Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh tambahan penghasilan pegawai terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia kota Padang Panjang Sumatera Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh tambahan penghasilan pegawai terhadap disiplin kerja pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia kota Padang Panjang Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain ekplanatory survey. Variabel independen penelitian ini adalah kompensasi dan variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 32 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tambahan penghasilan dari pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia kota Padang Panjang berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan, yaitu korelasi positif antara kompensasi dan disiplin kerja. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan setiap peningkatan tambahan penghasilan pegawai sebesar 1 satuan maka akan meningkatkan disiplin kerja sebesar 0.625. Besarnya pengaruh variable bebas terhadap variable terikat dalam penelitian ini ditunjukkan R Square 0,501 atau 50,1% dan lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variable lain diluar variable penelitian Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on product quality and brand image of Telkomsel on customer loyalty with satisfaction as a moderating variable (study of the students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar). The type of research that the author uses is quantitative research. The data collection technique that the researcher used was through a questionnaire. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents. Based on the results of the research, the product quality has an effect on customer loyalty to students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Brand Image has an effect on Customer Loyalty to Students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Product Quality and Brand Image have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty to Students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Product quality has an effect on customer loyalty which is moderated by satisfaction with students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Brand Image has an effect on Customer Loyalty which is moderated by Satisfaction of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of ISO 31000 into risk management practices at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Tanah Datar Regency. A qualitative field research methodology was employed, involving in-depth interviews with key informants. Data triangulation ensured the validity of the findings, while thematic analysis identified core patterns and themes. The theoretical framework utilized ISO 31000's risk management process, including risk identification, analysis, and treatment. The findings revealed ten significant risks categorized into financial, operational, strategic, and hazard risks. High-priority risks include the absence of sanctions for non-compliant zakat payers, while medium-level risks involve the failure to meet zakat targets and inaccuracies in beneficiary selection. Low-priority risks include errors in recommending zakat recipients by local officials. The integration of ISO 31000 provides a systematic approach to identifying and mitigating these risks, ensuring more transparent and accountable zakat management. The study offers actionable recommendations for BAZNAS, including strengthening public education on zakat, implementing stricter verification processes for beneficiaries, and fostering community-based approaches to encourage zakat payments

Abstract

Kinerja organisasi merupakan aspek penting untuk dapat mempertahankan eksistensi dan unggul diantara para pesaing serta lingkungan bisnis yang bergerak dan berubah begitu cepat. Setiap organisasi berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan membangun tim kerja yang handal agar dapat memberikan kontribusi yang optimal terhadap program kerja, pencapaian target dan pada akhirnya berdampak pada kinerja dan daya saing organisasi. Kegiatan seminar pengabdian kepada masyarakat diawali dengan komunikasi antar dosen, komunikasi membahas urgensi dan isu terkini yang dianggap perlu untuk dibahas dalam seminar. Kesimpulan dari sesi seminar dengan topik peran service excellence dan kepemimpinan efektif terhadap kinerja organisasi menyimpulkan bahwa service excellence terbukti mampu meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, dengan terwujudnya pelayanan prima maka akan tercipta loyalitas pelanggan, loyalitas tersebut akan menjaga kelangsungan usaha organisasi. Kepemimpinan efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, dalam suatu organisasi kepemimpinan terjadi pada setiap level dan departemen, dengan adanya efektivitas kepemimpinan maka proses kerja dan pencapaian target kerja akan terlaksana dengan baik sehingga akan berdampak pada pencapaian target organisasi.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how to manage risk at the Solok Regency Amil Zakat Agency in identifying risks, analyzing risks and evaluating risks in the Solok Regency BAZNAS. The purpose of this study is to find out the risk management in the collection of zakat and the distribution of zakat in BAZNAS Solok Regency, including to know the constraints in the BAZNAS program of Solok Regency in risk management. The type of research that the author uses (field research) field research with qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique carried out by the author is interviews and documentation obtained from amil in BAZNAS Solok Regency. The results in the field can conclude that Risk Management, starting from the stages of risk assessment, risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation and risk mitigation. Risk Management Research, starting from the stages of risk assessment, risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation and risk mitigation. From these stages, risk identification to risk evaluation obtained 5 possible risks that can interfere with the performance and process of BAZNAS Solok Regency at any time.  The field of zakat collection in Solok regency high risk includes not achieving zakat, Muzakki Dissatisfaction medium risk includes limited access by Muzakki, low risk includes lack of manpower, lack of understanding of zakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is as follows: 1) to find out how much problem loans affect SHU KPN-GA Batipuh 2) to know how big of own capital influence SHU KPN-GA Batipuh 3) to know how big business volume influence SHU KPN -GA Batipuh.This research takes place in the Cooperative Islamic Teacher in Batipuh District Tanah Datar. The data collected are quantitative data from RAT reports of civil Islamic teacher cooperative Batipuh in 2010-2015. Data analysis was done by multiple linear regression method. The result of data analysis is known that the problem loans, own capital and business volume simultaneously have significant effect to the Business Result Residual (SHU) of Cooperative Islamic Teacher Batipuh. The problem of non performing loans has the most dominant effect on the Business Result of Islamic Teacher Cooperative (KPN-GA) Batipuh.Based on the results of the research, it is suggested that there should be handling of non-performing loans, increase business capital and lower interest rates, as it will affect the remaining results of operations.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) To find out the performance of the Batipuh KPN-GA seen from the Liquidity Ratio; 2) To find out the performance of the Batipuh KPN-GA seen from the Solvency Ratio. This study took place in the Cooperative Civil Servants Cooperative in Batipuh Subdistrict, Tanah Datar District. The data collected is quantitative data from the RAT Report of the 2014-2018 Batipuh religion teacher civil service cooperative. This type of research is a quantitative approach. Analysis. The performance results of the Bgapuh State Religion Teachers Cooperative Cooperative are seen from the ratio of liquidity and solvency. The liquidity ratio with the current ratio and Quick ratio is quite good because KPN-GA can meet its short-term obligations. The ratio of Solvency to debt to asset ratio and Net worth to Debt Ratio is quite good because KPN-GA can meet its long-term obligations. Based on the results of the study it is recommended that the KPN-GA improve its performance by maintaining the liquidity and solvency ratios so that the sustainability of the cooperative is maintained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the procedure for granting Murabahah financing used by the Al-Anshari Bukittinggi Syariah Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSPP). Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and library research using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that the procedure for granting Murabahah financing implemented by the Al-Anshari Bukittinggi Syariah Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSPP) can run optimally and in accordance with the planned objectives, especially to encourage the efficiency of financing. The efforts made by KJKS BMT Agam Madani Nagari Batu Palano Agam Regency to keep the financing provided smooth, productive and non-performing is to comply with every management policy in providing financing.
