Abstract:The purpose of this research is to know the device profile flower village So subdistrict of Muara Kaman Kutai Kartanegara Regency and to know the influence of educational level on performance of devices flower village So Sub Muara Kaman District Kukar.The value t calculate amounted to 5.51 while theoretical value t with the degrees of freedom (the degree of the freedom) to the respondents amounted to 46 with the calculation rules (n-2/46-2 = 44) at the 5% level (α = 0.05) is 1.680230 or 1.68 1.68 > 5.51 meaning. Thus the hypothesis put forward, namely: that the level of education affects the performance of the device so the flower village sub district of Kutai Kartanegara Regency Muara Kaman is acceptable because it has been proven to be true.Keywords: Level Of Education, The Performance Of The Device Of The Village

Abstract:The main objective of this research is to know the optimal amount of Cement inventory by using Economic order Quantity method at Tamara Shop ShopInMangkurawang in January 2018. The analytical tool used to examine the economic order quantity (EOQ), reorder point and safety stock. The data used during this study was January 2018.Based on the results of research that researchers have done to prove the hypothesis, which previously has been supported by the description on the background, the formulation of the problem and the basic theory that has been the authors pointed out the following will be submitted things as follows:The optimal order amount (EOQ) at Tamara Building Shop in Mangkurawang Tenggarong is: EOQ Cement Three Wheels as much as 256 Zak.The optimal amount of Safety Stock at Tamara Building Shop in Mangkurawang Tenggarong is: Three-Wheel Cement Safety Supplies of 36 Zak.The optimal ordering point (ROP) at Tamara Building Shop is: ROP Cement Three Wheels at the time of the remaining inventory 89 Zak.The optimal ordering frequency at Tamara Building Shop in MangkurawangTenggarong, is: Frequency of booking three cement wheels as much as 6 times a month, with the distance between orders 5 days. Keywords: EOQ, reorder point, safety stock, order frequency

Abstract :The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Objects in this study are work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research was conducted at Grand Fatma Hotel Tengarong. The population in this research is 48 employees with sampling using census approach. The data were collected by observation, interview and questionnaire. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research is, partially, work motivation and job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to organizational commitment. The analysis using the coefficient of determination work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously variable influence on organizational commitment by 75.2 % while the remaining 24.8 % is the influence of other variables not examined in this study such as compensation and work competition. Meanwhile, the variable which has dominant influence to the organizational commitment is job satisfaction because its partial coefficient determination is the biggest when it is compared to other variables. Keywords: work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

Abstract:The Problems that occurred at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Abstract :The aim of this research is to know whether Pshycal Evidance and Life Style Influence Simultaneously on Customer Loyalty In Chanel Distro In Tenggarong, to know whether Pshycal Evidance And Lifestyle Affects Partially To Customer Loyalty In Chanel Distro In Tenggarong and to know from both variables, which is the most dominant influence Customer Loyalty In Chanel Distro In Tenggarong. In the data analysis, in accordance with the object of research to determine the magnitude of the influence of Pshycal Evidance And Lifestyle to customer loyalty is with the model of multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS For Window 20.0. Result of calculation of test of F (simultaneous correlation / together), obtained F count bigger than F table (Fhitung 25,227> Ftabel 3,13), so it can be said physical evidence variable and lifestyle simultaneously (able to show its effect on customer loyalty. Then the first hypothesis that "the variable of physical evidence and lifestyle have influence simultaneously to customer loyalty at Chanel Distro In Tenggarong" accepted and proven correctness. From both result of partial correlation test seen physical physics variable value which is bigger than its influence of lifestyle variable, so variable physical evidences is the most dominant variable influence to customer loyalty. From the description, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis in this study "That the physical evidence variable has a dominant influence on customer loyalty in Chanel Distro In Tenggarong" received and proven true. Keywords: Physical Evidence, Lifestyle, Loyalty

