Abstract

The result of this research shows that the karaoke songstyles front stage that the karaoke songwriter in Garut city almost all play the front stage well, which is done like a glamorous, sexy and even open dress, with make-up makeup Thick and even, wearing accessories, using a formal and regular style of language, and attitude and behavior.The back stage of the karaoke songwriter in the city of Garut really plays an intact role, they do not like when on the front stage that cover their situation by actually showing the character of their self Fully naturally and more in good dynamic in the style of language, appearance and style. Impression management of karaoke songwriters in the city of Garut, they do a good impression management to achieve the desired impression in accordance with the goals that want to get by the guitarist before they play the role on the front and back stage by managing the impression such as preparing the setting, clothing , Make-up, language, style and appearance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by PAI learning which is still delivered with an inappropriate method. So that Islamic Religious Education in schools is still limited to a learning routine in the classroom, namely just listening to monotonous lectures, doing assignments (PR), worship practices (prayer, reading the Qur'an and others), which focuses more on the development of intellectual aspects. only (level of knowledge). The purpose of this study is to improve the teacher's ability to make lesson plans (RPP), to know the implementation, learning achievement, and to know the effect of the hiwar qurani method in the field of study of aqidah morals. The method used in this research is classroom action research with the hiwar qurani method. The results showed that the average of the first cycle of the first action was 60.74, the second cycle of the second action was 64.44, the second cycle of the first action was 72.96, and the second cycle of the second action increased to 77.41. Meanwhile, student achievement based on the post test results after using the iwār jadalī method in learning Akidah Akhlak, the average value of the first cycle of the first action was 64.07, the second cycle of the second action was 70.37, the second cycle of the first action was 80.37, and the second cycle of the second action II the second action increased to 86.30. This shows that the hiwar qurani method can improve learning achievement in the field of moral creed.

Abstract

This article was compiled based on research conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Career Development (X1) and Incentives (X2) variables on Employee Job Satisfaction. The population of this study were all 45 employees of the Administrative Section (TU) in the Gugua District Junior High School with a sampling technique using a saturated sampling technique. Collecting data using a survey with a questionnaire tool distributed to the research respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing which includes t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the research that has been carried out are known that the Career Development variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. While the Incentive variable has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Gel preparations are good topical treatments for inflammation. Aloe Vera (Aloe Vera) can be used topically to treat wounds in the form of a gel dosage because it contains mannose-6-phosphate and polysaccharides which function as wound medicine. To obtain the optimum formulation for Aloe Vera gel (Aloe Vera L.) and its effectiveness as a wound medicine in tested animals. Aloe Vera activity as wound healing formulated as a gel preparation for Aloe Vera (Aloe Vera L.) showed that it was able to reduce the size of the burn area on a 5% Na-CMC basis. The Na-CMC based gel formulation had a better speed than the Karbopol-based gel formulation in healing burns.

Abstract

Learning activities are very influential on the achievement of learning objectives. One of the lessons taught to students is learning mathematics. Viewed from the perspective of students, mathematics is a difficult material where students have to memorize formulas and count, but with the right and appropriate learning model, students are expected to be able to understand, analyze, and solve problems related to mathematics appropriately through critical thinking. Critical thinking is a process involving personal experience, training, or abilities accompanied by decision making to explain information or a truth that can be implemented in the learning process by using a model that is something with a mathematical character, the PBL model can be in the learning process related to problems. and decision making so that it relates to critical thinking. The research subjects in this study were fourth grade students at Kebondalem Mojosari Elementary School. The instrument used in this study was a test question sheet.

Abstract

The research, entitled "Student Responses to Learning with Problem Based Learning Methods or Not Using PBL" raises the issue of how students respond to the use of Problem Based Learning models in the Thematic lessons of Elementary School. This study aims to measure the level of student response to thematic subjects using the PBL model at SDN Mojosari. The subjects in this study were grade 4 students at SDN Mojosari, the object of this study was the student's response to the use of the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model at SDN Mojosari. In this study, it is discussed about the PBL learning process that educators or teachers must use to change the learning environment unlike in general. Based on the research data, it shows that the use of the PBL ( Problem Based Learning) model is very appropriate when applied in the Thematic learning of Elementary School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the teacher's ability to make HOTS (High Order Thinking SKills) type questions for mathematics lessons. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. . Data collection with documentation and interview techniques. The data were analyzed by comparing Bloom's Taxonomy and the criteria for HOTS questions, starting with the data reduction stage, presenting the data and ending with drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using source triagulation. The results showed that the percentage of HOTS questions did not meet the criteria of 12% and 60% of LOST questions. In addition, the obstacles faced by teachers are limited time, not understanding in finding and matching KKO (Kata Kerja Operational), sometimes inappropriate selection of KD (Kompetensi Dasar), lack of socialization, still making questions with the same model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of illustrated story media to students' reading interest. This research is motivated by the low interest in reading in elementary school students, especially in lower grade students. Reading needs to be instilled from an early age in lower grade students. Teachers have an important role in the reading process, therefore teachers need to design interesting reading lessons for students. One of them is by using learning media. The right learning media for the reading process is picture story media. Picture story media can attract students' attention and interest in reading. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that illustrated story media can increase the reading interest of third grade elementary school students.

Abstract

The development of science and technology in the current era of globalization causes the need for paper to continue to increase every year. The main raw material for making paper is cellulose, which is derived from wood. It is estimated that 70% of the raw material needed for pulp and paper production comes from natural forests. The increasing demand for pulp and paper production capacity means more and more illegal logging of trees through illegal practices by exploiting natural forests so that it can cause damage. This has a negative impact on the sustainability of forest resources and threatens the living things in it. In order to reduce these negative impacts, alternative raw materials are needed in paper making. Renewable raw materials that canreplace the role of wood in paper making are matoa skin waste and tea dregs. Matoa fruit peel has potential as a substitute for paper making because it has a high cellulose content of about 50%, while the cellulose content in tea pulp is around 37%. This study consisted of 3 treatments, namely P1 (50 grams of matoa skin + 50 grams of tea dregs + NaOH 2.5%), P2 (50 grams of matoa skin + 50 grams of tea pulp + NaOH 3.0%), P3 (50 grams of peels matoa + 50 grams of tea dregs + NaOH 3.5%). This study consisted of 5 test parameters, namely, water content, cellulose content, lignin content, tensile strength, and tearing power.

Abstract

The rapid development of digitalization means cloud computing technology is playing an increasingly important role as a business driver. This is indicated by the number of companies turning to digitizing their businesses and expanding the cloud to various business sectors ranging from manufacturing, finance, and services. The need for a business for cloud computing products has made many cloud computing companies appear in Indonesia. The presence of cloud computing companies today creates increasingly fierce competition in the computing business. In capturing the market, these computing business actors use various strategies to increase their company's market share. This study reviews the analysis of marketing communication strategies at the launch of the Raya cloud product at PT Wowrack Indonesia. PT Wowrack Indonesia is an information technology company that continues to compete in the midst of rampant business digitalization, so in 2020 Wowrack launched a new service product, Cloud Raya, using a marketing communication strategy through the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) program. This study uses a mixed-method approach based on the conceptual framework of integrated marketing communication, marketing communication mix, and traditional response hierarchies. The results of the study indicate that the application of integrated marketing communication to new products is expected to get a positive response and good effectiveness in attention, interest, desire, and action towards a new service product.
