Abstract

The Mekar Sari Sedana Savings and Loan Cooperative is a cooperative that runs a business in the field of savings and loans as a business that provides credit to customers. In selecting prospective customers and giving decisions to customers who apply for credit by cooperative managers, the calculation of the value obtained by customers applying for credit is not based on criteria 5C, which is a requirement for lending to cooperatives. The method used in this research is Profile Matching a decision-making mechanism by comparing the value of data from a profile that will be assessed with the expected profile value, so that differences in accurate competency values ​​can be known. From the results of the blackbox testing conducted, it was found that the system that was built was in line with expectations and after the calculation of the profile matching method was tested manually and compared with the calculation results generated by the system with the results of manual calculations using the profile matching method.

Abstract

The Bali Institute of Health Sciences (STIKES) is a higher education institution in the health sector. Education in an institution needs to be monitored especially the lecture process. At present, the process of monitoring lectures is carried out by recording into paper documents. Several problems arise, namely at the end of each semester staff who perform lecture attendance recapitulation must open a sheet per lecturer attendance form sheet. Then from the lecturer attendance form, the staff in charge must type back into the Microsoft Excel application. This resulted in 2 problems, namely the occurrence of delays in reporting and the difficulty of monitoring lectures by Puket I. From these problems a system is needed that is able to provide information on the presence of lecturers and is able to present information on lecture activities in realtime. The design of this system is translated through Data Flow Diagrams and built using PHP language, for display using CSS, and database using MySQL. Testing this system uses blackbox testing. The lecture monitoring information system can display information about the implementation of lectures for Chairperson I Assistant in real time and can facilitate STIKES Bali staff in conducting lecturers' attendance.

Abstract

Travel agent is a company engaged in the travel agency. Business management processes such as making sales invoices that still use the handwriting method along with sales and purchase reports that are still used Microsoft Excel. Travel agent requires a website-based system where the management of its business to be more effective , safe and accessible anywhere and anytime. In the design phase Data Flow Diagram notation is used, Conceptual Data Models, Physical Data Models and Mockups. The development of the system uses Sublime Text 3 and SQLyog as a Database Management System and is tested using blackbox testing. The results have successfully built an information system for managing a travel agent where the system was built aimed at helping the business management process of Travel agent to be faster, neater, avoid the risk of losing and unnecessary errors.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 3 Ubud is educational establishments located at Silungan Lotunduh Ubud. SMP Negeri 3 Ubud has excellent class, to define the student entry into superior class using a manual system that is using Microsoft Excel. This system is inefficient because it requires a lot of time when creating. In addition to the data processing of academic, especially a student's scores are still manually so difficult when creating repot. Based on the problems it created an Academic Information System as well as the determination of class excellent using clustering method with K-Means algorithm. with the academic information system and determination superior class computerized then administrative staff easier and faster in processing student data, teacher data and employee data. The method used to determine which class superior that is Clustering K-Means algorithm. With the K-Means algorithm will process the value system and grouping students according to the value closest to the cluster center point. With this system superior class determination more quickly and efficiently

Abstract

Human Resources Provider as known as HR Pro is one of outsourcing company. HR Pro provide man power solutions to Human Resources Department at your company. Term of payment between HR Pro and the client are using cash advance payment or charged after payroll process done. Payment system like this can affect to cash flow because almost 90% of company revenue established as receivable in advance. The aim of this research are given solutions to help finance staff for manage account receivable. Account receivables will be sorted from highest to lowest value’s from the results of the calculation aging schedule and simple additive weighting method. This system is using three criterion calculation are receivable values (40%), account receivable aging (35%), number of employee (25%) and finally can give visual appereance in the form of the best solutions using aging schedule and simple additive weighting method. The results of this research are finance staff can manage account receivable easily and the company can make decision quickly for clients who do not pay the invoices based on term of payment.

