Abstract

In this final measurement and analysis of network performance parameters based KPI (Key Performance Indicators) such as the Power Receive of MS (RxLevel), MS Transmit Power (Tx Power), Forward Frame Error Rate (FFER), Signal Strong (Ec / Io), Drop Call Rate and Call Setup Success Rate. From the analysis of test performance based on KPI parameters can be seen that the performance of the BTS Kota Baru and BTS Purnama still below ideal standards set by the company for parameter CSSR (> 97%), respectively 95.63% and 95.95%. As for the parameters to meet the standard KPI (0-2%) DCR respectively 0.26% and 0.27%. Quality calls for CSSR during test drive is also bad (still below the standard KPI) by 85%. DCR is still below the standard of 5%. In the area close to the BTS (<2 km) all successful calls with an average RxLevel still normal between 69% -95%, Ec / Io normal by 7-8 dB, TxPo normal <23 dBm, and FFER 0-5% . While the area is far from BTS (> 2 km) most experienced call drop calls and blocked calls with an average RxLevel no longer normal between> 95%, Ec / Io no longer normal> 9 dB, TxPo no longer normal> 23 dBm, and FFER> 5%. This is what causes the fall in performance CSSR and DCR. The better the RF parameters of the BTS, the less likely it will drop the call and blocked calls. The smaller the drop the call and blocked call quality performance CSSR and DCR will increase (KPI standards). That is, the RF parameters and performance parameters are closely related. To achieve an ideal performance, both performance it must meet the standards of corporate ideal. Efforts that can be done such that the orientation of the antenna sector, then the addition of a repeater to increase coverage power that can be reached, the addition of modules to increase the capacity of CEMA BTS, or the addition of new base stations when the area was still solid drop call and blocked calls. Abstract

Pada riset kali ini, daerah kawasan Pantai Indah Kakap Kab. Kubu Raya Kalimantan Barat dipilih sebagai lokasi pemanfaatan energi angin yang dikonversikan menjadi energi listrik. Data sekunder kecepatan angin diperoleh dari Stasiun Meteorologi Maritim Pontianak selama setahun pada satu titik koordinat dengan ketinggian 10 meter. Terdapat 3 metode persamaan yang digunakan yaitu model persamaan Linear, Quadratic dan Cubic dengan menggunakan satu turbin yaitu Wind Turbine Travere Industries (TI/2.4/0.9 kW) 900 W. Penelitian ini membandingkan beberapa persamaan pemodelan kurva daya pada ketiga persamaan tersebut, untuk menentukan metode mana yang lebih efektif dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi turbin yang digunakan. Nilai total energi listrik yang dihasilkan selama setahun dengan menggunakan model persamaan Linear yaitu sebesar 1435,511609 kWh. Nilai total energi listrik yang dihasilkan selama setahun dengan menggunakan model persamaan Quadratic yaitu sebesar 912,7703299 kWh. Nilai total energi listrik yang dihasilkan selama setahun dengan menggunakan model persamaan Cubic yaitu sebesar 567,111731 kWh. Kurva daya yang digambarkan dengan menggunakan model persamaan Cubic, hasilnya hampir mendekati spesifikasi turbin yang ditentukan. Berdasarkan hasil energi listrik dan kurva daya dari ketiga persamaan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode yang sesuai untuk lokasi Pantai Indah Kakap yaitu model persamaan Cubic. Dimana energi listrik dan kurva daya yang dihasilkan memenuhi batas standar dengan kecepatan angin rata-rata setahun sebesar 3,458346558 m/s yang masuk dalam kategori angin kelompok II.

Abstract

Semakin tinggi tegangan transmisi semakin besar medan electromagnet yang ditimbulkan. Mengingat pentingnya hal ini, maka dilakukan pengukuran kuat medan elektromagnet dibawah saluran transmisi 150 kV dengan menggunakan EMF Survey Meter HI-3604. Harga ini menunjukkan bahwa kuat medan elektrik masih dibawah ambang batas yang distandarkan oleh WHO yaitu untuk medan listrik 5 kV/m dan untuk nilai medan magnet melebihi ambang batas yang di tetapkan oleh WHO yaitu 100 mT (80 mA/m).

