Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Leadership Influence, intrinsic motivation and social support on the organizational commitment of the Study at the Sleman Regency Social Service. This study uses a nonprobability sampling technique using a saturated sampling method. The population for this study were employees of the Sleman Regency Social Service. The sample used was 50 respondents. The test instruments used in this study were validity and reliability tests. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that service leadership had a positive effect on organizational commitment, intrinsic motivation had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and social support had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction on employee productivity, the employess of Titik Terang Konveksi Yogyakarta. The population in this study amounted to 45 employees. The sample of this study used the census method, so the research sample was determined as many as 45 employees covering all employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through a research questionnaire that had been filled in by the respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of the test instrument spss version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on work productivity, there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on work productivity, there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on work productivity. And with the results of the f test (Goodness of fit) states that organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work productivity the employess of Titik Terang Konveksi Yogyakarta Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Word Productivity

Abstract

this study aims to determine how the level of organizational culture and motivation on job satisfaction in Tulung Klaten sub-district. The research model used is a quantitative descriptive research model, which means that the sample is taken based on a certain number in a population. In this study the population used is the entire population. There are 50 staff in the Tulung Klaten sub-district. The sample used is also 50 respondents consisting of echelon officials to administrative staff in the Tulung sub-district. The data processing method used is the SPSS version 23 application.The data used are multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, determination coefficient test and simultaneous f test. The results of this study state that there is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction of Employees of Tulung Klaten District, There is no significant effect on Motivation And Job Satisfaction of Employees of Tulung Klaten District and Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture and Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Employees of Tulung Klaten Subdistrict Keywords : Organizational Culture, Motivation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, compensation, organizational culture and work motivation on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Indo Metro Surya Andola Metro City. By distributing questionnaires in the form of questions about emotional intelligence, compensation, organizational culture and work motivation on organizational commitment. then processed with SPSS 21 with the classical assumption test approach with the methods of normality, linearity, homogeneity. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, F test, determination to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, compensation, organizational culture and work motivation on organizational commitment of employees of PT. Indo Metro Surya Andola. The results of the partial study show that simultaneously emotional intelligence, compensation, organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Abstract

ABSTRACT Rindu Famelia Sari, 2021. "The Influence of Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Work Period on Employee Performance at the Santa Clara Cooperative, Central Lampung". Thesis Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business. University of Muhammadiyah Metro. Supervisor (1) H. Suwarto, S.E., M.M. Supervisor (2) Nani Septiana, S.E., M.M. Santa Clara Cooperative Central Lampung is a business entity engaged in finance. In its operational activities, it requires workers who are competent, experienced in their fields, and have a commitment to their work. Therefore, it is very important to improve human resource management in an organization. Factors that affect employee performance are work environment factors, work motivation, and years of service. The formulation of the problem in this study are 1) Is there an influence between the work environment on employee performance? 2) Is there any influence between work motivation on employee performance? 3) Is there any influence between tenure on employee performance? 4) Is there any influence between work environment, work motivation, and tenure together on employee performance? This research was conducted at the Santa Clara Cooperative, Central Lampung, with a sampling technique using solvin to 41 respondents, namely employees at the Santa Clara Cooperative Lampung. By distributing questionnaires in the form of questions about the Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Work Period on Employee Performance. Then processed with SPSS version 21 with the classical assumption test approach with the methods of normality, linearity, homogeneity. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis, partial test, F test, determination to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and tenure on employee performance of the Santa Clara Cooperative, Central Lampung. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of the work environment on the performance of the Santa Clara Cooperative employees, the work environment is used for the process of improving the work atmosphere so that it is well established between employees at work. There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Santa Clara Cooperative, by providing work motivation to employees, employee performance will increase and be better. There is a positive and significant effect of tenure on employee performance, tenure is how long it takes to work to improve abilities and skills at work. Suryadi, S.E., M.M.This study aims partially to find out 1) whether work placement affects employee performance, 2) whether work motivation affects employee performance, 3) whether job training affects employee performance. 4) whether the work environment has an effect on employee performance. 5) simultaneously whether work placement, work motivation, job training and work environment affect employee performance.Types of quantitative research. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, meaning that the sampling technique is used when all members of the population are used as samples. Another term for saturated sampling is census, where the sampling is all 33 staff members of the Umpu Semenguk sub-district, while the data collection techniques used are questionnaires, validity tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and multiple linear regression tests with conclusions drawn through partial t test and simultaneous F test.The conclusion of this research is that partially work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Umpu Semenguk District Office. Work motivation has no effect and is not significant on employee performance at the Umpu Semenguk District Office. Job training that has no effect and is not significant on employee performance at the Umpu Semenguk District Office. The work environment has no effect and is not significant on the performance of employees at the Umpu Semenguk District Office. Istilah lain dari sampling jenuh adalah sensus, dimana pengambilan sampel adalah semua staf pegawai kecamatan umpu semenguk yang berjumlah 33 orang, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, uji validitas, uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji regresi linier berganda dengan penarikan kesimpulan melalui uji parsial t dan uji simultan F.Kesimpulan dari riset ini bahwa secara parsial Penempatan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Umpu Semenguk. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Umpu Semenguk. Pelatihan kerja yang tidak mempunyai pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Umpu Semenguk. Lingkungan kerja yang tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Umpu Semenguk. Secara bersama-sama variabel penempatan kerja, motivasi kerja, pelatihan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Abstract