Abstract

Sales is a transaction carried out by two or more parties between one person to another with a valid payment that generates an income. One of the factors of success of sales is to maintain good relationships with customers, such as giving special promotions to Pelaggan so that customers will continue to come to buy products or services offered by a company.In this study found problems such as the difficulty of determining customer loyalty, the difficulty of determining the product that must be stocked a lot, the difficulty in recording transactions because of the possibility of missing or incorrect data due to Tria salon still recording data in the ledger. In addition, other problems that arise are the delivery of promotions that take more time due to having to send the same message one by one to the customer.The solution to solving this problem is to build a sales information system with web-based customer relationship management (CRM) features. Which later can help admin performance in managing customer data, managing product and service data and managing transaction data. In addition, it can help salon owners in managing customer reports and transaction reports and can provide promotions to all customers.From the results of blackbox testing that has been done, the results obtained are that the test is in accordance with the process that is run and produces an output that is in accordance with the system functions that have been defined.

Abstract

Geographical Information System (GIS) is a computer-based system that has the ability to store, manipulate, analyze and re-display natural conditions with the help of spatial data and non-passive data (attributes). GIS also supports decision making in planning and management, land use, natural resources, and others. Land use is very important as the development of land that has the potential for a type of plant to prevent damage to the plants and land used. Sleman Regency has a vast and fertile plantation area and has a wet tropical climate, which affects plant fertility. With the many things that affect the type of plant for a particular land, a system that can display spatial and nonspatial information is needed that relates to land use in Sleman Regency.

Abstract

Abstract Determination of the best employees in a company aims to improve competitiveness and give awards to employees who have high dedication to the company. Difficulties in evaluating employees are the many assessment factors and characteristics of the appraisal and who will provide the appraisal, so that the appraisal is appropriate and transparent. Employee performance appraisal is carried out by 2 assessors namely the company manager and the head of the human resource management department (HRD) and consists of a number of criteria. The assessment will be difficult if done manually considering that each assessor has their own preferences in conducting the assessment. To overcome this we need a computer system that helps decision making, namely a group decision support system (GDSS) determining the best employees in a company The group decision support system developed in this study uses the AHP and BORDA methods to assist group decision making. AHP method is used for decision making in each appraiser, while the Borda method is used to combine the decision results of each appraiser so that the final result is the best employee in the company. Based on the final results of the best employee determination system in the form of ranking the final value of each employee. The highest value is used as a recommendation as the best employee.

Abstract

Determining the best school is a difficult choice for parents, besides the cost and distance from students' homes, there are other supporting factors that must be considered, namely the National Education Standards (SNP). In the implementation of the program to determine the best school based on the National Education Standards (SNP), the manual is now so the calculation process is complicated. Parents of students who have a lot of business are required to provide the best education for their children, so it is necessary to create a system to choose the best school for students. The decision support system created using the AHP model. The weighting method in AHP is used to determine the criteria weights according to the decision makers. The AHP method is then used to rank the best alternative from a number of alternatives. Determination of the best alternative ranking in this system refers to the National Education Standards (SNP), costs, distance from home and school achievement. as a criterion that will be assessed by a decision maker consisting of parents of students. The test results show that the system can rank the school correctly according to the manual calculation but the results show differences with the results from the Tabanan district education office. this is due to the assessment of the Office of Education not considering the importance of inter-criteria weight.

Abstract

The development of the nature tourism area is very much needed for the success of the village fund program, which is planned to increase the income of the people around the attractions and nature conservation. In addition to the level of community participation there are several natural attractions in Bukit Turgo, lacking assistance in the form of road improvements, lighting, access in and out and so on. With the limited village funds, the development of natural tourism objects around Turgo Hill cannot be done simultaneously. The selection of tourism objects which should receive development funds for the first time, must have the best evaluation criteria among other attractions. This study aims to determine the natural tourism objects that receive village funding assistance, for the development of tourism in these attractions. Participation in the use of the community in the development of the Bukit Turgo - Plawangan tourism object, based on the principles of ecotourism and formulating a strategy for the development of the Plawangan-Turgo natural tourism object to be of particular benefit to the community. To make the selection process through the ranking process used an approach to the Decision Support System model, using the AHP and TOPSIS methods. The weighting method in AHP is used to determine the criteria and sub-criteria weights according to the decision maker, in this study the community is represented by the village head. The TOPSIS method is used to rank the best alternative from a number of alternatives. The test results show that the system can provide a ranking sequence for tourism objects correctly according to manual calculations. The results of the comparison of existing criteria also show the Landscape (Landscape) on Turgo Hill became the first choice and the Japanese cave became the last choice.
