Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Knowing the concept of combining The Batik Fabric of Sekar Jagad Khas Kudus, Bludru and Brocade with ornate ornaments on Gala Party Clothes to make it look unique and exclusive; (2) Knowing the results of the combination of Batik Sekar Jagad Khas Kudus, Bludru and Brocade Fabrics in Gala Party Clothes. Research with a qualitative approach model with descriptive methods. The subject of the study was the Combination of Batik Sekar Jagad Khas Kudus, Bludru and Brocade Fabrics, while the object of this study was gala party fashion. Data sources are obtained from experiments and data collection through Questionnaires. Collect data using: (1) Questionnaire (Questionnaire); (2) Documentation Data. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis; the researcher seeks to analyze the data obtained related to the subject matter and then describe and make conclusions. Based on the results of the study: (1) Producing a form in the form of a concept, the gala party fashion design drawing consists of a long dress and a long robe, a combination of materials, namely Sekar Jagad Khas Kudus Batik Cloth, Bludru and Brocade, complete with details and accents; (2) Producing a form or fashion work of gala party consisting of a combination of batik fabrics Sekar Jagat khas kudus, bludru, brocade. In gala fashion, sequin ornaments and beads are applied, trimming with Tula Shimmer and Tula Kaku Fabrics, Making shoulder shields from Batik Sekar Jagad Khas Kudus Fabric and Applying long and short stem sequins, crystals, sand, disks and parels on clothes according to the design.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how many students of the Cosmetology Study Program are interested in the Bridal Makeup Practice course at AKS – AKK Yogyakarta. This type of research includes descriptive research because the researcher seeks to describe and interpret the object according to what it is. In this study, the determination of research subjects was determined by sampling techniques. The panelists were 51 people—students of the Cosmetology Study Program in semesters IV and VI. Data was collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Discussions and comments are used to obtain data about the students' learning interests in the Cosmetology Study Program towards the Bridal Makeup practice course. Documentation is used to describe the primary form of students' interest in the Bridal Makeup course when practicing the Bridal Makeup course. The data is analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that groups of students took the bridal makeup practice course because the provisions of the curriculum had to be taken. Some groups are interested in the Bridal Makeup course and already know the system's benefits and can be used as the primary job

Abstract

Yogyakarta is one of Indonesia's various regions with diversity, uniqueness, and excellence, especially in the culinary field. One of the areas with its distinctive culinary is Bantul with "Mie Lethek," which is already known by the general public. In the marketing of Lethek Noodles related to people's buying interest, there are several influential factors, such as promotion, quality, and packaging. The design of this study is to use a quantitative type of research that aims to determine the influence of promotion, quality, and packaging on the interest in buying Lethek Noodles in the community. The population and samples in this study were all consumers who had purchased Lethek Noodle products, which was 40 people determined by accidental sampling techniques. The source of research data is primary data obtained from closed questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results showed that quality and packaging positively and significantly influenced the Buying Interest of Lethek Noodle consumers partially with a Sig. Value of 0.012 and 0.038 while promotion did not have a positive and significant influence on the Buying Interest of Lethek Noodle consumers partially based on the value of Sig. of 0.534. The results of simultaneous regression tests show that Promotion, Quality, and Packaging positively and significantly influence the buying interest of Lethek Noodle consumers together based on the Sig value. of 0.005

