Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem rekrutmen dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan kriya PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian meliputi karyawan kriya periode Januari 2018 sampai dengan Juli 2019 sebanyak 110 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Statistik deskriptif sedangkan Metode Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS (Partial Least Square) menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.0.m3. Lokasi penelitian berada di Wisma Mandiri 1 Jl. MH Thamrin No.5 Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel adalah Total Sampling, yaitu pengambilan anggota sampel dari seluruh populasi yang ada.Jumlah sampel adalah 110 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sistem Rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pelatihan. Pelatihan berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kriya. Sedangkan pengujian secara simultan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Rekrutmen dan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Gaya Hidup Hedonis Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepatu Olahraga Adidas Pada Mahasiswa FEB Universitas Mercu Buana Cabang Jatisampurna Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga buah istrumen, yaitu instrumen Citra Merek (X1), Gaya Hidup Hedonis (X2) dan Keputusan Pembelian (Y).Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Kuesioner merupakan instrumen utama untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Analisis penelitian menggunakan SEM. Temuan penelitian ini adalah Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Gaya Hidup Hedonis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Citra Merek dan Gaya Hidup Hedonis secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Untuk mempertahankan usaha Adidas tentunya harus lebih memperhatikan kualitas yang ditawarkan kepada pelanggan sehingga Citra Merek tetap menjadi pilihan konsumen untuk memenuhi Gaya Hidup Hedonis sehingga tercipta adanya Keputusan Pembelian.

The key to achieving regional development goals is the existence of human resources. This study analyzes the role of technology and tax distribution in improving the progress on human development in all provinces of Indonesia in 2015-2019.This research uses panel data regression static. In this research, there is a positive influence from technology in improving human development. These conditions indicate that the appropriate use of technology by the community can encourage the improvement of human quality resources. Other findings there is a positive influence from tax distribution in improving human development The performance of tax revenues and financing needs that are getting better and on a target in the economy can improve the quality of human development.

Export is an example of international trade activity. The growth of a country can be influenced by the rise and fall of the value of exports. In the long term, export activities will foster domestic industry which in time will increase economic growth through additional foreign exchange as a result of export activities. This study analyzes the influence of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Inflation, and the Official Exchange Rate on the value of exports in Indonesia during the period 1990-2019. This study uses time series data from 1990-2019. The method used is the Error Correction Model (ECM) which aims to determine the existence of long-term and short-term relationships that occur in each variable. The results show that FDI has an effect and is significant on the value of exports in the long run. Meanwhile, Inflation and the Official Exchange Rate have a significant and significant effect on the value of exports, both in the short and long term.

The study aims to determine the financial performance of rural banks in the Magelang district based on aspects of minimum capital adequacy, asset quality, profitability and liquidity. The data collection techniques used are secondary data techniques and the documentation of financial statements. The data analysis method used is the descriptive method. The results of this study show that the state of the annual financial statements of BPRs in the Magelang Regency area has not yet been able to meet Bank Indonesia's 5 ratio standard, which can be described as healthy.

This study aims to see whether there are differences in performance between salespeople at PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Magelang from a gender perspective. The population of this study was 306 salespeople consisting of 214 males and 92 females. The analysis of this research is seen from the difference in average, highest sales, and standard deviation of sales for each gender. The results showed that the average sales showed the differences between male and female salespeople. From the highest sales, it shows the dominance of female salespeople from the number of individual sales. The standard deviation describes the distribution of the average sales. This study shows that female salespeople have a more unequal distribution than male salespeople. The dominance of male salespeople in terms of numbers did not make sales performance increase drastically. Female salespeople dominate on average and from maximum sales in a few months. These results indicate that there are differences in performance between male and female salespeople.

Employee performance is a component to measure the success of employees in carrying out the work. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and leadership style on employee performance at the Department of Communication and Information, Purworejo Regency. The population in this study were employees at the Communication and Information Office of Purworejo Regency with a sample of 30 people whose data could be through questionnaires and then processed using multiple linear regression data analysis methods on SPSS type 23 software to measure the effect of work environment, work motivation, and leadership style on employee performance in the Department of Communication and Information Purworejo Regency. Based on linear regression analysis, it is known that Work Environment (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Leadership Style (X3) have no significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a sig. more than 0.05 and testing (R) 0.273 and coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.075 with the results of the value of the regression coefficient on the Work Environment variable (X1) of 0.168 stating that every 1% of the value of the work environment, will improve performance 16.8 %. The value of the regression coefficient on the Work Motivation variable (X2) of -0.49 means that every 1% of the value of Work Motivation, will reduce performance by 4.9%. The value of the regression coefficient on the Leadership Style (X3) variable is -0.116 which means that every 1% the performance value will decrease by -1.16%.

Capital structure is a comparison between long-term debt to the company's capital. Every company aims to maximize the value of the company with the aim of maximizing the value of the company. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between corporate debt on the company's performance on the IDX for five years. The independent variables in this study are Short term debt (STDA), Long term debt (LTDA), and Sales Growth (SG) while the dependent variables are Return on assets (ROA) and Net profit margin (NPM). This study uses small square regression and fixed and random effects models to analyze a cross-sectional sample of the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016 - 2020 with a sample size of 19 companies. The results of the study will discuss whether short and Long term debt has an effect on company performance and whether Sales Growth has an effect on company performance.

Employees or employees are the main resource of a company because employees are the determining factor in achieving company goals through employee performance. There were many factors that influenced employee performance in this study, and the factors analyzed were leadership, motivation, communication, and employee performance. In order to improve employee knowledge and skills, one of the efforts made by the company is to maximize education, empowerment, service orientation, appreciation and training of its employees. If one of them is not fulfilled, there will be problems and the impact is mismanagement and company losses. The results showed that some leadership variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the research area, organizational culture has proven to be a moderator between leadership and employee performance at the SUMUT Aksara Bank Branch.

PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk or commonly referred to as TELKOM is a state-owned company engaged in telecommunications and network services in the territory of Indonesia. As a state-owned company whose shares are traded on the stock exchange, the majority shareholder of the company is the Government of the Republic of Indonesia while the rest is controlled by the public. The largest state-owned TIMES (Telecommunication, Information, Media, Education and Service) business provider company in Indonesia, which is a more complete business portfolio following the changing trends of global business in the future. This study aims to determine how to improve products and services on customer decisions at PT Telkom Access Medan. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method by calculating the number of consumer responses using a questionnaire. This case describes consumers at PT. Tekom Access Medan which requires attention and service to its customers, both in terms of product quality and service, so that customers can increase their level of satisfaction with the use of IndiHome products.
