s attitudes and tounderstanding the consumer’s decision making process. The attributes was used tounderstanding the consumer’s attitudes is freshness, colour, taste, brand, ingredients,advantage for health, price and the availability. And the attribute was analyzed to analyzedthe influence of the consumer’s social environment is the product’s legal aspect and thefamily members. The research result showed that there was a positive attitude of consumer toconsume the organic vegetable. Attribute “the advantage of organic vegetable for health isowned the higher positive score to influence the consumer’s attitudes to consume the organicvegetable. And the social environment is not influence the subjective norm of consumer inmaking the purchasing decisions of the organic vegetables.

Abstract

Kesejatiandiri kawasan perkotaan memiliki arti penting bagi warga kota untuk mempertahankan nilai lokalitas yang berlaku. Dipengaruhi oleh nilai-nilai kesejarahan, kesiapannya menjalani nilai-nilai kekinian dan kemampuannya menghadapi masa datang. Untuk itu perlu upaya menjaga dan melestarikan (preservasi), guna menjamin kesempatan bagi generasi masa depan untuk merasakan ruang-ruang dan bentuk kota yang unik dalam sejarah tertentu. Penelitian kawasan berjatidiri melalui pendekatan kebijkan preservasi kawasan diawali dengan menginventarisasi elemen pembentuk kawasan, identifikasi key element, literature and document planning review. Data kawasan dianalisa melalui studi empiris, visual montage and potencies mapping. Secara garis besar merupakan penilaian karakter asli kota yang memiliki potensi dan jatidiri sendiri yang membentuk kualitas lingkungan kawasan (environmental quality) yang meliputi pola Permukiman Kawasan dan karakter Bangunan. Penelitian pada Kawasan Senapelan di Kota Pekanaru menyimpulkan perlunya penataan ruang melalui pendekatan kebijakan preservasi konservasi kawasan dengan tujuan menghidupkan kemajemukan fungsi lingkungan/kawasan, partisipasi masyarakat dan kelembagaan.Kata kunci : berjatidiri, preservasi, kualitas lingkungan.

Abstract

The aims of this research are :knowing behavioral appearance background of drugs abuse and factors that influence of drugs abuse in Kampung Dalam, Pekanbaru city. The character of research have descriptive depicted and analyse various mustered data with In-Depth Interview and field observation. Research informan consist of society, drugs abuser, non formal figure as well as formal figure counted 20 people. Thesis consist of 105 page, 49 enclosure list and bibliography and Keyword : deviant behaviour, drugs abuse, defferential association and exchange theory. Based on result of research knowing that, 1) the appearing of disuse in drugs abuse in Kampung Dalam for example : studying process direct and indirectly, interaction process and communication between the actor “ new player” with the boss “ old player” is an interaction process and communication that walk in a long period of time, the relation between the drug user in a very close group due to the trust that has a strong plait, the disuse of drugs by a half of people in Kampung Dalam is a common thing and it is a necessity or the solution of the last work for the people to cover the daily needs. Some not written rules that appear then pre arranged together and become the values to be intent of the people especially the user of drugs in Kampung Dalam in social life. 2) The factors that influenced the disuse of drugs abuse happened in Kampung Dalam, for example : there is a success propotition , if there is a member of drugs mesh that have profit from it, so they will repeat that activity. There is a n impulse proportition that if there is a member of drugs mesh that have recompense or profit from the disusing of the drugs, so they will do the same thing. There is value proportition, if the risk that will they received by the big courier so the recompense that they received are bigger and so on the contrary. There is an agreement proportition and aggression. The agreement is, if the courier do not get the recompense like they hope, for example caught by the police so they will do the agresif act that have a pursue to them like giving information to the police and aggression is the opposite