Abstract

Abstract - In its application, the mobile system has its limitations    and is    often    experienced disturbances  (interference)  like  limited  talk channels as the result of the increasing number of cellular communication technology user, which is led to „block call‟. The problem with Radio Frequency   (RF)   signal   reception   is   also   an important factor in wireless communication system. The low quality of signal levels caused the frequent call failure or „drop call‟. Therefore, it is necessary to have sustainable monitoring system and analysis towards the performance of the  network system, especially after the government produce the For a review of Necessary Process Monitoring and analysis of the Sustainable Network system, especially with the regulation of the Ministry of Communication  and  Information  No.  19  /  2013 About  "  Mekanisme  dan  Tahapan  Pemindahan Alokasi Pita Frekuensi Radio Pada Penataan Menyuluruh Pita Frekuensi Radio 2100 MHz.” The monitoring and performance analysis used Key Performance Indicator (KPI) parameters as a benchmark for the network performance and a description   of  the   cellular   system  Quality   of Service (QoS). The KPI parameters are Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR), Drop Call Rate (DCR), Handover Success rate (HSR), and Traffic Channel Congestion rate (TCH Congestion rate). The results of the test drive of five BTS before and after frequency refarming in 1800 and 2100 MHz, the percentage of SDCCH blocking was not high enough, as determined by PT. Indosat Ooredoo, which is not more than 2%. There are 5 BTS to be observed:   BTS  Nipah  Kuning,   BTS  Perum  1 Jeruju, BTS Martadinata, BTS Gertak 1 and BTS Gang Semangka.   Keywords  : Frequency band and Parameter Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Abstract

Pengujian dilakukan di laboratorium untuk mengetahui karakteristik peluahan korona pada dielektrik minyak kelapa murni dengan menggunakan elektroda jarum-piring/bidang. Dalam skripsi ini akan diperlihatkan hasil pengujian tegangan tampak awal peluahan korona dan kuat medan elektrik tampak korona. Ukuran jarum yang digunakan berdiameter ujung jarum 15μm, 25μm dan 70 μm. Jarak sela antar elektroda yang digunakan mulai dari 0.5 cm, 1 cm, 1.5 cm sampai 2 cm. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tegangan tampak awal peluahan korona (Corona Inception Voltage) meningkat seiring dengan semakin besarnya permukaan elektroda jarum dan jarak sela antar elektroda. Pertambahan tegangan tampak awal peluahan korona lebih besar daripada pertambahan titik kelengkungan elektroda, sehingga pertambahan titik kelengkungan elektroda juga memperbesar harga kuat medan elektrik tampak korona. Abstract

Abstract–A motor cycle requires a battery to store electrical energy in chemical formenergy, which will be used to supply power to the ignition system, lights and other electrical components.The problem that arises is motorcycle   users do not know the condition of the battery has reached the level of voltage is below average, for example for dry battery voltage level is the lowest Advice on to 10,5 voltswith battery temperature up to 30 degrees Celsius. Another thing to consider is that the component ofregulator and the dynamo charge where the value of the voltage generated by the dynamo charge a  good and  normal is  the  range of  13,4  V- 14,8V.Do  a  design  of  electronic  devices  that  can monitor  the  condition  of  the  battery  temperature, battery voltage, battery current, motor cycle  imformasi is processed by microcontroller ATMega16 and displayed on a 16 X 4 LCD screen that can be placed at the front of the vehicle. Abstract

Meningkatnya kebutuhan energi listrik di semua sektor kegiatan. Listrik digunakan untuk mendukung aktivitas masyarakat sehari hari. Salah satu solusi dalam proses perbaikan, pemeliharaan serta perluasan jaringan untuk mengurangi tingkat pemadaman yang cukup tinggi adalah dengan menggunakan teknik PDKB (Pekerjaan Dalam Keadaan Bertegangan). Pada pekerjaan perbaikan yang dilakukan pada penyulang Kota 2 dan Penyulang GM Situt 1 secara bergantian, pada penyulang kota 2 didapatkan KWh terselamatkan dari pekerjaan pada gardu 20 dan 15 sebesar 6.859,485 MWh. Total daya yang dikirim ke penyulang Kota 2 setelah perbaikan gardu 20 selesai perbaikan dan dilanjutkan pada gardu 15 sebesar 1.278,539 MW. Pada penyulang GM Situt 1 didapatkan KWh terselamatkan dari pekerjaan perbaikan gardu 185, 186, dan 16 12.892,239 MWh. Total daya kirim setelah perbaikan gardu 185, dan 186 dan dilanjutkan ke gardu 16 sebesar 1.597,429 MW Kata kunci : Pemadaman, Pemeliharaan, Perluasan Jaringan, PDKB

