<![CDATA[Leadership is the most important factor in supporting the achievement of school organizational goals. The success of the school principal in managing the office, managing school infrastructure, fostering teachers, or managing other school activities is largely determined by the leadership of the school principal. If the principal can mobilize, guide and direct members appropriately, all activities in the school organization will be carried out effectively. On that basis, the researchers conducted research on the implementation of school principal leadership to improve human resources at Public Alementary school Glagaharum, Sidoarjo Regency. The approach in this study was qualitative research. In this study the issues raised were activities related to the leadership of the principal to increase human resources carried out by Public Alementary school Glagaharum, and for good principal leadership can make members trust, loyal, and motivated to carry out organizational tasks effectively. optimal. <![CDATA[The difficulty experienced by the head of PAUD al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman in disciplining teachers and motivating them to comply with the foundation's policies is a problem that must be immediately found a solution. This research uses a qualitative approach, data sources obtained through interviews through zoom applications, documentation, and observation. This article found that PAUD al Ashriyyah Principal Nurul Iman in improving teacher discipline used autocratic style to be the dominant style, not seen other styles played by principals in the leadership model. The principal in improving the work discipline of his teachers does not always run smoothly, the obstacles and obstacles faced include that there are still a few teachers who are late in entering the classroom so that they need very strict supervision and guidance in terms of monitoring during learning hours, besides that there are other teachers in making learning tools so that there needs to be action in giving their assignments, So the principal needs to tell what, how the task in detail should be done. To improve discipline in PAUD al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman, the principal does not play only one leadership style, but uses a democratic leadership style where employees or teachers have high work motivation and high competence abilities, or participatory leadership styles if teachers have low work motivation but high competence abilities]]>

<![CDATA[Students' mathematical representation ability from the point of view of learning styles, we can see that learning styles play an important role in how students absorb mathematical information. The visual learning style involves using pictures, diagrams and other visual representations to understand math concepts. The auditory learning style involves a preference for listening to oral explanations or participating in discussions. Meanwhile, the kinesthetic learning style involves physical movement to gain an understanding of mathematics. This study aims to determine: 1) the representational ability of students who have a visual learning style, 2) the representational ability of students who have a kinesthetic learning style, 3) the representational ability of students who have an auditory learning style. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods to determine the ability of mathematical representation which has a learning style for each student in class VII-F SMP Negeri 2 Kuningan. Data were collected through learning style questionnaires, representation ability tests and interviews with students. The results of the learning style questionnaire for the majority of students have a rich visual learning of 42%, kinesthetic 30% and auditory 28%. The results of the representation ability test showed that students with visual learning styles had high mathematical representation abilities, while the majority of students with auditory and kinesthetic learning styles were categorized as moderate. Interviews with students revealed that learning understanding can be understood by means of their learning styles. However, teachers face obstacles in choosing learning models that suit students' learning styles and need to understand individual learning needs. Students' activities in learning mathematics also still need to be improved, especially in the ability to discuss, conclude, and make summaries. Therefore, further efforts are needed to pay attention to differences in student abilities and develop appropriate strategies to increase student interaction and participation in learning mathematics.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the education curriculum in Indonesia, particularly the 2021 Merdeka Curriculum, focuses on instilling character education through P5 (Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Project). However, students still face difficulties in understanding mathematics, particularly mathematical representation. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method to evaluate the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in enhancing mathematical representation skills in Grade VII-B at SMP Negeri 2 Cibeureum. Data is collected through observations, tests on mathematical representation abilities, and student interviews. The findings indicate that most students possess moderate mathematical representation skills, with the Merdeka Curriculum playing a vital role in enhancing these skills through active interactions. Students with lower proficiency require a deeper approach and social support. Interviews reveal positive changes in the learning process, yet as per the observational results, some students remain inactive in the learning process. The full objectives of the Merdeka Curriculum have not been entirely achieved. The teacher interview results reveal implementation barriers, such as selecting teaching models that match students' learning styles. Teachers strive to overcome these barriers through reflection, discussions with colleagues, and the creation of more engaging teaching models.]]>

<![CDATA[Education is a place for humans to acquire knowledge in developing and changing mindsets in a better direction that is obtained in formal or non-formal education and with the aim of humanizing humans. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the principal’s supervision in improving teacher discipline at UPTD SDN 089 Panyabungan. The location and place of this research is UPTD SDN 089 Panyabungan, which is located on Jl. Syekh Abdul Fattah Al-Mandily, Village of Kota Siantar, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regenci, Nort Sumatera Province. This study uses a qualitative apporoach with the techniques used in data collection, namely observation, interviews dan documentation. The results of the study are that teacher discipline is a person’s behavior as an educator and mentor which is carried out in accordance with applicable rules and norms. The principal has an important role in improving teacher discipline and what the principal does is by carrying out his function as a supervisor. As for the implementation of supervising the school principal in improving teacher discipline at the UPTD SDN 089 Panyabungan namely, planning, carrying out supervision, evaluating the results of supervision and making improvements.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to describe the success of flipped classroom using Moodle to increase students’ creative thinking abilities in view of learning styles. This study used quasi-experiment non-equivalent control group design with the participants consisted of 72 students of SMA Negeri 1 Ciawigebang in the academic year of 2022/2023 who 36 XD students as the experimental group and 36 XC students as the control group. The instruments used were tests and questionnaires. The results of data analysis with significance level of 5% revealed that on the learning model factors obtained values 0.012 < 0.05 with the conclusion that there were differences in the ability to think creatively between students who are given flipped classroom using Moodle and conventional learning. N-Gain score in the experimental class is 0.6153 while the control class is 0.3803. Hypothesis testing on learning style factors has value 0.766 > 0.05 with the conclusion that there were no differences in the ability to think creatively between students with visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. Interaction diagrams shows that visual students are better suited to learning with flipped classroom using Moodle models and auditory students are better suited to learning with conventional models]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this study is the low ability of students' mathematical connections. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning model based on Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (STEM) on students' mathematical connection abilities. The method used in this study was quasi-experimental with the non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design chosen. This research was conducted at Kuningan 3 Public Middle School in May 2023. The sample was taken by purposive sampling consisting of class VIII B (Experimental Class) and class VIII A (Control Class). The number of students in both classes is the same, namely 30 students, a total sample of 60 students. The results of hypothesis testing on the results of the posttest data concluded that there were differences in students' mathematical connection abilities after the STEM-based Problem Based Learning model was applied to the experimental class and conventional models to the control class. There was a significant increase in students' mathematical connection abilities in the experimental group compared to students' mathematical connection abilities in the control group. Student responses to the STEM-based problem-based learning model in the experimental class received a positive response with a very high interpretation of the questionnaire results, namely 79%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the topic of the study of mathematical modeling by highlighting publications on Google Scholar from 1951 to 2022. This study uses the Google Scholar citation database for 71 years to collect articles. The keyword used in this research is "mathematical modeling" with a filter of English documents. Simple statistical methods were used, and bibliometric analysis was performed using Publish or Perish and Vos-viewer software. This study visualizes the co-occurrence patterns of keywords and citations. This study reveals a significant research trend in the field of mathematical modeling from 71 years ago. Based on the visualization of the large cluster network map which includes mathematical modeling concepts, it is known that the health sector is dominant as the background for its presence. Study of the topic of mathematical modeling still revolves around theoretical developments, economics, industry and environment. However, there has been no study of mathematical modeling in the social and cultural fields. This research used descriptive qualitative method in ethnography type, which means study research based on the whole culture.
