Abstract

The textbook has important role in the teaching and learning process. But, thetextbook has shortage and can mislead who learn this book if not prepared properly. Andthis phenomenon make evaluation of the textbook has important role in the teaching andlearning process.And the researcher found that some modern boarding school has been using thisbook "Durus al-Lughah al-Arabiyah" wich written by K.H. Imam Zarkasyi and K.H. ImamSubani. With this, the researcher want to do research about evaluation of the textbook"Durus al-Lughah al-Arabiyah" that used in modern boarding school Darussalam GontorPonorogo. And the researcher want to know the suitability of this book with the basicsof writing a good textbook in terms of the appearance and contents. And the approachused by the researchers is quantitative approach.After the researcher describe the data and then analyze it, the researcher foundsome result of this research about evaluation of the textbook "Durus al-Lughah al-Arabiyah",while the results are as follows: 1) In terms of appearance, the textbook "Durusal-Lughoh al-Arabiyah" has reached a good value. 2) In terms of content, the textbook"Durus al-Lughah al-Arabiyah" has reached a good value. However, this textbook is stillin need of improvement in terms of the appearance and the content, so that it can reachto the excellent value.

Abstract

Translation is the communication of meaning from one language (the source) to another language (the target). Translation refers to written information, whereas interpretation refers to spoken information.The purpose of translation is to convey the original tone and intent of a message,taking into account cultural and regional differences between source and target languages.Translation is very necessary to get information from any resources in foreignlanguages. Therefore, translation is the way of the translator who has the ability to understand the method and the process to establish the information from foreign language.Lisan Arabi for translation, one of the language publishers, endeavors to be an inner cicle for learners and advisor of translation. The aim of this program is to produce the good translation that is able to be published and distributed to academics and scholars.

Abstract

In the process of learning teaching the most important aspects of it is classroom management. Classroom management must be mastered by teachers in a theoretical and practical way. Teachers should understand how to organize and utilize all the facilities and infrastructure in the learning process to learn effectively and in fun. Sitting formation Setup is one of the most enjoyable and effective class management components because it can involve all students and teachers more able to know and understand the ability of pupils with all the advantages and disadvantages. Various seating models with all advantages and disadvantages can be tested to maximize the utilization of school facilities and infrastructure and motivate students in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Analysis of gender perspectives in the textbook al-Arabiyah Baina Yadaik is very important to identify how much gender bias is contained in the textbook. This type of research is library research and includes descriptive qualitative research. This study uses Milles and Huberman's interactive analysis techniques. The gender bias found in the textbook al-Arabiyah Baina Yadaik volumes 1 and 2 by the Arabiyah li al-Jami' Team (Abd al-Rahman ibn Ibrahim al-Fauzan, et al) has an average of 62.5% (high category) reviewed from the display of images and 51.26% (medium category) in terms of sentence descriptions so that al-Arabiyah Baina Yadaik volumes 1 and 2 can be included as gender biased textbooks.

Abstract

Language skills are abilities that can be possessed by every human being. This ability can be obtained in several ways and methods for foreign language learning. However, the best way or method of language learning, the best way is by the language acquisition method, because the method makes students learn language skills unconsciously, and this condition can instill language skills in a person well, more than normal learning conditions. Furthermore, every human being born has been equipped with a Language Acquisition Device that will greatly assist a person's development in mastering certain languages. In this paper, several theories and hypotheses are also mentioned about the ways, processes and results of language acquisition done by someone.
