Abstract

Employees who have good performance, are directly proportional to the company's performance. There are so many ways to to improve employee performance, but one of them is through training which is expected to increase the knowledge, abilities and behavior. PT Astra Honda Motor, as a manufacturer and distributor of Honda motorcycles, also seeks to improve the capabilities of sales counters and salesman through Customer Service training. Based on observations, there are differences in performance in serving consumers between sales counters and salesman who have received training, and those who have not. Based on the results of internal data, it was found that 12% of sales counters and salesman had substandard performance in serving consumers and had not received Customer Service training materials. The results of interviews with 10 branch heads of the Honda motorcycle network also agreed that Customer Service training is an important component in improving the skills, knowledge and attitudes of sales counters and salesman. Based on observations, data and interviews, this study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the materials, methods and competencies of the Customer Service training instructor on the performance of sales counters and salesman. As a result, the materials, methods and competencies of the Customer Service training instructor have a significant positive effect on performance, either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

Untuk membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan yang dapat mereka manfaatkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari adalah tujuan guru. Guru harus berusaha keras untuk mencapai tujuan ini. Hal yang sama juga terjadi di SMPN 6 Singosari, sekolah yang baru dibuka pada tahun 2017 setelah baru didirikan pada tahun 2012. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMPN 6 Singosari serta pengaruh kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel perantara. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam proses penelitian. Jumlah guru SMPN 6 Singosari yang berjumlah tidak kurang dari 34 orang guru dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Sebagai teknik statistik, analisis jalur digunakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, yang selanjutnya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja juga memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This research is motivated by rapid population growth, so the need for housing increases. This study aimed to determine the effect of price and location on purchasing decisions through an interest in buying plots of land at PT. Palm Singhasari Hill, Malang. The method used in this study is quantitative, with the population being clients who have purchased tracts of land. With a sample using the Purposive Sampling Technique with 100 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that price has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase PT. Bukit Palm Singhasari Malang's location has a negative and insignificant impact on the decision to acquire PT. Bukit Palm Singhasari Malang, the price has a negative and little effect on the intention to buy PT. Bukit Palm Singhasari Malang's location positively and significantly influences the choise to buy PT. Bukit Palm Singhasari Malang, buying interest positively and significantly influences the decision to buy PT. Bukit Palm Singhasari Malang, the price has a negative and insignificant influence on purchasing decisions through an interest in buying PT. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen risiko yang diterapkan pada usaha pembibitan Dt. Maruhun di Nagari Tabek Patah Kecamatan Salimpaung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode penelitian pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknis analisis data adalah dengan menggunakan metode penilaian risiko atau risk asessment ISO 31000: 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2 kejadian risiko dengan Kriteria Crisis Risk yaitu penjualan tidak stabil dan tempat penyimpanan bibit penuh. Kemudian terdapat 6 kejadian risiko dengan Kriteria High Risk yaitu kualitas bibit menurun, bibit menguning, bibit busuk atau layu, daun bibit rontok dan layu, pencurian, dan bibit menumpuk. Selain itu juga terdapat 2 kejadian risiko dengan Kriteria Medium Risk yaitu bibit tidak tumbuh dan balik modal atau rugi.

Abstract

This research’s goal is to discover how work discipline affects employee performance at Dinas Kebakaran dan Penanggulangan Bencana Kota Bandung. This research employs quantitative methodology. The data were derived from the outcomes of distributing questionnaires to 143 employees who served as the research sample via the saturated sampling approach. The data was then evaluated utilizing descriptive analytic techniques and PLS-SEM analysis. The findings revealed that the level of work discipline and performance of employees at Dinas Kebakaran dan Penanggulangan Bencana Kota Bandung were high. Furthermore, work discipline had a significant and good effect on the employee performance of Dinas Kebakaran dan Penanggulangan Bencana Kota Bandung. The r square value indicates that work discipline has an enormous impact on an employee's performance.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the impact of BPUM, human capital, and digital marketing funding variables on the performance of MSMEs in Malang Regency. The research method used is descriptive statistical quantitative method with multiple regression analysis techniques. The total population used is 84,800 micro business actors. From the total population, the slovin formula is used to determine a minimum sample of 100 respondents. The number of samples obtained from distributing questionnaires directly obtained 106 respondent data with 3 outlier data. The research results showed that the BPUM and digital marketing funding variables had a significant effect on MSME performance, while the human capital variable had no significant effect on MSME performance in Malang Regency. Abstract

A volunteer is someone who joins hands with groups, communities and institutions to produce a beneficial impact on the general public. There are several factors that can influence a person's motivation to be a volunteer. The purpose of this research was to examine the direct and indirect effects of altruism and self-esteem to volunteer motivation through locus of control. The method of analysis uses path analysis. The research sample was 76 volunteers at Rumah Makan Rakyat Malang. All items were declared valid and reliable. The results of the path analysis prove that there is a direct effect between altruism and self-esteem on motivation to volunteer with a significance <0.05. However, there is no direct effect between locus of control on motivation to volunteer because the significance value is > 0.05. It means that locus of control did not mediate altruism and locus of control on volunteer motivation. The biggest direct effect on motivation is self-esteem with the largest standardized beta value of 0.554.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on product quality and brand image of Telkomsel on customer loyalty with satisfaction as a moderating variable (study of the students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar). The type of research that the author uses is quantitative research. The data collection technique that the researcher used was through a questionnaire. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents. Based on the results of the research, the product quality has an effect on customer loyalty to students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Brand Image has an effect on Customer Loyalty to Students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Product Quality and Brand Image have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty to Students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Product quality has an effect on customer loyalty which is moderated by satisfaction with students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Abstract

ABSTRAC Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the national economy, but they currently face a number of obstacles, including difficulty accessing credit. There are still a number of obstacles to overcome, one of which is difficulty in raising capital and financing due to lack of access to financial institutions. capital and finance because they are not accessible to financial institutions. Poor access to finance in Indonesia means that some small and medium-sized enterprises still cannot access financial institutions, and difficulties in accessing finance affect the performance of businesses. medium and small. To overcome this problem, the government is implementing a financial inclusion program, with technological developments now creating collaboration between technology and finance, commonly known as fintech. One of the classifications of fintech is peer-to-peer lending. The data used were collected using a questionnaire. This study uses simple regression analysis techniques using the test tool, IBM SPSS 25.0. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Financial Risk, Sales Growth on Profitability and Value of Pharmaceutical Companies of pharmaceutical companies in 2020 – 2022. The type of research conducted in this study is quantitative which aims to determine the relationship between independent and bound variables, in this study it is carried out to determine the effect of financial risk, sales growth on profitability as an intervening variable and company value. The source of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022. To determine the effect of DAR and sales growth on profitability and company value using pricebook value, Debt to Asset Ratio, Sales Growth, and Return on Asset ratio. The results showed that DAR had a significant negative effect on profitability. This means that the smaller the DAR value, the greater the level of profitability achieved. Sales growth has no insignificant effect on profitability. That is, the level of sales growth is not the cause of the rise or fall of company profitability. The effect of DAR, Sales Growth and ROA on Company Value. DAR has no effect and is not significant on the Value of the Company. That is, investors look more at the prospects of the company than at the Financial Risk in this case the value of the Debt to Asset Ratio. Sales Growth has a positive and significant effect on Company Value.
