Arus Jurnal Pendidikan atau di singkat dengan (Ajup) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang memuat artikel-artikel hasil-hasil penelitian, kajian literatur, review buku pada bidang pendidikan secara umum, pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan masalah pendidikan baik siswa, guru, sekolah. selain itu, media, metode, model pembelajaran sampai kepada penilaian dan evaluasi pendidikan. Arus Jurnal Pendidikan (Ajup) terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember.

<![CDATA[Early adulthood is generally the stage of starting to like the opposite sex and committing to marriage. The desire to form a relationship with the opposite sex takes place with a relationship called dating. However, in the process of dating, things often happen that make couples uncomfortable with their partners and interfere or are often called toxic relationships. This study aims to determine the relationship between the hope of maintaining a relationship and the tendency of toxic relationships in women who are dating. The participants in this study were 461 women aged 18-25 years. The measuring instruments used in this study are adult hope scale and toxic relationship scale. The data analysis used in this study is spearman rank correlation which is processed using SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the hope of maintaining a relationship and the tendency of toxic relationships in women who are dating. The significance value (p = 0.000) and the Spearman rank correlation (r = -0.494) indicate that there is a negative relationship between the variable hope of maintaining the relationship and the tendency of toxic relationships in women who are dating. This means that women who have high hopes of maintaining a relationship have a low level of toxic relationship tendencies when dating. Vice versa, if the hope of maintaining the relationship is low, the tendency of toxic relationships when dating is high. The implication in this study is to recommend to women aged 18-25 years, especially those who are in a dating relationship in order to avoid toxic relationships.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: his research was conducted to see whether there is a relationship between Self Image and Fear Of Missing Out on Facebook user students at Tama Jagakarsa University. The Self Image variable is measured by the Self Image Scale created by Jersild (2012) and the Fear Of Missing Out variable is measured by the Fear Of Missing Out Scale created by Przybylski, Murayama, Denhaan and Gladwell (2013). This study involved 150 student subjects using Facebook at Tama Jagakarsa University using incidental sampling techniques. This study uses the Pearson Product Moment analysis method with the help of the SPSS application version 20.0 for Windows. The results showed that there was a significant relationship in a negative direction between Self Image and Fear Of Missing Out on Facebook user students at Tama Jagakarsa University.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' educational level and learning discipline on student achievement. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all fourth grade students at SD Negeri Lalonggaluku, totaling 45 students. The sample for this study used a total population of 24 students in class IV-A and 21 students in class IV-B. The research data was collected through the questionnaire method. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 25 for Windows program. The results of the regression analysis obtained R Square 0.516, this means that the variable level of parental education (X1) and student learning discipline (X2) has an influence of 51.6% on student achievement (Y). Variable X1 gave an effective contribution (SE) of 2.77% and variable X2 of 48.83%, so it was concluded that the educational level of parents and student learning discipline had a positive effect on increasing student achievement in class IV SD Negeri Lalonggaluku.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between conformity with consumptive behavior in online fashion purchases in career women. The study used two scales, namely the conformity scale based on aspects of conformity is proposed by Myers (2010) is Informational Influence and Normative Influence and the consumptive behavior scale based on behavioral aspects proposed by Engel, Blackwell, and Miniard (2005) is Impulsive Buying, Non-rational Buying and Wasteful Buying. The subjects of this study were 95 career women and the sampling technique used is saturation sampling. then analyzing the data using simple linear regression using the SPSS application version 25.0 for Windows. The results of the study prove that there is a significant positif relationship between conformity with consumptive behavior in in online fashion purchases in career women with the coefficient results showing of siginificance 0.000 (<0.05) with result r= 0.544.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to see whether the effect of happiness at work on the performance of employees at PT. Yupi Bogor. The variable Happiness at Work is measured by the Happiness at Work (HAW) scale compiled by Fisher (2010) based on the aspects of happiness at work put forward by Fisher (2010), namely job satisfaction, organizational commitment), and work engagement. and Employee Performance is measured by the employee performance scale compiled by Mathis and Jackson (2006) based on the aspects of employee performance put forward by Mathis and Jackson (2006), namely quantity, quality, punctuality, absence and ability to cooperate. This research involved 95 employees of PT. Yupi Bogor using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique, then analyzing the data using simple linear regression using the SPSS application version 20.0 for Windows. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of happiness at work on employee performance with a contribution of 50.1% of happiness at work on employee performance]]>

<![CDATA[Pada praktik merdeka belajar, kecerdasan majemuk siswa sangat berperan dalam menentukan tingkat keberhasilan belajar siswa. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelibatan kecerdasan majemuk dalam pembelajaran menunjukkan perkembangan atau peningkatan potensi siswa secara signifikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 80 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tambelang yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi menggunakan rumus product moment pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (Sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Besarnya kontribusi (sumbangsih) variabel kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial sebesar 27,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72,1% dipengaruhi faktor lainnya. Pengaruh variabel kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa memiliki pengaruh yang berbanding lurus, artinya semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional yang dimiliki siswa, maka semakin tinggi hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah kecerdasan emosional siswa maka semakin rendah hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[Human resources are one element of the company and have a very important role in activities within the company. The important thing in human resource management is about employee performance One of the factors that affect performance is motivation. The higher the motivation, the higher the performance of the employees. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja DKI Jakarta Branch. This study used quantitative methods. With a total sample of 81 employees of PT. Jasa Raharja DKI Jakarta Branch. The scale used for employee performance theory of Mathis & Jackson (2006) is quality of work, quantity, punctuality, absenteeism, ability to work together. While the scale for work motivation uses theories from Herzbeg (2008), namely motivator factors and hygiene factors. The data collection method uses scale and sample selection with the type of Non probality sampling with total sampling techniques. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis. Data processing is done using the program SPSS Version 26.0 for windows. The result of the correlation or relationship value (r) is 0.451. Based on the analysis that has been done, it is known that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results showed that there was a significant influence that was highly correlated and had a positive relationship between work motivation and employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of work stres of Police Members increases over time, many Police Members are unable to control work stres. Work stres is thought to be due to emotional intelligence and social support. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between emotional intelligence and social support on work stres in members of the Criminal Investigation at Police Headquarters. This research is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression methods in making decisions about the influence between free varibaels on dependent variables. Sampling in this study used a krejcie table. The results of the study showed the effect between emotional intelligence and social support on work stres in members of the Criminal Investigation at Police Headquarters. The influence is significant but negative. This means that the better the emotional intelligence and social support of police members, the lower the level of work stres.]]>