Berkembangnya bisnis kuliner sangat bergantungpada kunjungan dari pada konsumen, sehingga upaya untuk menarik minat konsumen untuk berkunjung merupakan salah satu strategi pemasaran yang sangat penting dalam dunia bisnis kuliner saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Service Scape, Reliability dan Responsiveness Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Bejo’s Café Kota Metro.Desain penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan explanatory survey. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Service Scape, Reliability, Responsivenes, dan Kepuasan Konsumen. Kegiatan penelitian di Bejo’s Café Kota Metro. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisa kualitas data dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara partial Service Scape, Reliability, dan Responsivenesberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Secara simultan Service Scape, Reliability dan Responsivenes juga berengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

Abstrak Sebagai upaya peningkatan volume penjualan beberapa upaya yang diterapakan oleh perusahaan diantaranya yaitu menentukan tingkat harga yang rasional, menyediakan jalur distribusi yang baik dan melakukan promosi untuk meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, distribusi dan promosi terhadap volume penjualan motor Honda Beat pada PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Tulang Bawang Barat.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory survey. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian adalah harga, distribusi, promosi dan volume penjualan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan mengenai harga produk, biaya promosi dan biaya distribusi di PT. Tunas DwipaMatra Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat tahun 2019-2020. Pengumpulan data teknik dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisa kualitas data dan analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara partial distribusi dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, sedangkan harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan. Secara simultan harga, distribusi dan promosi secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Berdasarkan angka coefisiensi dan nilai thitung dapat diketahui bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan adalah faktor distribusi

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To determine the stock return and risk by using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method in determining investment decisions in stocks of the food and beverages sub-sector for the period 2017-2019 and (2) to determine the feasibility level of shares of issuers in the food and beverages sub-sector listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. So that the selected sample of 13 companies. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Based on the results of data analysis there is a non-linear relationship between systematic risk (Beta) and the expected rate of return (E(Ri)). Example: CEKA stock has the highest beta of 1.113 and has the lowest E(Ri) of 0.00020268. (2) There is 1 share that has the feasibility as an investment facility, namely CEKA shares. CEKA's shares have Ri greater than [E(Ri)] or [Ri > E(Ri)]. The investor's decision that must be taken by the investor is to buy the shares. Meanwhile, the 12 company shares that were included in the unqualified category were AISA, ALTO, CEKA, DLTA, ICBP, INDF, MLBI, MYOR, ROTI, SKBM, SKLT, STTP, and ULTJ shares. These stocks have Ri smaller than E(Ri) or [Ri < E(Ri)]. The investment decision that must be taken by investors is to sell the shares before the price drops.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation, training, and giving rewards on employee satisfaction. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The object of this research is PT. ATM (Between the Power Independent) Metro, population as much as 40 respondent Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires Data analysis techniques using SPSS 22 include test instrument requirements test requirements analysis, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study indicate that the variables of leadership, work motivation, training and giving rewards have a significant and significant effect on employee satisfaction, work motivation variable and significant effect on employee performance, training variable and significant effect on employee performance, and the variable giving of rewards has a significant and significant effect on employee satisfaction. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of leadership, work motivation, leadership style and giving of rewards has a significant and significant effect on employee performance.