Abstract

Penelitianiiniibertujuan untukimengetahui KendalaiMahasiswa Tata Rias AKS-AKK Yogyakarta Dalam Melakukan Praktik Blow Vertical PadaiMata KuliahiPenataan Rambut Dasar. iPopulasi dalamipenelitian iniiadalah mahasiswaisemester IV dan VI Mahasiswa Tata Rias AKS-AKK Yogyakarta sebanyak 313orang.lPengambilan sampelldigunakan teknikltotal sampling, lsehingga jumlah sampellpenelitian adalahl31 orang. Metodelpengumpulan data menggunakanlllembar pengamatan. lAnalisis datallmenggunakan tekniklldeskriptif, uji kesepakatanlpengamat danlpersentase. Hasil penelitianlmenunjukkan bahwalkemampuan penataanlrambut blowlvertical diperolehlrata-rata 48,3ldenganlnilai tertinggil82 dan nilai terendahl53. Thisistudy aimsito determine theiConstraintsiof Yogyakarta AKS-AKK Cosmetology Students in Doing Vertical Blow Practices in Basic Hair Styling Courses. Theipopulation inithisistudy werei31 studentsiin semesteriIV and VIiof Yogyakarta AKS-AKK Cosmetology Students. Sampling useditotallsamplingitechnique, lsoithelnumberiof researchisamples was 31ipeople. Methodsiiof dataliicollectionilusing observation sheets. Dataiianalysis usediidescriptive techniques, iobserver agreement tests andipercentages. The resultsishowedithat theiabilityito style blow vertical hair obtained an average of 48.3 with theihighestiscore of 82 andiithe lowestiscore of 53. Theiresults of observing the overall ability of the hair length indicator obtained a scoreiof 4 and obtained aigood scoreiof 51.6%, for the indicator the dryness level of hair getsia scoreiof 3 and gets a good score of 51.6%, on the result indicator of hair rolls with a blow comb gets a score of 3 and getsia good scoreiof 71%, on the result indicator of hair curls with a roll set gets a scoreiof 2 and getsia sufficient score of 45.2%, the indicator for the position of the hair fall gets aiscore of 2 and gets an adequateiscore of 54.8% and the design indicator gets a score of 1 and gets a less than 64.5%. Basedion theiresults of the average observer per indicator, the lowest average value of all samples is found in indicator 6, namely Design with an averagelscore of 1.57 while the highest score is found in indicator 2, namely the level of hair dryness with an averageiscore of 3 ,49. But overall theiresultsiof theivertical blow hair styling ability obtained by all students are still quite good. Although thereiareiistill manyiobstacles in carryingiout vertical blow practices. Thus, iitican be concludedithat theiability toistyle blow vertical hair on students in semesters IV and VI of Yogyakarta Aks-Akk Cosmetology tends to be sufficient, as many as 21 people, namely 67.74%, although there are still many obstacles. students in doing vertical blow practice.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much interest students have in participating in competency tests in any field the field of Cosmetology. To take the competency test as a personal need to increase knowledge, experience, and skills or as a compulsion because when you graduate, you must already have a competency test certificate sheet. This research is descriptive because it tries to describe and interpret objects as they are. The research subjects were determined by sampling technique. The panelists consisted of 51 make-up students consisting of 24 students in the third semester of make-up and 27 in the fifth semester of make-up. In collecting data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Observations and interviews were used to obtain detailed data about students' interest in the competency test. While documentation is used to describe when students take practical competency tests to make it look real. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there are groups of students who take the competency test as a necessity to add knowledge, insight, skills, and experience for their benefit. Some of the other groups took the competency test because it was a requirement as a requirement for a Diploma Companion Certificate (SKPI).

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the combination of Living Yeast Ulos Fabric with Gorga Motif Batik in the Gala Party Dress design concept, 2) to determine the results of the Combination of Living Yeast Ulos Fabric with Gorga Motif Written Batik on Gala Party Clothing. This type of research is experimental, with the subject of Alive Yeast Ulos Fabric with Gorga Motif Written Batik, Gala Party Dress. Observation method, collecting data by questionnaire and documentation. The research was carried out by creating 3 designs which manifested as 1 design for a gala party dress, then tested for validity with a research instrument in the form of applying design elements through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was carried out using Descriptive Statistical Analysis. The results of this study were (1) The combination of Living Yeast Ulos Fabric with Gorga Motif Written Batik on Gala Party Clothing was successfully created through several stages (a) determining the theme and source of ideas, (b) making the design by applying design elements, (c) validating the design. (2) The embodiment of the gala party dress design. (3) Documentation of the results of the design and the results of the embodiment of the gala dress. The conclusion of the gala dress design that was made was assessed by the panelists, who strongly agreed and agreed, namely in the application of design elements to the results of the Combination of Living Yeast Ulos Fabric with Gorga Motif Written Batik on Gala Party Dresses