Abstract:The problem of that the researchers observed at BAKPI University of Kutai Kartanegara was still pretty much a look of discontent of students will be given during this service both in terms of the problem of the Ministry administration and procedures procedures service at BAKPI as a complaint against the procedure that is convoluted, the absence of a settlement period of certainty, the requirement that the lack of transparency, and the attitude of staff BAKPI less responsive.From the discussion at length on the subject of Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) of the Ministry's Bureau of Administration, finance, planning and information (BAKPI) University of Kutai Kartanegara requirements are in less good and less satisfying students. Visible results of IKM 60.71 value which means the quality of service the Bureau of Administration, finance, planning and information (BAKPI) University of Kutai Kartanegara overall less nice. Of the eight indicators that there are five indicators that still need to be improved terms of service, i.e. the time of service, managing information, managing behavior and the handling of the complaints advice to get good value for less, whereas the rest get aced i.e. procedure of service, type of product and service competence of implementors.So the hypothesis put forward in the previous chapters, namely "that the level of satisfaction of students against the Ministry's Bureau of Administration, finance, planning and information (BAKPI) University of Kutai Kartanegara was still below expectations". proven accepted. Keywords: Student Satisfaction

Abstract:           In the District of Kutai Kartanegara sector of business that has great potential to be harnessed, that is the traditional musical instrument crafts "Ardi Laras". This is a very great opportunity attempts, because we know the Kutai Kartanegara region has a very high art culture among others dances, music, theatre, Kroncong music community they need roads and musical instruments. The purpose of this research is to find the location of the position of Traditional musical instrument Crafts quadrant ' Ardi Laras ', and CSF analysis to find out the factors of traditional musical instrument crafts victories.Based on the results of the research of the development strategy of SWOT analysis has been performed on the Traditional musical instrument Crafts ' Ardi Laras ' position matrix on the strategy of aggressive on quadrant i. Then a strategy can be done that is to put forward the values of tradition, partnering with agencies and schools so that will add to the number of musical instrument production, improve product quality, and more enterprising introduce products.Further on the results of the analysis of the CSF (Crtical Success Factor) benchmark the success of Traditional musical instrument Crafts ' Ardi Laras’ is a.   Product safety of instrument design that made such timber should pay attention to the smooth so as not to injure the hand as well as the installation of a neat nails and other supporting materials. b.   For durability of a product that must be considered is the raw material used must be strong and not easily broken when used. c.    The similarity of price with the quality of the product provided it means Crafting Traditional Instruments ' Ardi Laras' more attention to comfort, security, durability, and design the product so that the price offered did not disappoint the consumer.Keywords: traditional music instruments, strategies, SWOT, CSF.

Abstract:Human resources which are needed is cost factor due to central to providing services in an organization .Any methods and its aims the organization was created based on the range of vision for the benefit of man and in the implementation of the mission is managed by human beings .Be a man of the main factor of a strategic part of all activities of the organization .The purpose of this research is to know the deployment of an officer at offices of head of subdistricts sebulu in Kutai Kartanegara regency. Then the kind of research that is used is identification descriptive of by the use of of a quantitative approach where is trying in giving a snapshot of the outline or explanation of the an accurate assessment of the areas that can be analyzed in terms of interprestasy and a detailed explanation of existing data shows that in an unsystematic manner based on obyektivitas which appeared to be or as they always have so as to give a picture in on totally objective criteria about the actual state of things of an object that is analyzed in terms of .The results of the study viewed from the side of dimensions expertise be on a level either by the percentage 78,05% and the average score 3.90 dimensions skills are on a level either by the percentage 63,03% and the average score 62,59% dimensions the level of education be on a level either by the percentage 72,22% the average score 3,61 dimensions physically be on a level either by the percentage 62,34% and the average score 3,12 and dimension experience of being on a level either by the percentage 76,22% and the average score 3,81.All are at intervals class good. Keywords: Analysis of Employee Placement