Abstract

In this modern world, digital technology is rapidly improving, there is much automation being developed nowadays. The door that is used to be opened manually; now can probably be designed as automated too, so it would ease people in doing various activities and the automation is completed by safety system as well, so the door can only be opened by certain people. With the fast improving technology, the author is trying to apply such technology in automating a web-based door. One of the systems is the Automatic Door Opener System based on mini Wemos D1 using the web. This design was an idea that appeared when the author was doing an internship in PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta. Such safety system was needed in the shelter room to keep the equipment safe inside the room. A design that could ease the technician’s work was needed in solving the problems of PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta costumers. The shelter has an important function in each of its locations, so a safety system is needed to keep each of the important equipment inside the shelter itself. Because the technician is often doing the rehabilitation in its equipment as well as improvement in the disturbance, the author intention is to help the technicians, so they don’t have to bring the shelter keys anymore and for the shelter safety reason itself. This expected to help in monitoring the door’s condition that can be done without having to directly watch for the shelter’s location directly. To ease the technicians’ work and to make them work more efficiently, a tool to open the shelter door and to monitor the shelter door condition is needed wherever the disturbance location is. The safety system will facilitate the technician that needs to reach the disturbance location especially when he forgot to bring the destined shelter key. A study then is being conducted by making a tool in hopes the PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta main office which is located in Pontianak is being able to monitor and open the shelter door based on the shelter areas using a web-based automatic door detection system. Keywords: shelter, safety, analog, digital, web

Abstract -   Source of electrical energy is currently the main problems in Singkawang city, this is because the number of population density increased annually. Besides, the problem of the amount of waste continues to rise, these two problems can be solved with one  solution  to  convert  a  renewable  energy that makes a potential where trash converted into power plant of waste to energy. To determine whether the waste can be a solution to the energy crisis by conducting a study of potential  waste  or  garbage  into  fuel  power plant. writing this essay described how rubbish can  produce  electrical  energy  for  24833.76 kWh / day if operating for one year amounted to 9,064,322.4 kWh / year or 9064.32 MWh / year, The first step is to know the total amount of  organic  waste  per  day,  the  number  of calories in the organic waste, the amount of energy (kWh) / day, the capacity of power generation, the power output of the boiler, steam turbine net power.   Kata kunci : garbage of potential study, waste to energy, steam of power plant

Abstract

Abstrak isolasi memiliki peranan sangat penting dalam sistem tenaga listrik. Maka material isolasi polimer jenis resin epoksi merupakan suatu alternatif baru dalam penggantian porselin dan gelas. Resin epoksi memiliki kelebihan dibandingkan bahan isolator porselin dan gelas yaitu rapat massa lebih rendah dibandingkan porselin dan gelas serta pembuatanya tidak memerlukan energi besar. Komposit adalah gabungan antara bahan atau pengikat yang diperkuat. Bahan ini terdiri dari dua bahan penyusun, yaitu bahan utama pembentuk matrik dimana pengisi ditanamkan di dalamnya. Bahan pengisi dapat berbentuk serat, partikel, serpihan atau juga dapat berbentuk lain. Terkait dengan adanya pengamatan menujukan penurunan kuat medan tembus bidang epoksi resin ketika diberi filler silika dari abu sekam padi, bahwa telah terjadi polimerisasi tidak sempurna dari epoksi resin ketika bereaksi dengan hardener. Adanya silika telah membuat sampel uji menjadi lebih kaku, yaitu dengan terjadi proses sementasi pada sampel. Proses sementasi ini terjadi karena adanya unsur air bereaksi dengan silika.