Abstract

Competition between online service managers is getting more challenging by providing several uniqueness to the products offered so that consumers are interested in purchasing or using the goods presented. One online company that is quite aggressive is Shopee Food. Consumers today are straightforward to find on the uniform road of Shopee Food drivers on duty or waiting to enter orders. The objectives of this research include testing the influence of service quality, price, trust, satisfaction, and promotion on the decision to use Shopee Food. The sample of this study was 100 people who became Shopee Food customers where they live in Yogyakarta. The results of the respondent's answers will be used to test the constructed hypothesis. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. The data show that price, satisfaction, and promotion significantly influence buying Shopee Food. At the same time, service quality and trust variables are relatively independent of the decision to use Shopee Food.

Abstract

The basic needs of clothing develop every year, especially women's clothing; this is an opportunity for fashion designers. However, making the basic clothing pattern is sometimes challenging to make it so complicated. The author tries to provide a practical and easy way of making basic patterns used as basic guidelines in making fashion patterns. This study aims to (1) determine the application of basic practical patterns in making women's clothing patterns at the Griya Clothing Magelang course, (2) determine the effect of applying basic practical patterns in making women's clothing patterns at the Griya Clothing Magelang course. The research design that the authors use is a class action research design (Classroom Action Research). In this study, 10 participants of the Griya Clothing Magelang course were the respondents. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical techniques, and data collection techniques used field notes and performance assessment sheets. Based on the results of the research, the authors found positive results in the application of basic practical patterns in making women's clothing patterns at the Griya Clothing Magelang course

Abstract

This learning model expresses concretely by involving students to find solutions to problems. This model also provides an opportunity for students to find ideas explicitly, as well as ideas related to the ideas that students have. So that students are encouraged to differentiate and integrate ideas that students already have. The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of the PBL learning method on problem solving abilities in the food quality analysis course. The method used is quasi-experimental. The research design used by giving a pre-test and also a post-test on the sample. This research was conducted in the odd semester of 2022-2023 at the Culinary Arts Study Program. The population in this study were all students in semester III of the 2022-2023 Academic Year of the Culinary Arts Study Program who took the Applied Nutrition course. The research sample was 34 students. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection techniques use tests as the main data. The test in question uses the results of the pre-test and post-test given after learning. The data analysis used is descriptive data analysis, analysis of assumptions testing, gain testing and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there were differences in problem solving abilities between before and after being given the problem based learning method.

Abstract

The purpose of this research: 1) Want to see the suitability of the women's party dress model from batik and lurik fabrics with patchwork techniques.2) Want to see the harmony of colors and motifs of the combination of batik and lurik fabrics in women's party clothes with patchwork techniques. 3) Want to know the total looks of women's party clothing products from batik and lurik fabrics with patchwork techniques. The research method used is the 1) R&D development method, 2) FGD (Focus Group Discussion), 3) Documentation. With the research subject of batik cloth, lurik, and the object of research is the application of patchwork techniques. Analysis of the data used is descriptive interpretive data analysis to describe the data to be obtained in the field related to the subject matter. The results showed that the descriptive results of the level of suitability of the fashion model on the results of the model I test respondents said 42.8% very suitable, 57.1% suitable, the results of the model II test respondents said 57.1% very suitable, 42.8% suitable and the results of the model III test respondents said 57.1% very suitable and 42.8% suitable. The suitability of color and motif combinations in the test results of model I respondents said 57.1% was very compatible, 42.8% matched, the results of model II test respondents said 57.1% was very compatible, 42.8% matched and the results of model III test respondents said 42.8% very compatible, 57.1% agreeable.
